• Michaela (7/5): - The location of the apartment was great. The apartment lacked some essentials ie only 1 wine glass. 1 set of towels with no change. Safe was broken and owners wouldn't fix or replace it.
• Lelin (1/5): Listed Facility - location The apartment itself was alright, but I unfortunately had a serious issue during my stay. The safety deposit box (listed as a facility) suddenly stopped working and locked my passport and bank cards inside. As a solo traveler, this was extremely stressful. The host arranged a locksmith, but I was required to pay €100 in cash, with no receipt provided. What disappointed me most was not the malfunction itself, like technical issues can happen, but being left to cover the full cost of fixing something that was advertised as part of the accommodation. I later found that the safe appeared to be working again, which made the situation even more confusing. I believe that when essential facilities fail, guests should not be financially responsible for resolving the issue.

• Elena (9/5): Great stay - Well organised, clean, fast internet, great position of apartment. Spacious terrace, nice garden view. Easy parking on the street. Near supermarket, restaurants, promenade. To check in it is necessary to send copy of passports via internet, it is not easy to find secure way how to do it.

• Alicia (8/5): Lovely! - Lovely location, it was nice and quiet. Decent kitchen amenities as we wanted to cook during our holiday. The balcony was really nice with a lovely view of the pool. Everything also smelt super clean, like everything in the apartment was freshly washed, it was almost overpowering. Walking distance to a small supermarket and some other shops and bars, but at the quieter end of the town which we liked. The blanket was damp (from being washed - it was clean), which was an issue as it was quite cold, and the blanket was the only source of warmth. I hung it outside and used it the next night, but the first night was really cold. Also be mindful of how long you shower for, the hot water ran out quite quickly. Everything else was great!

• Martin (9/5): sehr guter Aufenthalt - in der Anlage eines der besten Apartments, weil der Balkon eine schöne Richtung hat, eine Blickrichtung und nicht einsehbar, direkt von den anderen Balkonen. die Handtücher waren so kunstvoll gefaltet, dass man sie zunächst nicht als Handtücher erkannt hat. Also eine Kleinigkeit, nur ein Spaß. Über Seife im Badezimmer hätte ich mich gefreut. Sonst war alles super.

There was a slight leak in the bathroom which meant the floor was always wet which made it slippy ( however I have pointed this out to Charlie the owner)

• Felicity (5/5): Disappointing stay - The balcony got the sun all day long and on the lovely Molinos complex with a great pool. Good fan supplied. Apartment doesn't live up to pictures. Didn't realise the whole apartment was a bedsit/studio based on advert photo's. The mattress was not comfortable for me and was bigger than the base. Bathroom very tired and didn't look pleasant to shower in. The patio door is so difficult to lock and see this hasn't been rectified from a previous review back in 2024. Loose sockets in the property and some taped over to keep them in the on position. Minimum supply of towels and the small hand towel wasn't big enough to wrap your hair up and had to wash them as smelt unfresh. Unfortunately the property underneath is having major works so we were woken up by the sound of an sds drill. TV cupboard the doors don't open fully so they flap back which is a nuisance and the one side is damaged. The pegs have seen better days for hanging out washing. Was only a short stay so just made do but definitely not worth €100 a night

• Erin (9/5): Lovely Apartment - The location was great! Close to shops and a short walk into the centre of costa tequise. The host was lovely!! Always good communication throughout our stay. Bed was a little uncomfortable as only had one pillow which was quite flat.

• George (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very spacious, clean, and well furnished. My favourite part was the balcony, which faced the sun during the afternoon and was very comfy and private to sit on. About 15 mins walk to centre, and there's a supermarket around the corner, so location was also ideal (although not right in the middle of everything). The host was also helpful on WhatsApp message during the stay. The pool is also great. No coffee / tea, not enough toilet roll (had to purchase more myself from the shop), no water on arrival

• Deryck (5/5): Los Molinos site was excellent but apartment was disappointing - For a holiday let the amenities in the apartment were very basic. The sheet provided was a duvet without any inside. The apartment was for two people which you were provided with 2 cups, 2 side plates and three dinner plates. One large saucepan and one frying pan. Nice terrace but no comfortable easy chairs to sit on. See above

• Nick (10/5): Perfect host, perfect little apartment ❤️ - Los Molinos is a perfect complex with a two fantastic pools, a clever art deco design of the buildings such that no pretty overlooks another so privacy is always maintained. The host was very welcoming with a bottle of wine left chilled on the fridge for our arrival. The apartment was very clean and had all of the amenities needed for our stay

It was well thought out and in a great location, just a 10-15 minute walk to the main square of Costa Teguise. There were 2 good restaurants within the complex and many more within a couple of minutes. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable and there weren't many English TV channels.

• Elisa (10/5): 10/10 - The apartment was just amazing! Super good location (you can park next to it by the main street), inside a complex of white buildings with a cool swimming pool (that we used early in the morning before going to the beach). The apartment itself is super nice, well decorated and with all the necessary for your vacation! Plus it has a huge terrace that we enjoyed for working+ aperitivo and such! I've been to Lanzarote before and stayed in different parts of the island, but if I had to come back, I would definitely pick Charlie's Apartment again: location and price quality is unbeatable. Hasta la próxima! The only thing I think that can be improved is some more info for the check in: when we got to the address, you find yourself in a complex of apartments and there are not really many indications. So we wandered a bit around until and got quite lost.
