- Frank (8/5): Een hele mooie ruime locatie in een rustige buurt. - Een prima en ruime locatie in een rustige buurt. Geen massa toerisme. Als je het toerisme op wilt zoeken dan neem je de tram. In de buurt zijn heel veel goede restaurants. In het hoogseizoen even vooraf reserveren. Het strand is heel comfortabel en breed en lang. Leuke uitstapjes zijn: Campello, Villajiojosa, Altea, Alicante, watervallen van Algar, druipsteengrotten in Canelobre. Het appartement was netjes toen we binnen kwamen. De vloer was aangeveegd maar bleek niet schoon. En ook in de keuken was de oven en de ladekast niet schoon.

- jennifer (10/5): Fantastiskt läge med allt i närheten strand,pool och butiker. vi vill även tacka vår tilldelade värd Inma som välkomnade - Allt var fantastiskt vi har ingenting att klaga på. lägenheten var luftig stor och ren läget är centralt samt nära till stranden. Otroligt nöjd med våran värd väldigt trevlig och behjälplig och snabb med återkoppling Inget att klaga på.

- Alla (10/5): Комфортно, чисто и красиво. - Большая, чистая и уютная квартира - есть все для комфортного проживания. Отличное месторасположение - до пляжа две минуты пешком. Рядом с одной стороны супермаркет, с другой - автобусная остановка в центр города. Отдыхали большой семьей - все супер! Детям очень понравился бассейн)
- Miroslav (10/5): - Pobyt 2 týdny v lednu 2026, Apartmán Superior se 2 ložnicemi. Vynikající lokalita, restaurace, obchody, zastávka tramvaje, pláž, vše do 5 minut chůze od domu. Myčka, pračka, kompletně vybavená kuchyň, 2 koupelny s WC, prostorný balkon s posezením. Parkování zdarma přímo v garážích ubytování, WiFi internet výborný. Centrum Alicante 15 minut autem, 25 minut tramvají. Dům i vybavení ve stoprocentním stavu, vše skoro nové. Krásný výhled na moře (8. patro). Rozhodně doporučuji.

The apartment is well equipped and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Inma welcomed us on arrival and was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. - Jan (10/5): Przyjemne miejsce do powrotu po całodziennych wojażach. Godne powrotu na przyszłość i polecenia, - DD, Bardzo dobra funkcjonalność i czystość w lokalu oraz bardzo wygodne łóżka. Niezawodna i pachnąca winda na 7 piętro. Przepiękny widok na morze. Oferta zgodna z opisem i sprawnym serwisem. Ważne to czwartkowe sprzątania i wymiana pościeli. Możliwość regulacji temperatury w lokalu. Dziękuję Pani Inmie za bardzo dobrą obsługę i serwis. Niedaleko wspaniały sklep Konsum z wszystkim do jedzenia. Towar zawsze świeży, a stoisko z rybami i wędlinami super. No i najważniejsze wspaniała komunikacja tramwajowa i autobusowa na kartę wieloprzejazdową dla rodziny. Wartość dodana to szeroka plażą, sprzątana z przepięknym pasażem spacerowym i sklepikami. Basen wewnętrzny do kąpieli.

- Torsten (8/5): - Eine schöne, große und neue Wohnung mit wirklich viel Platz (3 Schlafzimmer). Die Nähe zum Strand und zum Supermarkt und eine Tiefgarage für den Leihwagen war auch vorhanden. Kritik dient der Verbesserung. Also bitte positiv sehen. Die Ausstattung der Whg war eher spartanisch und es fehlte an kleinen Dingen wie Tischsets (macht Sinn bei einem Glastisch), ein weiteres kleines scharfes Messer, ein Kartoffelschäler und Stampfer, ein Schneidebrett und ganz wichtig.. Auch fragen wir uns, wie beispielsweise bei einer 6 Personenwhg auch 6 Personen entspannt Fernseh gucken können wenn es doch nur Platz für 3 Pers gibt. Abgesehen davon ist die Couch unbequem. Der Tisch auf dem Balkon ist für 4 Frühstückspersonen viel zu klein und die Stühle unbequem und zu guter Letzt.. die Matratzen sind nicht atmungsaktiv (Plastik) Somit ist man ständig von unten am schwitzen. In der Zeit moderner Kommunikation sollte es auch möglich sein, den Gästen Programme in ihrer Landessprache anzubieten.

