• Gloria (10/5): Beautiful, spacious lodge with great amenities! - It was so spacious & comfortable, had amazing views & the location was perfect. It was a real pleasure to stay there! Thank you! There was nothing that we didn’t like. The only thing we found confusing was the check in process, as regardless of the time that you get your door code messaged to you. You can’t open that door until 4pm. We did end up calling them & they were very kind in their explanation.

• 1ce9c45765a17122150cb925c14d910d (9/5): Wonderful accommodation with a very responsive host. - We had few problems entering the apartment but the host was very responsive and was able to quickly resolve the issues. Although the apartment had a very well equipped kitchen, the living room was quite sparse. There was only one hide a bed couch. It would be great to have two arm chairs as well, as the apartment can sleep 6. We entertained guests on one night of our stay and we remained seated at the dinning room given the limited seating in the living room.
• Weili (1/5): Due to the extremely poor accommodation experience, we are requesting a full refund. It has been two - 1.The kitchen was not properly cleaned upon arrival, and there was a burnt pot left inside the oven. 2.In the master bathroom, the water could not be shut off, forcing us to locate the main valve in the middle of the night and turn off the water supply to the entire house. 3.In the side bathroom, the showerhead did not function properly, with no water flowing from the middle section. 4.The next day, there was no hot water available, leaving us with no choice but to take cold showers in very cold weather. 5.Towels provided were not clean. 6.The conditioner in the master bathroom was clogged and could not be used. 7.Neither bathroom had body wash provided or refilled.

• Emeline (10/5): - Amazing 2bed-2.5bath duplex in Canmore with a spacious terrace. We had a lovely time and enjoyed the hot tub. The unit is close to the old town and the highway for outdoor activities. Owners are very responsive. Would definitely stay again and recommend this place to friends and family visiting the area! Nothing, the apartment is well equipped and well located to explore the Banff National Park.
• Hannah (8/5): Spacious apartment in the heart of Canmore. - The apartment is in the perfect location just 10 minutes walk from central Canmore but near to supermarkets and restaurants. It is spacious and has good facilities - we enjoyed using the fire in the centre of the outdoor table and the kitchen was stocked with coffee machine/pods, and lots of cooking utensils. The air conditioning was not working when we arrived - when we messaged the owners they responded saying it would be fixed but that never happened. It was very hot in the apartment, especially the bedroom as there are large glass windows with the sun on them all day. You can only open the windows a tiny amount. Parking spaces are not allotted so the parking could potentially fill up.

• Ingeborg (8/5): Gut geschnittene Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz für 4 in guter Lage in Canmore - Wohnung auf 2 Etagen mit ausreichend Platz für 4 Erwachsene, großer Terasse mit Grill und Parkmöglichkeit, wie im Angebot beschrieben. Gute, freundliche Kommunikation, unkomplizierter Zugang über Schlüsselcode. Für Canmore mit seinen schon hohen Preisen noch angemessenes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Schlüsselcode wird erst kurz vor Check-in Beginn übermittelt und setzt somit einen gleichzeitigen Internetzugang voraus. Insgesamt ist die Innenausstattung schon etas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Auffrischung vertragen. Auch der Kühlschrank brummt mitunter ganz schön laut.

• Emma (10/5): A great stay in Canmore. - Very well-equipped with bbq, dishwasher, full size oven and fridge freezer. It was spacious and clean. The balcony is lovely with all the furniture. The curtains in the bedroom are light/thin and there isn’t one for the upper window so the light pours in as soon as the sun rises.

• J (8/5): Truly a great stay! - Great location, couldn’t have loved Canmore more if we tried! Loved the patio and multiple bathrooms! The condo was clean and very comfortable. The views from both bedrooms was wonderful as well. Kitchen utensils weren’t great, the tv in the smaller bedroom didn’t work but no big deal, we didn’t need it! Parking was also a challenge at first but we made it work and got used to it pretty quickly.

