• Diego (5/5): No teníamos agua caliente. - La ubicación y comodidad. No tenía agua caliente. Ni nadie se intentó arreglado. Ni se nos intenta compensar con nada. Pagado esta con todas las comodidades.
• Maria (6/5): Menos mal que las camas eran cómodas - Lo que más me gustó la ubicación y las camas que eran bastante cómodas La limpieza pésima, en la ducha incluso había una tapa de una maquinilla de afeitar, lo cual significa que no la limpiaron, la tostadora llena de migas quemadas, aunque quisiéramos limpiar algo no había ni cubo de fregona. Vale que el apartamento solo lo usamos para dormir. Bueno y que decir de los vecinos de arriba que una noche a las 5.30 de la madrugada se pusieron a discutir a puro grito...en fin... también nos dijeron que teníamos otro juego de llaves encima de la mesa que al final no estaban. Y las puertas tanto de la habitación como baño algo ruidosas.

• Cristina (5/5): Great location but not good value for money given the poor attention paid to most basic requirement one would expect to - The apartment was big enough for 5 people and in very good location very near to the main square, bars and beaches. It was quite clean and ready when we arrived. We received quick, helpful replies from the agency. Unfortunately, the kitchen failed to have the most basic utensils for preparing food, such as a big salad ball, a decent size pan or casserole, cheese grater, pasta colander, a bread cutting board, or a spatula. The fridge kept leaking and getting our food wet. One of the kitchen plugs did not work. We had to buy some utensils, and could hardly cook anything, which we had planed to do given the high rent we had paid for the apartment. One of our bedside lamps did not work either. There were no instructions about basic things, including where to take out the trash or regulate the hot water ( which was not straight forward). Given the very high amount of money we paid for our stay (£3,000 for 10 days) we would have expected higher standards and more thought put into our holiday experience. We felt that the landlord did not care about making our stay pleasant or stress free, and just wanted to get paid, which was a real shame.

• Pilar (8/5): - Ubicación genial. Apartamento con todo lo necesario, muebles y decoración actual. A no ser de un particular , relación bastante inexistente con la empresa de alquiler. Demasiadas alfombras por la casa. La limpieza de algunos puntos debe mejorar. El horno no se había limpiado y en el baño debería cuidarse un poco más. Muy importante indicar que hay un baño completo y un aseo( sin ducha ), No dos baños.

No hand soap in small bathroom. Although I had sent a couple of messages to the property beforehand there were no replies.
