• Erin (9/5): Fantastic location for our needs. Being close to Crown Casino & Southbank was amazing. - The apartment is large & spacious. Great cooking facilities & kitchen space. Washing machine & dryer were much appreciated. Bed was very comfortable. More towels, minor gripe. Pool towels.

• Linda (9/5): Fantastic location. Great apartment. - Great central location. Really well-equipped apartment. Spacious & clean. A great place to relax when not out sight-seeing. A real bonus having an allocated parking space in the apartment block. Would definitely stay again when visiting Melbourne. Location for pick-up and drop-off of keys was only a couple of minutes' walk from the accommodation, however there was no place to park your car while doing this. A shame the keys couldn't be collected and dropped off at the 24hr reception desk.
• Kurt (8/5): A 10 except for the unresponsive hosts - The place is really nice. 19th floor. Well appointed, including a Sonos speaker. Everything was very comfortable. fairly quiet. Especially a great value since it comes with a parking spot. The location is Southbank. Not too far from the river. Close to a Woolworths. Right around the corner from a great cafe. I would definitely stay here again. Hosts were pretty non-responsive. Had to pester them to find out where to pick up our keys. I really don't understand why they make this so stressful, just send the information a few days in advance. Finding the parking space, using the elevator, and using the washer all need just a little bit more explanation. I suggested, and still haven't heard back. Not even a "Got your message. Thank you." The checking out email, which again comes at the last minute, had contradictory information from the booklet in the room. Given the hosts unresponsiveness, I didn't bother sending them a message.
• Colin (8/5): A very comfortable apartment right in the heart of Southbank. - A very comfortable apartment for two people right in the heart of the Southbank area, close to the galleries and good restaurants, and a lovely view. Key pick up was easy. And parking was tight but manageable for a medium sized sedan. We really enjoyed our four night stay. The owner was very helpful.
• Mike (9/5): Spacious, bright and light place! - The host was incredibly friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had. Communication was seamless, making the whole process much smoother. They provided clear and detailed instructions for both check-in and check-out, which made my stay enjoyable. I truly appreciated their attentiveness and the effort they put into ensuring I had a great experience. A supermarket and some good food options are a 5-minute walk from this apartment. Nothing to dislike about this place, it also comes with fantastic amenities such as free parking, a gym, a pool, and a tennis court.
