• Fabrizia (9/5): Siviglia vale sicuramente una visita, la città è molto bella e c’è parecchio da vedere. Consiglio assolutamente di preno - Posizione centrale, molto comoda per raggiungere a piedi tutti i monumenti ma difficoltosa da raggiungere se in auto poiché si trova nel centro storico, in ogni caso se qualcuno arrivasse in auto c’è un Parking a pagamento a 20 metri. Supermercato a 50 metri. L’appartamento è molto grande, ben distribuito e ben attrezzato, godibilissimo anche in 6 e dispone di ascensore. Anche la comunicazione con il gestore è stata molto efficiente.

• Pauline (10/5): Perfect place for exploring Seville. - Very clean and spacious. Very close to the cathedral and restaurants. It was very easy to gain entry. The staff were extremely helpful and responded promptly. They helped us get a taxi for return to the airport which was much easier and better value than the airport shuttle bus, as they picked us up at the door. We liked everything.
• PATRICIA (7/5): Very pleasant, spacious, comfortable with character, central charming location! - Spacious , grand in scale. Central location. Stylish traditional character. Very clean. The club music underneath all night, no sleep. Only on one night. But it does run for 4 nights in a row. Key collection was a bit confusing.
• Carole (8/5): En plein centre , bel appartement spacieux - Bel appartement - haut de plafond - Très bien placé - beaux volumes - très agréable - bien équipé - lits confortables - grandes salles de bain Petit bémol car nous n’étions pas au coutant qu une Boîte de nuit (le tequila) est en dessous de l appartement , heureusement ouvert seulement le soir de Notre arrivée samedi . Boum boum de la boîte à rythme assourdi heureusement. Calme incroyable les jours suivants car la boîte est fermée les dimanche , lundi , mardi .

• Jacqueline (10/5): Marvellous - The location was superb, and easy to find. The apartment was vast and spotlessly clean. We had control of the heating, essential for a December stay. Great communication from the host. Plentiful hot water for showers. Very comfortable. Noise from a downstairs bar until 4am on the Friday night, but then it was the last Friday before Christmas so this might not be normal.

• Ingrid (9/5): Zeer ruim appartement - Zeer ruim appartement op een goede locatie in de stad, waarvandaan alle bezienswaardigheden/centrum per voet goed bereikbaar zijn. Er is een club onder en in het weekend is deze open, qua muziek valt het nog mee, wel een beste bas te horen, dus oordopjes mee en dan heb je een prima nachtrust

• Parsons (9/5): We could not have picked a better Apartement. - The position, and the size of the Property, and a lift. The Electricity kept on cutting out and we had to go to the Fuse box, it went off in the Night as well.

Que en el bajo del inmueble había una discoteca, que aunque no se escuchaba mucho el ruido,si había muchos jóvenes en la puerta que hacían ruido hasta altas horas

• Nadja (8/5): Große, zentrale Wohnung - sehr zentrale Lage, deshalb am WE am Abend zum Teil etwas laut. Aber da alle Zimmer hinten sind, ist das kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist riesig! Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr einfach, aber auch sehr unpersönlich. Wir hatten kein warmes Wasser. Der Besitzer hat sich nicht aktiv darum gekümmert.

We didn’t use the kitchen beyond the fridge, but it seemed to have plenty of amenities. We enjoyed looking out on the plaza, and the evening noise didn’t bother the bedrooms at the back. More room than we really needed, but it was the best value of the close options.

• Pippa (8/5): We had a lovely stay just a shame about the noise from underneath - Apartment was huge and plenty of space and the location was amazing. The only issue was the nightclub underneath that kept us awake until the early hours of the morning. They could with a bit more sound proofing! Also the queue to get into the nightclub is very noisy and they also block the doorway.

• Denisan (10/5): A great place to spend your vacation! - I communicated very quickly and easily with the person in charge, he was punctual and kind. It is a huge apartment, super suitable for 6 people, with 3 bathrooms with a separate entrance, located in a central area with quick access to many tourist attractions and restaurants, with all the equipment necessary for a stay (washing machine, coffee machine, iron, hair dryer, etc.), with balconies for smokers. It is a quiet place, even if it is located in a square, because the rooms are located at the back and you cannot hear the noise from outside. There is a club right on the ground floor and you can hear the bass, but you can sleep without too much noise.
• Roz (10/5): Excellent town location to explore Seville. - Fantastic location in the heart of Seville old town. Walking distance from everywhere. Loads of space, excellent facilities. Paid parking 5 mins away. Good communication. Only thing is there is a club next door and you can hear the beat coming through the floor/walls. Not too bad but just noticeable at night when lying in bed. Some noise as expected from the street but bedrooms are at the back. But not marking down on any of that as some noise expected in a town.
• Tracy (10/5): Amazing palace style apartment near the lovely restaurants of Alfalfa ❤️ - This apartment is huge! I was travelling with my sister and so we had a bedroom and bathroom each (one with a double walk in shower and one with a shower over bath and double sink). Very comfortable beds, crisp linen, bags of wardrobe space. The balconies are off of the large living area overlooking a square with busy (and great!) eateries, the bedrooms are at the back of the building and very peaceful. Kitchen is very well equipped. Location fantastic and so was the welcome. Lorenzo was very friendly and we were given wine on arrival and chilled water in the fridge. I would love to stay again sometime. There was nothing to dislike about the property at all. It’s pretty much perfect! We thought that a full length mirror might be a nice addition, and maybe some instructions for the air con and an extra set of door keys. It took us a while to realise the bedroom air con units were operated from a separate panel , so the first night was a bit stuffy but that was maybe just us not being observant enough. With the front door it seemed that the only way to get out of the building was to use the keys, so if one person went out with the keys the other person couldn’t get out… again it might have been us not understanding the locks. It didn’t have much of an impact on our short stay.
