• Bob (6/5): Nice location but villa needs some attention - Spacious villa with good bathrooms and nice area at front Very poor bed linen - had to make bed ourselves x dirty glass on first floor rear balcony Dining chairs badly stained and generally looked worn and unclean plus settee badly stained Had to shower at different times of day due to lack of hot water Could not get television to work - too complicated

• DANIEL (10/5): - La casa, la ubicación, la piscina. Todo muy completo, una pena que lo pudiéramos alargar el checkout porque tenían reserva. La cocina muy muy completa. La verdad que recomendable 100%. Si el año que viene es posible, volveremos. Es solo algo mejorable. Más utensilios para la barbacoa como unas pinzas... Las camas de la última planta algo incómodas.
• Brenda (10/5): Fabulous place to stay - This apartment is beautifully decorated, comfortable and has everything there that you could possibly need. It is a beautiful area , lovely and quiet , and only a short walk to the main strip There is a lovely outside seating area that got the sun in the afternoon so was a beautiful place to relax after the days activities. Absolutely fabulous Couldn't think of a single negative issue
• Ragnheiður (9/5): - It was cleen and served its purpos wery wll. Had everything we needed for our stay. Would stay there again. The "room" on the top floor had no electricity and the beds were not confertable wich was not good since we were three grownups wich wanted seperate rooms. So one og us had to sleep in the kids room with was not the worst since the matreses were okay. Other thing was that there to few breakfast bowls in the kitchen wich was okay since there were only three of us stayng but something to thik about when there are more people. And one more smal thing. The dorhenches were squiky (need som WD40).

• Luuke (8/5): - Super fijne locatie! Communicatie met eigenaar was snel en goed. Alles was netjes in het huis. Genoeg ruimte. Je kon er ook leuk buiten zitten! Er wareen strand stoeltjes aanwezig in het huis wat echt super fijn was. Je kan in de omgeving mooi wandelen en er liggen verschillende leuke dorpjes in de buurt. Het winkelcentrum is ook niet ver weg. Voor de kinderen was er een speeltuintje. Ik zou zeker terug gaan!!

• Pablo Estarlich (10/5): - Zona muy tranquila, está ubicado a 5 minutos caminando de la playa. Todo muy bien aclimatado y con mucha luz. Las camas son muy cómodas y teníamos allí una cuna portátil para el bebé. La comunicación con los dueños fue por WhatsApp y ningún tipo de problema. Estaba todo muy limpio cuándo llegamos. Hay todo tipo de utensilios de cocina pero algunas cacerolas y sartenes están para cambiar, es el único pero que le encuentro.

The house has all that you will need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The pool area is beautiful and directly outside the property. Sun Loungers could of been better

• Stafford (10/5): Thoroughly enjoyable stay in a well equipped, comfortable family home. - The location in Cabo Roig was excellent, a short walk to the beach and a great base for seeing the rest of the Orihuela Costa area. The property has plenty of space, well equipped with everything you need for a really enjoyable, comfortable stay. Although not the right time of year for swimming while we were there, the pool is right outside the door. A real home from home. Couldn’t fault the property at all. And would definitely book again.

• Amy (10/5): Lovely apartment in Cabo Roig - Well presented apartment with everything you could need. Everything was clean, bedrooms were spacious and had plenty of space for clothing. Very close to the shared pool, loungers are available at the apartment to take with you. 10 minute walk to local bars/restaurants. Excellent communication from the owners. Responded to messages quickly. We will definitely look to return next year.

It was a slightly longer walk than I had thought to the shops and restaurants. It wasn't an issue. Stairs inside slightly tricky.
