She came to greet us and introduce apartment as well as say fareawell on our leave with some gifts. We definitely recommend this stay to anyone. You will be impressed All was perfect

• Linda (9/5): Heel fijn appartement - Mooi ingericht appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien en een heerlijk bed. Ik heb dagen geen wifi gehad omdat de code niet werkte op mijn apparatuur. Ik heb daar veel over moeten appen voordat er iemand kwam om het te regelen.

• Louise (6/5): Nice, quiet location, not suitable for anyone with accessible concerns. - The apartment is 310 Ocean Lanzamar. It’s on the second floor, is clean and tidy and in a quiet complex with nice pool. For our stay we didn’t have a working safe, sometimes the elevator didn’t work, and we had issues with the tv for our 10 day stay. The host said they have problems with Irish tv channels which no other guests at the complex were experiencing and had technicians in and out but the issue never fully resolved. One thing I really did not like was the host let herself into the apartment with staff without asking us or letting us know. This is not acceptable. Considering we paid €160/night off peak I was disappointed and would not recommend for any older people. There is no staff on site to assist if anything goes wrong.

• Louise (10/5): Fantastic Apartment in a brilliant location - Where to start! This apartment is 12 out 10. It has everything you could possibly need. Home away from home! Andrea is the most fabulous hostess. She met us on arrival even with our flight being delayed and it was late at night and also came to see us off when departing. She showed us to our beautiful apartment and gave us her recommendations of places to see and eat, where the local shops were and where to park etc. The apartment is big and spacious, spotlessly clean, it’s bright with a huge big window looking out to the pool. It has excellent air conditioning and also a fan in the bedroom if needed. The beds were very comfortable as they are memory foam, nice big wardrobe with a safe inside too and plenty of mirror’s for getting ready. Andrea has the apartment stocked with everything you could need down to coffee, tea, salt, washing up liquid, body wash in the shower, sun cream, big beach towels and also washing detergent for the washing machine that’s there. Out on the balcony there is a small clothes rack with table and chairs and there is also a spare clothes rack hanging in the bathroom that you can take out. There is a book case with a large amount of books to read too, incase you forget to bring one and enjoy reading! The complex itself is very quiet as there is no bar/restaurant on site and most of the apartments seem to be privately owned, but that didn’t matter to us. There is a fabulous pool with plenty of loungers. However, there is only a small few parasols and they can’t be moved. The loungers are also fixed in place so if you really need to sit under a parasol, this may be an issue. There is a spar shop across the road and a brilliant shopping centre called the Mercadona just down the road that has everything you could possibly need. The apartment is on the 3rd floor over looking the pool and it’s in a very quiet location. We had no issue with noise. Nothing to report

She is so lovely and just a perfect host. The apartment is fully equipped with everything and really good location. If you don’t want to be right on the beachfront it is an amazing apartment. Nothing more you could wish for. We will definitely stay again Absolutely nothing

The apartment was spotlessly clean and vey comfortable. The pool complex was lovely and very quiet. The host Andrea was very attentive. Overall a fabulous stay. Nothing. It was perfect.

Lots of added bonuses like tea, coffee, sugar, salt, sun screen, shampoo, detergent, washing up liquid. Andrea is excellent host. Would definitely return. Water from shower goes on floor but lots of shower mats available.

• Carole (7/5): Very enjoyable stay, eating out was very reasonable in a really good standard of restaurants but facilities in apartment - Location between Old and New Town, the promenade, beach, restaurants and bars was excellent. It was very clean. Andrea, our host, was fantastic- nothing was too much trouble for her. She is a lovely, caring woman. The shower could have been better.
• Janet (7/5): Andrea is an excellent host, very helpful warm and friendly. - Location is excellent. Nice apartment. 1). The shower area was constantly flooding and was essentially dangerous 2). Residents constantly blocking off the best positioned sun beds and not actually using them for long periods was really frustrating. Lady at reception tried to help but as soon as she left the pool the same thing happened over and over.

• Patricia (10/5): Wonderful winter sun break - We loved our time here. The host Andrea could not have been more helpful, and she was very quick to respond to messages. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, including beach towels! We were within walking distance of the main areas although it was quite steep in places. Pool area was lovely. There was nothing I didn't like.
