- Katherine (9/5): A wonderful oasis of hospitality nestled deep in the mountains. - This family-owned hotel is beautiful, with stunning location in the Stubai Valley close to the glacier. We purchased the Half Board for meals, and weren't disappointed by the high quality and plentiful food and service. The staff was beyond accommodating, always ensuring our needs were met. The room was spotless, and well serviced, with comfort in mind. There is a waterfall just behind the hotel, and hiking trails to reach it within only a few minutes. Other hiking trails and sites are also very close by. The hotel also offers recommendations for excursions and hikes in the area. A family-friendly hotel, with a lovely spa and areas for adults to relax as well. We would definitely return to this place, and highly recommend it to others! I had assumed that the sofa bed in the room would pull out to be a full-sized bed for our teenaged son, which was my mistake. As the sofa in our room actually converted into bunk bed better suited for children, the hotel provided a separate small single bed instead, hoping it would be more comfortable for our 15 year old. At first, we were concerned about his comfort in this narrow bed, and cramped quarters in the room for us due to the placement of this extra bed. But the hotel was very accommodating and tried to meet our needs, explaining that only some rooms offer sofa beds that pull out to make a larger bed. In the end, as we weren't able to switch to one of these other rooms, we made it work, and my son was able to sleep comfortably. However, if you're depending on the sofa bed for a teen or adult, it might be worth asking for more details about the conversion of the sofa beds. It depends on the room, evidently.

- Chelsea (10/5): Lovely hotel, lovely staff - Extremely accommodating, allowed early check in as well as luggage storage + use of the sauna showers after check out. Dinner was super fancy and fun, 4 courses plus salad bar. A lot of amenities, e.g., pool, ping pong, sauna, gym. Room was nice too with lots of storage space and very clean. Beautiful view of the mountains. Great location, 2 min walk to bus stop to Stubai glacier / Innsbruck. Also many hikes nearby.

- Müller (10/5): - The services were absolutely exceptional. Everything in the hotel was well maintained and clean, and the room cleaning was the best we have ever experienced. Dinner was served and was at a very, very high level. All the staff were kind and helpful. We used the wellness facilities every day; everything was clean and comfortable. The hotel also has an excellent location for traveling to the glacier — the ski bus stop is about 150 meters from the hotel and runs approximately every 15 minutes. The journey then takes about 10–15 minutes.

The staff was really friendly and went out of their way to make our visit pleasant. Special thanks again to Magdalena and Zoltan. The wellness area is diverse and we enjoyed the saunas and resting zones. The food was diverse and the 5 course menu was tasty!! There is nothing we didn’t like. We would have two suggestions though: a big cart for the gathering of wet towels in the sauna area and the swimming pool could be a few degrees warmer.

Les chambres sont propres et ont toute vu sur l’extérieur avec balcon ☺️ la nourriture est très bonne et copieuse. Le petit + est aussi la supercarte qu’on nous remet à l’arrivée permettant de faire pas mal d’activités au environs gratuitement. Tout était top seul petit problème était que certains employés ne parlent pas anglais mais on arrive toujours à se débrouiller ☺️ Aussi (mais c’est assez général dans ce genre d’hôtels) il n’y a pas de bouilloires dans les chambres mais on peux demander de l’eau chaude au bar ☺️

- Slawomir (8/5): Nice, but not great - It’s a nice place with friendly stuff, casual atmosphere and beautiful views. Our kids enjoyed the pool, table tennis and the playroom with PS4 However, the place lacks a number of things to call it great. Both breakfast and dinner could be improved. The spa area is okayish although it lacks something special. Plus there’s little things like the fact that you have to walk down the stairs to get to the ski room. Last year we stayed at a different hotel near by and it was fantastic while the prices are similar.