- Wilhelmine (5/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut, auch das Umfeld und die Aufteilung der Wohnung. Im zweiten Badezimmer gab es keinerlei Möglichkeit etwas abzustellen. Es fehlt ein Unterschrank oder ähnliches. Das Wohnzimmer war sehr karg eingerichtet. Es fehlte eine Sitzmöglichkeit für weitere 2 Personen. Auch in der Küche fehlte es an einigen Dingen, z. B. Müslischalen, Platzsets oder Kochlöffel Das Doppelbett war sehr klein
- Elena (10/5): Отличное место с прекрасным видом - Мы жили на верхнем этаже с прекрасным видом на море. Также у нас была крыша. Спокойное место с доступностью ко всему важному. Consum в 2 минутах, пекарни, магазин, работающий в выходные и праздники, магазин морепродуктов и рыбы в 10 минутах пешком, пляж в 5 минутах. Остановка трамвая в 8 минутах, до центра Аликанте примерно 20-25 минут. Приятный персонал. Одно из немногих мест, куда бы я вернулась. Хотелось бы более чистые полы и балкон
- Linda (9/5): Loved our apartment close to excellent restaurants and transport - Apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival which was great. The apt was spacious and had everything we could need, very modern interiors and had access to streaming services. We felt cleaning of outside areas around pool could have been better. We had to report a dirty diaper which had been left on a sunbed for a few days. Also had to advise of algae in pool.
- Naiden (10/5): Enspannter Urlaub fast am Strand in einen modernen Haus. - Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und ist auf alle Wünsche eingegangen. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar: Supermarkt, Straßenbahn, Bus, Strand und eine sehr leckere Eisdiele. Ein Auto ist nicht nötig. Vom Flughafen nimmt man den Bus C6 und steigt im Zentrum von Alicante in die Straßenbahn Linie 1 oder 3 um (Bus und Straßenbahn werden separat bezahlt). Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und entspannten Urlaub. Auch der Pool war sauber und sehr angenehm. Vielen Dank für alles und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! In der Küche waren nur ein kleines Messer und ein Brotmesser vorhanden. Ein größeres Fleischmesser (ca. 17 cm Klinge) hat mir gefehlt. Das vorhandene Brotmesser empfand ich beim Schneiden als etwas gefährlich, da es das Brot eher aufriss, statt es sauber zu schneiden. Mehr fällt mir im Moment nicht ein. Ich hätte mich aber auch direkt an den Kontakt wenden können, um das Problem zu klären.

Подземен паркинг, достъп с код, външни лица не могат да влязат. Асансьор, тераса със страхотна гледка. Няма
- Monika (10/5): - Obiekt znajdował się w super lokalizacji. 2 minuty do plaży i 2 minuty do marketu, a w dodatku cisza i spokój. Obok obiektu bardzo dużo restauracji i barów, piękny park. 5 minut spacerem do tramwaju, którym można się dostać do Benidormu i do Alicante. Basen bardzo fajny zarówno dla dzieci jak i dorosłych. Szczerze polecam ten obiekt. W przypadku długich pobytów (ja byłam na 2,5 tygodnia), fajnie byłoby mieć w mieszkaniu odkurzacz, co ułatwiłoby codzinnie zachowanie czystości szczególnie po wizycie na plaży.
- Barbara (10/5): Super dopust - Apartma je zelo lepo urejen in nudi čudovit, verjetno celo najlepši pogled na morje. Lokacija je odlična – le 5 minut hoje do tramvajske postaje, 2 minuti do plaže in zgolj minuto do najbližje trgovine. V neposredni bližini je veliko odličnih restavracij, plaža je urejena in izjemno prijetna. Naša celotna izkušnja je bila odlična – z veseljem bi se še kdaj vrnili.. Edino, kar bi lahko izpostavili, je, da nam je bila ob prihodu zaračunana višja varščina, kot je navedeno na obvestilu v apartmaju prav tako smo za pozni prihod plačali višji znesek, kot je bil naveden na obvestilu v apartmaju.

We’d be happy t - Great location, just a short walk from the sea, with a Consum supermarket nearby and plenty of cafés and restaurants offering different cuisines. The apartment is well-equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed linen and towels are changed on Tuesdays and Thursdays, which is very convenient. However, there’s no vacuum cleaner, and apartment cleaning costs an extra €80. We stayed for over two weeks, and it would have been perfect if there had been an option for at least a free weekly cleaning service.

Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: die Internetverbindung ist nicht sehr stabil, und die Matratzen waren für uns etwas hart. Trotzdem absolut empfehlenswert! Internetverbindung schwach, Matratzen zu hart.

