Trenton (8/5): We really enjoyed our stay - Location was great Everything was great, we used the washer and dryer, I guess if there was one thing it would be that the coffee pot did not turn off automatically, we went out for the day and it was still on when we returned, the coffee was burnt to the bottom. Lesson learned

Ramirez (3/5): Not worth it - The location was perfect it was close to the beach, pier and shops The home had an odor to it, the stove did not work, the floors and walls were dirty, the dining room ceiling definitely needs to be patched, my child found a band-aid in the blanket, the beds were not comfortable, The door knob to one of the bedrooms fell off, was unable to open the door the where she stated the laundry facility was and no where in the description did it state that the owner lived in the home the door to her place was behind a sliding door in the kitchen we could hear her talking smell the food she was cooking and at one point even heard her flush a toilet and I'm sure she could hear us as well it was just uncomfortable and weird had we not spent what we did to stay there we would have gone and stayed in a hotel.

Kurt (7/5): you get what you pay for. And it’s nice to have a reasonably priced home versus overpriced hotel rooms. - The house was quaint and close to the ocean and Santa Monica pier. The property was on a very busy street so make sure you have earplugs if you are light sleeper. It’s also oddly decorated and furnished inside with everything from leather couches to Egyptian pyramids. Plus, and this was not mentioned anywhere prior to our getting there, the owner lives on the backside of the house and can be heard from time to time. You could also smell her spicy food when it’s cooking.
Taylor (3/5): See above - Location was excellent The owner lives in the house behind a pocket door. Noisy, late night cooking smells. Not secure, many people coming and going at all hours. The kitchen was not equipped properly and the owner unresponsive to requests for tp and paper towels.
Jurgita (9/5): Superb - All was in good condition, comfortable beds, great location, free parking on a street. There was no laundry machine which would help after a long road trip.
Jeri (10/5): A little Europe home in excellent section of Santa Monica - Loved the Location plus house was peaceful & beautiful. It felt like we were in Europe. Nice patio with garden & kitchen was well equipped. Washer & dryer was an added feature. It was so comfortable we chose to stay there rather than be a tourist on this trip. There wasn't anything we didn't like. We all enjoyed everything and plan to return for another family reunion.

Ozzy. (5/5): Passable - The location was good. A nice part of santa monica. The place needed updating. There were broken wall sockets that didn't look safe. There was no hot water had to leave the shower running for 20 minutes to get it warm. It was very shabby.
