• nexus (7/5): Volvería pero hay que mejorar ciertas cosas, lo recomendaría - La ubicación sobre todo, bastante céntrico y con todos los puntos de interés a una distancia óptima para ir andando. Está bien equipado en líneas generales. Los trabajadores responden muy rápido. Volvería pero hay que mejorar Voy a hacer varias críticas constructivas. No se puede tener ese sofa cama en un apartamento de cuatro personas, no se puede dormir ahí ya que mide pocos cm y se sienten todos los hierros del sofá. Nos pusieron un colchón hinchable que medio arreglo la situación pero urge cambiarlo porque ahí no se puede dormir. Llegamos con problemas eléctricos que subsanaron en dos horas, y el primer día tuvimos un molesto sonido de reloj del termostato que hacía imposible dormir, el segundo día tras contactar con ellos lo arreglaron, la verdad que respondieron muy rápido pero tengo que comentarlo La limpieza sin ser mala podría estar mejor. Tenéis una terraza maravillosa pero podría estar mejor cuidada y limpia
• Sara (8/5): - La posizione é ottima, siamo riusciti a spostarci sempre a piedi senza bisogno di usare i mezzi di trasporto. Vicino ci sono bar, ristoranti e supermercati. La cucina é ben accessoriata,con anche macchina del caffè e tostapane, ti viene inoltre offerto un piccolo kit di benvenuto con spugna e detersivo per lavare le stoviglie, idem per il bagno con sapone, shampoo e asciugamani in abbondanza. Gli spazi sono ottimi anche per 4 persone (noi eravamo 3). Abbiamo visto la presenza di lavatrice e lavastoviglie e condizionatori che non abbiamo però usato. L’assenza di ascensore è una pecca, mio figlio ha contato 71 gradini, e dopo aver camminato 19km in città pesano un po’. La terrazza é bellissima ma avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturata al pavimento che é pericoloso. Il materasso del letto in cucina è scomodissimo. In bagno c’è la vasca e noi non siamo riusciti ad usare il soffione della doccia.
• Almudena (7/5): El sitio perfecto, si no fuera por el colchón y los edredones - El sitio, estaba super bien situado, y la terraza era preciosa El sofá cama es incómodisimo , tuvimos que sacar el colchón y tirarlo al suelo porque nos clavamos los hierros del sofá, y los edredones estaban llenos de manchas, podrían cambiarlos.
• Michael (9/5): Lovely property in a great location. - Lovely apartment in a great location. Roof terrace was a bonus, and would be great in the Summer. Person handing over the keys was very helpful and friendly, with good communications. The bed did notably sink in the middle. 70+ steps up to the apartment.

• Ole (7/5): Good - Communication with the host was easy and they we very helpful. The location of the flat was perfect and central to everything. The roof terrace was fantastic. We enjoyed our mornings and afternoons there. The extra bed in the kitchen was not suitable for sleeping at all. I would recommend the host to have it replaced. There was a lot of noise in the evening coming from the bars in the street. This made it impossible to sleep in the kitchen. The bed in the sleeping room was okay-ish.
• Russell (6/5): think twice before booking - clean inside and good position 4 flights of stairs with heavy bags and no elevator and I deadlocked door and it got stuck we were locked inside for over 2 hours on our last day until their technician unlocked it. also the manager told us he booked a car for the airport and it didn’t show. very poor service.
