La vue est magnifique (notamment au couché du soleil), le petit déjeuner est top et il reste possible de s'organiser pour tout les détalis pratiques depuis la réceptions (reservation de mula, activités etc....) Pas grand chose a dire si ce n'est peut etre de meilleurs oreillets, et surtout une harmonisation de l'amabilité dans le service (j'ai demandé trois fois une biere un midi, j'attends toujours...heuresement elle n'a pas été facturé) certaine gagnerait à sourire surtout dans un endroit aussi merveilleux. Un coin transat a l'ombre serait un plus indéniable (ca tappe vite et fort ou ceux actuels sont situés)

• Brigitte (9/5): Devant la mer - Nous étions dans la chambre 1. Une chambre spacieuse, bien équipée (on a apprécié la cafetière). La décoration est basique, mais qui s’en soucie quand on ouvre la porte et qu’on est devant la mer. Il n’y pas pas de plage devant, mais comme tout le monde on loue un scooter et on peut aller sur différentes plages très rapidement. La jeune femme avec le rouge à lèvres orange était particulièrement sympa. Internet fonctionnait très bien. Le jus de fruits du petit déjeuner est excellent. L’eau froide dans la douche, c’est dur. Ont-ils pensé à des panneaux solaire? La salle de douche est très petite, mais encore une fois on savait que le confort serait sommaire.

La ubicación también es muy buena, cerca de un mercado y de varios restaurantes. Tienen una zona para secar la ropa que ayuda mucho a que no tome mal olor. La ubicación de las habitaciones frente al mar es genial y dormir con el sonido del mar es perfecto! Perfecto para descansar. El restaurante también es muy bueno, el desayuno estaba incluido y muy rico. Abren también para almuerzo, no cena.

Cerca hay sitios para ir a cenar así como supermercado. El baño es muy pequeño. Falta agua caliente en la Ducha. El asea diario de las habitaciones no es malo pero la limpieza del polvo se queda corta. No cambian los vasos sucios.

They helped find tours, transport, food options (though the food at Miss Elma’s was pretty good anyway). The limonada de coco was wonderful! View from the window was an amazing sea. Tiny improvements to facilities would make it even better - a bedside lamp, lack of headboard on one bed and better wifi. If you have other UK guests, a kettle! Otherwise, lovely!

The woman who runs it, Ruth, her daughter and the rest of the staff were all so very attentive and friendly. The location is perfect (close to restaurants, supermarkets, right on a calm beach) and the entire place is kept immaculate. They were eager to help us with a lot (tours, finding a mula to rent, restaurant recommendations…). Can’t recommend this place enough! N/A

• Carolina (8/5): Nice waterfront hotel. - This is a small hotel, recently rebuilt. The waterfront view is spectacular! Ruth, the proprietor, is a very warm and nice person, and provided us with special service to accommodate our food restrictions. She also made a special effort to provide us with dinners, which they typically do not offer. She even gave us a special dinner on Christmas Eve. The rest of the staff was also quite helpful, especially after two of my travel companions fell ill with what turned out to be Covid The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. The hotel has no beach. This was a surprise! Turns out it was washed away during the 2020 hurricane Iota. I guess I should have researched the area better with Google Earth, before booking. The closest beach is at least 1 km away. So, visitors must be prepared to walk a lot or rent a buggy (not cheap)

The food is so good. There is a little store across the street that has whatever you could need. A friend celebrated a bday on the island and they even had candles! I would totally stay here again when I come back! The beach itself was washed away with the hurricane… but, that really made no difference.. the water and the view made up for it. I stayed in family room #3. It was huge, with a lovely decor. Nothing

• Camilo (9/5): Greta place just in fornt of the sea. Amazing staff specialy Shandyra - Staff was so kind with us, our room was perfect with a nice balcony in fornt of the sea. We were there to dive, so we we look for a hotel in Aguadulce, and Miss Elma is the best option in the area. Food at the restaurant is also amazing.

• Hailey (9/5): A beautiful spot to stay on Providencia! - Ruth and the staff at Miss Elma are wonderful! They made sure I had everything I needed and helped me to set up a tour as well as dinner reseverations at a nearby restaurant (Do not miss out on The Caribbean Place while in town). The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and very spacious!!! A family could stay here quite comfortably. The Southwest beach is about a 15 minute walk away, and the sunset there at Miss Elma was gorgeous! The only suggestion I have is to bring your own shampoo and conditioner with you. You will definitely want to shower off after days spent on the beach, and this is something that is not provided in the hotel room.
