Jeremy (10/5): Perfect house for a large family stay - Beautifullly decorated and comfortable villa. Entry to the theme parks is never more than 30 minutes incl. traffic. The place is new, decorated with taste and great for a large family. Entry worked with QR code to the residence and code to the house Indeed, one has to pay to have a barbecue. On the other side, everyone is tired after a day at a theme park to get to cook. We had issue with a bathroom that was fixed on the day.

Gary (9/5): We were ultimately pleased with our stay and appreciated the comfort and convenience of the home rental option, particul - We thoroughly enjoyed the homes swimming pool, the various games available, and the excellent location. The neighborhood was picturesque, well-maintained, and peaceful. Our encounter with the 'resort' did not meet our expectations. Our investigation prior revealed amenities offered at Encore Resort such as restaurants, a gym, arcade, water park, and family activities. This aligned with our rental criteria, and we subsequently booked. However, we were later informed by resort staff that our booking through a third party restricted our access to the water park. The homeowner confirmed this limitation. The lack of this essential detail on the listing was problematic. We chose not to let this setback ruin our trip, but it did necessitate additional planning. Furthermore, we were taken aback by the extra fee associated with utilizing the home's BBQ, which we had already stocked with groceries for. The BBQ was locked, creating an unnecessary inconvenience.
Mark (10/5): Great Disney themed place to stay, plenty of room, plenty of amenities and private pool! - Traveling with the kids and grandkids - was a perfect fit for our Disney World Family trip during Spring break. 15-20 minutes to any of the WDW parks, Disney Springs or the transportation station. The Disney themed bedrooms, garage theater, entry way as well as other nice Disney touches added to the great experience. Full kitchen with all the amenities is great for meals outside the part. The private pool was nice for a couple down days in between park visits. Walking distance to Finns Restaurant (good food). Walmart/Target/Publix all within a 5-10 minute drive for food. Owners and property manager very responsive to our requests. All in all a wonderful experience. Nothing regarding the townhome itself. Since we went during spring break, the traffic leaving the parks at the end of the day on the routes to return to the townhome were pretty congested, but that is somewhat common given timeframe for anywhere you may stay during a busy WDW time.
