Finn (8/5): Very good - The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The apartment had wonderful staff to get you checked in and overall great value for money. Some of the other guests in the shared space were messy or noisy late at night. Not a fault of the property itself but something to be kept in mind is that you are sharing a space still.
Arthur (7/5): Good - Amazing location and neighbourhood, nice breakfast in front. The number is wrong in the advertising, manage to make the lat check in all good!

Much appreciation to the owner and stuff - great kitchen, two bathrooms for 6 rooms, calm and quiet area, restaurants and shops, close to Montjuïc, half hour to La Rambla (on foot)metro, buses - great place as base for trips. Great connection with the owner and stuff, always in touch, open and helpful. Our room was really small for two people, good for 2-3 nights, not for longer staying, other rooms are bigger. I have just one comment: there was two days when nobody clean the bathroom, at the beginning there was amazing lady and everything was shining and perfect - without her not so much, especially that our co-guests didn't take care to clean up after themselves :-(

Jessica (1/5): Apartment who needs a lot of modifications to be confortable. - However, bus and metro as near to the apartment. What a surprise to see at our arrival that the address in not correct. the appartement is not at 115 number but 113. It's not the same! the picture of the build is not the right either. Rooms and bathroom need work to be confortable. they are no shower heads, only a rain mode which is blocked. Water flows in all directions. We suppose to have 2 towels, we arrive on friday and we receive the towels on sunday afternoon. The main door has no handle, it is slammed every time you pass. As People doesn't respect the other one, it's impossible de sleep without be awake 20 times per night.