• Marlene (7/5): Good - I stayed at the property with a friend last October and it was lovely. It was great having the two masters suites and the proximity to downtown was awesome. Because of that experience I booked a night there in early May. Unfortunately, I had to cancel. I knew there was no refund on the room rental and expressed that to the owners. But I did ask about having the cleaning fee refunded, which I thought was only fair. The owner told me they would do it but I had to request through booking.com, who would contact them and they would approve it. I did that with no response from the owners. After a couple of attempts, booking.com told me that, because they had no response from the owners, I would have to deal with them directly and provided me with their email address and phone number. I emailed a couple of times with no response and then called and spoke to a young man who assured me that he remembered the situation and perhaps the person dealing with it had forgotten to “send” the approval. He assured me he would look into it and nothing has happened. This has been going on for almost a month. Meanwhile, I have had multiple requests to review the property. So, I would say the property was a great place to stay but, if you book, keep your fingers crossed that you don’t have a situation where you need support from the owners, I doubt you will get any. The lack of response from the owners.

• Arianna (9/5): Great place but pet friendliness not as advertised - Very conveniently located and great space for families, very well equipped kitchen. It was advertised as dog friendly however the house rules we found upon arrival I would not describe as dog friendly and also had not been advised on booking. We did our best to comply, but this is not realistic as “dog friendly” even though they even had dog bowls!
• Leslie (10/5): Fabulous home away from home. - Fantastic location. Felt like a home. It has one the best stocked kitchens I have ever found in a short term rental (including lots of cookware. spices and an air fryer) and we are happily able to cook full meals. Parking in the complex is tight if you have a huge vehicle but there's lots of street parking nearby.

• John (10/5): Great location, parking beware! - Excellent location [short walk to everywhere], beautiful area [ in the mountains], great facilities [including gym, hot tub and patio]. Parking: we came early to get a spot and never moved our vehicle - that was the secret! Some visitors brought two vehicles for one suite, thus taking someone else's spot - totally unjustified. There has to be a better way because there is no street parking nearby!

• Annaliese (8/5): Really enjoyed our stay, the unit in general was great for our purposes (two couples for a long weekend). - Great location, loved the layout of the unit for separating bedrooms from living space. Loved having a keypad entry and not having to deal with keys and such if we split up. Small detail but would have like to have lamps next to beds - being summer it was pretty light out when we were awake but the times we were up in the dark would have benefited from smaller lamps by the beds. It was extremely hot the day we arrived (and the whole trip) and the cleaning crew didn’t have the A/C on and they left the windows open, so the unit (especially upstairs bedrooms) were soooo hot the first night. The A/C wasn’t incredibly efficient even later in the week with such exceptionally hot temperatures outside, but was more manageable since we didn’t let it get so hot during the day. That first night was rough for us all, but we know it was unusually hot weather for the area as well.

The check in was easy as it was a code, so if you do not need to get in touch with the owner -- the rental is fine. I was never able to get connected to an actual human and even tried going through booking.com's customer service but they weren't able to get through either. It's a little run down for the price you pay but it's a mountain lodge so I guess it depends on what your expectations are for mountain accommodations. However, I find it ridiculous that I was never able to even get in contact (whether via messaging online OR through the phone) with anyone. I am thankful we only stayed one night but if I was staying longer and had an emergency, I would not bank on this rental company answering or helping you at all.
• Junyao (9/5): Good. - Loved the location and proximity to Canmore town! Rooms were nicely furnished too and sofa bed was huge! Owners also frequently sent (seemingly automated) messages to check in on us with clear instructions on check in and check out. It was uncomfortable to find coffee cups in the cabinet with stains that could be washed just with a little water… Parking was very tight too. Owners could be unresponsive as they did not reply to a message on alternative parking spaces.

• Chaa330 (10/5): I recommend you stay here 👍 - I stayed from 1st of May to 7th May. Room 203. Everything was perfect.very very clean and when you need something that will be in your property. I was very impressed with the condition of the property. If I can go Canmore again, I will definitely stay this property. Thank you very much. I stayed from 1st May to 7th May and probably not a season, so parking was not a problem, but in a peak season, it could be a little bit of a problem. Parking spaces were very tight. Each driver should park on the side as much as possible. Other than that, it's super nice property.

• Grace (8/5): Beautiful holiday apartment, excellent location. - A beautiful, very well stocked apartment with everything you needed for a holiday away. It was especially helpful to have little things like washing tablets, cooking oil etc that you wouldn’t want to buy a whole packet of on holiday. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept in (!!). We enjoyed many evening on the balcony with a fire and beautiful Mountain View’s. Would definitely recommend.
