In accordance with Community rules and aiming for good coexistence between guests and neighbors, at least one member of your group must be over 25 years old to stay in this apartment.
No Smoking: Please notice that this is a strictly nonsmoking apartment.
The apartment is fitted with smoke detectors.
No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you are coming to party, please book somewhere else.
No noise at night: No excessive noise is allowed after 21/9PM as the apartment is located in a residential building.
Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal hours, please note that there is a late check-in fee. If you arrive after 21/9pm the fee is 50€.
If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80€ fee will apply.
Please keep in mind that if you book last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 4:00 PM.
Passport information: It is required by law to register all people staying in any tourist accommodations by their full name, birth date, and passport number. We will therefore request you to provide us with this information before your arrival.
For stays 28 days and over the following rules apply:
1) The included monthly amount that can be spend on supplies is €150, this includes water, gas and electricity. For example, if you stay 3 months, you will have €450 to spend in the entire period. If you spend more you will have to pay the difference at the end of the contract period.
2) A deposit will be charged that is calculated based on the duration of your stay. For 1-3 months reservations the deposit is €450, for 3-6 months reservations the deposit is €800 and for 6-11 months reservations the deposit is 1 monthly rent. The deposit will be refunded 30-45 days after the stay.
3) A rental contract will have to be signed prior to arrival.
4) We require a mandatory monthly cleaning that is NOT included in the price. The cost for each monthly cleaning is €60 and will be a day of your choosing, it will last 3 hours. This is a way to ensure that our flat is kept clean and in good condition.
5) We will personally welcome you at the apartment.

- Elżbieta (3/5): - Lokalizacja...blisko centrum. Mieliśmy wejść do lokalu o 15.00. O 15.30 okazało się, że lokal nie jest przygotowany na przyjęcie gości. No nic...bywa. Poinformowaliśmy Panią sprzątającą , że wychodzimy na obiad i zostawiamy swoje rzeczy. Po powrocie okazało się, że z lodówki zniknęło wszystko co zakupiliśmy na kolację i śniadanie...produkty o wartości około 200 zł. Do dzisiaj nie otrzymaliśmy obiecanego zwrotu pieniędzy.

- Adi (10/5): Perfect - Everything was good, the location is excellent. You have a big shop like 2 min from the apartment, not loud or crowded at night so I’d definitely recommend it. Very easy to get by and used to beacuse it is close to the center but also to the beach. We had Rami there a check-in agent who welcomed us, allowed us an early check in and explained everything and was available for whatever questions we had. Thanks Rami!

- Markus (8/5): Sehr empfehlenswert für eine komfortablen Aufenthalt in Málaga. - Wir blieben 4 Nächte in diesem Apartment in Málaga und sind rundum zufrieden. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und bietet viel Platz: 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein attraktives Wohn- und Esszimmer sowie eine kleine Terrasse im Innenhof. Das Design wirkt modern und die Ausstattung ist durchdacht. Einziger Wermutstropfen: es ist etwas hellhörig, jedoch bleibt das Umfeld insgesamt ruhig. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Besonders praktisch: ein Supermarkt ist nur ca. 2 Gehminuten entfernt, und die Lage ist mit knapp 10 Minuten Fußweg ins Zentrum ideal. Der Check-in war extrem unkompliziert über einen Link; jederzeit Zugang zur Wohnung über denselben Link. Die Kommunikation mit Stay U-nique als Vermieter war freundlich und zuverlässig. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt in Málaga, insbesondere für Paare oder Familien, die viel Platz zu schätzen wissen. In dem Schlafzimmer mit den Einzelbetten waren die Betten sehr kurz.

- Popkov (10/5): Все супер! - Дуже зручне розташування. Колоритне місце. Місто -це просто любов на все життя! Квартира тиха, зручна, чиста, багато побутової техніки. Все супер. Окрема дяка власникам житла! На внутрішніх дверях треба поставити гумові прокладки, щоб двері тихіше закривалися. Но то не критично, а лише побажання.

Ho avuto un inconveniente con il sistema di apertura della porta e non sono rimasta soddisfatta dell'assistenza. Nei bagni non c'era la possibilità di appoggiare i beauty ( assenza di mobiletti) Per 4 giorni hanno lasciato solo 1 campioncino per bagno per la doccia, senza considerare che eravamo in 4. In cucina mancavano le tazzine per poter bere un caffè Assenza del phon..ho dovuto chiamare la struttura per farcelo portare ( dopo 2 GG che eravamo.li) Poca cura dei particolari

- Eloisa (9/5): MODERNO Y AMPLIO APARTAMENTO CERCA DEL CENTRO - El apartamento amplio, moderno y limpio, se puede ir caminando al centro en 10 min. tiene supermercado cerca y cafeterías. Perfecto para 4 personas como éramos nosotros. Tiene plancha, puedes tender sobre todo las toallas de la playa y bañadores ya que es zona de playa. Importante: Falta alguna estantería o repisa en el baño, ya que no tienes donde dejar los utensilios de aseo, tampoco hay en las habitaciones espejo que creo sería necesario, al igual que algún perchero de pared para colgar bolsos, chaquetas.
- Raquel (9/5): Apartamento a 10 minutos del centro - Es un apartamento espacioso, bien equipado y muy limpio. Se encuentra a unos 10 minutos caminando de la calle Larios. Cerca hay supermercados. Según la descripción entraríamos a través de un código pudiendo hacerlo a la hora que quisiéramos, sin embargo, no fue así, una persona nos entregó las llaves aunque está persona se adaptó al horario que dijimos. Pero esta situación hizo que tuviéramos que estar pendientes de estar en el apartamento a la hora acordada cuando teníamos otros planes. Otro aspecto que no me gustó fue que una de las habitaciones no tiene aire acondicionado.