Balcone di discrete dimensioni per poter pranzare in 7. cambio lenzuola ed asciugamani ogni 4/5 giorni. Pulizia dei bagni e dei vetri esterni accettabile ma non perfetta. qualche pentola e stoviglia in più potrebbero essere comode soprattutto se si mangia spesso in appartamento. un tavolo più grande in balcone sarebbe comodo.

- Ruth (10/5): Family holiday - The location was excellent with a really good supermarket 1 minute walk away and a huge beautiful sandy beach 2 minutes walk away..There was a long promenade which was ideal for walks. There were plenty of lovely restaurants very close by. It was only a 5 minute walk from the nearest tram stop which went up and down the coast giving easy access to places like El Campello and Alicante. The apartment was really clean with really comfortable beds. The pool wasn't big but was perfectly adequate and was never too busy. Inma greeted us on arrival and was so friendly and welcoming. I asked for extra hangers and she was back within minutes with a pack of new hangers. We arrived early and were able to check in as our apartment was ready and they allowed late checkout as our apartment wasn't needed at that time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and I would definitely book through My Flats again. Nothing negative to say. Only one suggestion would be to have an information pack in the apartment with information about using the tram, some information about some local restaurants etc.

I would add a vacuum cleaner or cleaning service. but otherwise everything is great! I recommend! I would advise you to clean the pool better, because sometimes the water was cloudy.
- Anastasia (9/5): - Vi har leid en leilighet med tre soverom og to bad. Fin ny leilighet med ok balkong. Rolig område. Litt dårlig respons fra verten mens vi var der, men det ordnet seg til slutt. Mangler gryter på kjøkkenet og noen bestikk, kniver, skjærebrett. Bassenget er litt lite for så mange gjester. Ikke så bra renhold i felles området, har ligget søppel og ødelagde badeleker ved bassenget gjennom hele oppholdet (vi ryddet selv). Ingen som har spylt eller vasket bassengområdet.

- Eugen (8/5): Top Lage nur wenige Meter vom Strand, tolle Aussicht und gute Ausstattung leider war die Unterkunft bei ankunft schmutz - Die Aussicht war genial Leider war die Unterkunft bei unserer Anreise nicht sauber – es lagen noch Chips vom vorherigen Gast auf dem Boden. Es war lediglich ein kleiner Besen vorhanden, mit dem kaum etwas auszurichten war. Ein Staubsauger wäre hilfreich gewesen, damit man zumindest selbst ordentlich hätte sauber machen können. Das war leider ein enttäuschender Start in den Aufenthalt.

Apartman sa nachadza v kludnej lokalite par minut chodze od plaze. V tesnej blizkosti je velky supermarket, taktiez dostatok restauracii. Ked vsak chcete ist do centra auto je nutnost. V blizkosti chodi elektricka, ktorou sa do centra taktiez viete dostat. Plaz bola vyborna a ani cez vikendy nebola extra preplnena. Ubytovanie ma aj svoju malu posilovnu a bazen, co hodnotim ako bonus. Co sa mi nepacilo je, ze v lokalite v ktorej sa ubytovanie nachadza je naozaj culy stavebny ruch. Vsade naokolo sa nieco stavia alebo dokoncuje (jul/2025). Takmer kazde rano nas budilo vrtanie alebo demolacia domu, kt. sme mali presne oproti balkonu, co dost znizovalo komfort nasho pobytu. Nie je to len hluk, ale taktiez prach, takze posediet alebo sa najest na balkone uplne nechcete. Za male minus hodnotim aj vybavenie kuchyne. Neberiem to ako negativum skor by to mohla byt rada pre ubytovatela. Bolo by prijemne keby clovek po prichode na ubytovanie po dlhej ceste nasiel aspon flasu cistej vody v chladnicke.

