• Franz (9/5): Geräumige Ferienwohnung in Wien - Sehr gute Lage knapp außerhalb der Innenstadt. Sehr geräumige Wohnung, mit allen Gerätschaften gut ausgestattet. Große Kühl/Gefrierkombination. Die Wohnung ist auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. Einfacher Zugang per Schlüsselsafe. Die Wohnung war vorher ein Friseursalon. Deshalb gibt es zur Straße zwei größere Räume. Die hinteren Räume (Küche, Ess- und Badezimmer) sind etwas verwinkelt und ohne Tageslicht. Im Sommer vermutlich schlecht zu lüften.
• Marlies (9/5): Heerlijk. - Prettig en ruim appartement (we waren met vier personen). Ook nog een pand met historie gezien de gevelplaat. De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep prima en het inchecken met een code ook. We kregen een berichtje toen het appartement klaar was om in te checken, heel attent. Alle basisbenodigdheden waren aanwezig (voor koffie, thee, douchen, afwas, was). Er was ook voldoende toiletpapier en er waren voldoende handdoeken. Handig dat er een wasmachine is. Locatie was eveneens fijn, vlak naast het prachtige Stadtpark en niet ver van de bezienswaardigheden in Wenen. We misten alleen stopcontacten naast twee slaapplekken en een extra sleutel. Bij het halen van broodjes s ochtend toen de rest van het gezin nog sliep moest de sleutel mee en zaten zij opgesloten, geen fijn idee.

Très bon emplacement également qui permet de bien profiter à pied de la ville. L'appartement est un peu sombre surtout le coin de la table de cuisine.

• Chantal (9/5): Ideale Basis, um die wunderschöne Stadt Wien zu entdecken - Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Die Lage ist ruhig. Ideal für 4 Personen. Schönes Appartement. - es gab nur einen Schlüssel. Das müsste unbedingt geändert werden. - Teppich vor dem Bett ist unhygienisch. - im Bad roch es teilweise unangenehm.

• Boris (5/5): Por el precio, creo que es mejor buscar otras opciones. - Buena ubicación y calefacción. Cocina completamente equipada. Considerar que si bien se ofrece como un "apartamento", la verdad es que son dos piezas conectadas por la cocina y un pequeño comedor. No hay espacios comunes, como un living, en donde se pueda compartir. El colchón de la pieza de la derecha es realmente malo. Reservamos para 4 adultos, por 5 noches, y solo nos dejaron 2 unidades de papel higiénico. La llave y cerrojo de la puerta de acceso necesita una renovación, en un par de ocasiones estuvimos varios minutos tratando de cerrar la puerta. No se nos entregó información respecto del manejo de residuos. Me comuniqué con la anfitriona para consultar sobre el tema y me dijo que dejara la bolsa con basura en el ingreso del apartamento, lo cual hice, sin embargo, no fue retirada, por lo que estuvo ahí durante 2 días. Por último, les escribí consultando si habían encontrado un artículo que perdí durante mi estadía, pero no obtuve una respuesta final. Solo me indicaron que lo iban a consultar con la persona a cargo del aseo del apartamento. Probablemente se quedaron con mis cosas. Creo que sería mejor buscar otra opción.

• Anjarem (9/5): Great central location - Spacious, nice host, very good location. It was a bit dark because there are not many windows, and the place smelled like sweat when we arrived. But it was otherwise clean.

• Helen (8/5): A great base to explore Vienna, convenient access to the subway - Good location - 5 min walk from Wien Mitte station and Stadstpark. Two bedrooms, sleep 5. The third bed is a sofa bed converted. Amazing walk in shower. Kitchen is extremely practical and fitted out with everything you could need. One of the beds doesn't have springs and wasn't the most comfortable. It's in the ground floor so slightly weird people walking past your window!

Overall, our stay was truly wonderful. The rooms were comfortable The only small drawback was that one of the rooms did not have a wardrobe.

• Irma (8/5): Top locatie in een geweldige stad - De Locatie was voor ons echt super. Rustige straat maar wel met een aantal eetgelegenheden in de buurt. De U-banen waren op loopafstand en ook de supermarkten waren dichtbij. Eigenlijk was alles prima. Het was ons alleen niet helemaal duidelijk waar we alle afval kwijt konden. En de douche rook niet zo fris maar dat komt waarschijnlijk door de waterafvoer. Dat is zo op te lossen.

• רונית (10/5): דירה מעולה. מומלץ לשלוח הנחיות כניסה עם קוד כמה ימים לפני הכניסה. - דירה מצוינת. נקיה. תמורה טובה למחיר. היינו 5 אנשים והיה מעולה קוד הכניסה לדירה הגיע רק ביום ההגעה. בגלל שלא היה לנו אינטרנט לא ידענו כיצד להיכנס ולא הצלחנו ליצור קשר עם המארח. בסוף הסתדרנו אבל המארח תיקשר איתנו לוודא שנכנסנו רק ביום למחרת.

It's a ground floor property, there is some noise from the street during the night. It was challenging sorting out the parking for a non native German speaker.

• Peter (10/5): Exceptional - Easy communication with the owner. Location, close to downtown and to train station that is on the way to/from the airport. (This is a ground floor apartment.)
• Rosario (8/5): This property was OK for 1 night but I’m glad we didn’t stay here the entire time we were in Vienna! - Property was in a good location and was very clean. No hot water! No obvious way to even turn it on! Also lots of street and passersby noise! And keep in mind, no AC.
• Ofir (6/5): Not suited for more than 3 people.. not enough hot water… - Central location, modern design, equipped kitchen. Host was quick to respond. Shower's hot water were not enough for 5 people on a row. After a long trip day of walking in the city, a hot shower is basic. Warming up the water again takes hours and not minutes as the host claims. Happened 2 nights in a row even after watching shower times on the 2nd night (why should I do that on a vacation?) Host response was unacceptable- take shorter showers or don’t all shower one after the other (what???)