- Bögge (8/5): Nur Kleinigkeiten bis zu einer Note 1 - Die Wohnung war sauber, modern eingerichtet und verfügt sogar zusätzlich über Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle und Bügeleisen. Die Klimaanlage ist top, die Duschen sind schön groß. Alles noch ziemlich neu und pflegeleicht. Das Appartement ist super für 6 Personen, geht aber auch zu acht. Der Supermarkt ist zu Fuß eine Minute, der Strand drei Minuten entfernt. Zur Tram Station sind es keine 10 Minuten, weitere 10 Minuten mit der Tram bis Alicante Marktplatz. Hat uns wirklich gut gefallen. Würde ich wieder buchen! Wir mussten uns alle einloggen mit Selfi und Foto vom Personalausweis. Das fanden wir nicht ganz so cool (sensible Daten). Dem Wunsch nach einem Sonnenschirm wurde nicht entsprochen. Am Pool waren diverse Schirmständer, aber kein Schirm. Die Wohnung war noch nicht komplett geputzt als wir ankamen. Warten war angesagt. Das Apartment ist für 8 Personen hat aber auf der riesigen Terrasse nur 2 Liegen, 3 Stühle um einen winzigen Tisch und eine niedrige Sitzecke für 4 Personen. Draußen essen ging nicht. Die Ausstattung ist gehoben. Aber es fehlen leider Kleinigkeiten wie genügend Handtuchhaken und Bügel, Knoblauchpresse, Müslischälchen, Aschenbecher,... Vielleicht nimmt das My Flat Team die Kritik als Anregung.Dann gebe ich das nächste Mal eine eins statt einer 2+ ;-)

The view was simply spectacular!😊 The apartment itself had all we needed, starting from kitchen gear, plates, towels, basic utilities etc. Also everything necessary was close by. Grocery stores, beach, and public transport connected to the city center was only couple of minutes away. Super easy to use as well, i have to say! There were tons of restaurants and dining places to pick from! :) Poolside was also beautiful, well equipped, and opened in early May. The fact that it wasn't preheated wasn't a problem for us at all, especially in the evenings, when the air started cooling down. Really nice refreshment indeed! :) William was very helpful, kind, and a wonderful host. Would definitely recommend staying!👌 Everything was perfect!

- Martin (9/5): Twee weken genoten van het weer en het verblijf. - Mooi fris , licht en schoon appartement met een mooi uitzicht op de zee. Keuken inventaris en keukendoeken mogen uitgebreider. Wij houden van koken, dan is een kleine pan weinig om dit praktisch goed te doen. Er is een hele grote pan die niet praktisch in gebruik is.

Idealne mieszkanie dla rodziny lub dwóch osobnych par ze względu na dwie łazienki. Podziemny parking oraz winda - było to bardzo wygodne. Bardzo fajna siłownia, dobrze wyposażona. Obsługa była bardzo miła oraz pomocna - bardzo szybko reagowała jeśli mieliśmy jakiś problem. Apartament był zakurzony i źle posprzątany, ale obsługa bardzo szybko zareagowała i uprzątnęła go. Uważam, że gdyby wyposażyć mieszkanie w odkurzać, byłoby to bardzo pomocne. Dodatkowo przydałyby się jakieś małe lampki w salonie, które można zapalić i nadać odpowiedni nastrój. Duża lampa daje zimne światło. Dodatkowo w łazienkach przydałyby się jakieś półki lub regały na kosmetyki.

- Sonosebas (10/5): - El apartamento es genial y el edificio también. Es muy muy nuevo, es cómodo y luminoso. Tiene calefacción excelente (fuimos en invierno). Cocina super completa, lavarropas, etc. La zona es genial, a dos cuadras de la playa que es hermosa A una cuadra hay un supermercado, un restaurante muy bueno en la esquina y a dos cuadras la diagonal del PAU 5 que tiene más negocios (incluido un 24 horas que te salva) y muchos bares y restaurantes. Sin duda volveremos. No hubo nada que no nos gustara.
- Rolf (10/5): Tolles neues Appartment in toller Lage - Das Appartement ist neu und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Wir waren über Weihnachten und Silvester da. Da war es angenehm, dass die Heizung bestens funktioniert hat. Schöner Balkon. Die TRAM Station erreicht man in 10 Minuten zu Fuss und ist schnell in Alicante. Zum Supermarkt mit toller Fischabteilung sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Das ist ein unschätzbarer Vorteil, wenn man keinen Mietwagen hat! In der Dusche und im Bad gibt es noch einige Flecken aus der Bauphase. Das hat uns nicht gestört, sollte jedoch mal beseitigt werden.
- M m (10/5): - It was so good that I had already decided to come back next Xmas break. Everything was perfect. Ideal location 3 mins walk to the beach. Excellent bakery 5 mins walk, supermarket 2 mins walk. Nice view, especially in the sunrise. All furniture is new and the distribution is ideal.Just like show in pictures. Super comfortable beds. And if that wasn't enough, we got VIP treatment from the responsible of receiving us. I didn't read the instructions on time, and he was so kind to come 2 times to receive us. We requested additional information like rental bikes, for example, and got feedback in 5 mins. And last but not least we kindly ask for a 2 hours later checknout which was granted. So all in all best stay ever. Nothing really perfect stay.