• Salovarda (10/5): A quiet, well-equipped and comfortable apartment in a great location - The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable – we felt right at home. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, yet we managed to visit everything on foot – including museums, the city center, and a concert at the nearby Konzerthaus. We also enjoyed the classic Viennese cafés just a short walk away. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. Parking was easy to find, and check-in went without any problems. Thank you for a lovely stay – we would happily return!

• Charli (9/5): Great location, lovely apparently, friendly & helpful owners! - Great location, friendly & helpful owners - they set up a cot for our baby which we appreciated and were contactable throughout the stay. Perfect for 3 adults and a baby with the space and utilities. Helpful to have a pin lock on the outside so we could keep the key at the appartment and not worry about losing it! Made check in easy too. Pillows on the bed were huge and too soft for us, but the bed was comfy! Would have been nice to have a few spares to choose from.

Brilliant place to stay and one of the best apartments we have stayed in. Everything was brilliant. If we were being picky, a sofa would have been perfect in the bigger room and a bedside lamp in that room too.

• Lynda (10/5): Excellent! Highly recommended . We will definately be returning - We were a group of 4 adults ( 2 couples) and the property was just perfect for us. Everything was so clean and luxurious with the most comfortable pillows I have every slept on! There was everything you could need inc shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hair drier etc etc plus a welcoming bowl of sweets . It was a short walk away from the city centre and a short taxi ride from the railway station ( cost of €12) There was a bar opposite and a lovely choice of takeaway restaurants afew minutes walk away We loved everything . Perhaps a reading lamp would be a welcoming addition although the subdued lighting behind the wood panelling was bright enough
• Michael (10/5): Great place in center. awesome host - The place is close to the Center Wien Mitte location and a short walk from Stadtpark. We stayed only one night with a <1 yr old baby and a 4 year old. It was perfect with the 2 bedrooms and the provided crib. Communication with Evgenyi was awesome. The best of it all: we forgot after an early morning check out the clothes we had on the available drying rack. With smooth communication and willingness by the hosts we get the clothes sent by mail. awesome! will stay again there when in Vienna one of the beds does not have an outlet close by, but it is no big deal given how awesome everything else is at the place. Thanks for the candy bowl ;-)

Apartment was fantastic with very clean modern set up. Lots of extras like sweets, tea, coffee etc left for us. There’s also a Spar two mins away for provisions and several bars and restaurants close by. We took a friend for her 60th birthday and she loved the city and the accommodation. The host is fantastic and communicates regularly as needed. Very keen to be helpful throughout. This is a gem and we can’t recommend highly enough. FANTASTIC!👍 Nothing. It’s great.

• Peter (10/5): Will stay again. - No barriers access, directly from the street. Just one door and you are “home”, no stairs, no narrow elevator. Access to keys just with code. Safe and central neighborhood. I would clean the shower a bit better. Water was remaining in the bath.

• Gabor (10/5): Hotel service feeling in an apartment! We recommend it to anyone who wants to visit beautiful Vienna - We stayed one night, and we hope to be back! The accommodation is very close to the center, in a quiet street. The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable, nicely furnished with very comfortable furniture and beds. The bathroom and kitchen area is greatly equipped. The towels and bed linen are extra soft, with a nice and modest smell of home. Every little detail was in place. Our host was also nice and flexible.

• Justyna (7/5): Okay-ish - On the up side: The apartment was freshly renovated and clean. The localisation was good; there were a lot of tourist spots in 20 minutes on foot or 10 euro Uber ride radius. The host was pleasant and accommodating. On the down side: The apartment is on the ground floor, which means the windows have to be covered constantly, therefore the place is dark, cold and unwelcoming. The decoration and arrangement in the apartment lacked any thought and care for details (see photos), there were no bed tables, bed lamps, no place to sit.

• Bence (10/5): Luxury Love in the heart of Wien - The apartment was really nice with big rooms and a lot of space. Was fully equipped and really clean inside with a beautiful design. The location is perfect its in the city center. You can reach many places (breakfast places, restaurants, supermarket, bars) by foot. The most we like the bed. It was really comfortable! We spent only one night there but I would spend more in that bed :) Highly recommend this apartment!

It is quite specious , two separate bedrooms with separate entrance, fully equipped kitchen and dining table. Bathroom is new and spacious. Everything was very clean. The location is perfect - walking distance to the Inner city and 5 min walk to Mitte Station.For us it was perfect as we had an early morning flight . The host is very kind .

The bathroom was a really good size and the kitchen had everything you would need including a dining table. The host welcomed us at check in and responded to all messages very quickly. We would definitely come back here. It would have been nice to have a sofa to sit on even if it was in the bedroom.
• Carsten (10/5): We loved our stay in this perfect apartment which had the best location and was close to everything! - Our stay was fantastic. The apartment was really all we could wish for. Newly renovated and very clean, fully equiped kitchen, nice beds and perfect location. The host was really helpful and serviceminded, and he gave us lot´s of tips to restaurants and museums. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a walking distance to the Inner Stadt with all the culturel offers, museums, shopping, cafe´s and restaurants.

I had troubles with public parking, but the host Evgeniy helped me and even booked the place for me himself. The flat overall was very clean and was nice to see many details like compliment coffee or bathrobes. Definitely coming back!
