- Heidemarie (8/5): Guter Deal für Grazvisite - mit Abstrichen - Die sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung. Das gute Medienangebot und der Größe Fernseher. Die befüllte Kaffeemaschine. Ganz allgemein die Sauberkeit. Sowie die effiziente und hilfreiche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Der Lärm von der Straße und im Haus selbst. Die Eingangstür zur Wohnung sollte stabiler sein mit nicht aufschraubbarer Schlossummantelung.(EG)
- Rebeka (3/5): Neptīkama uzturēšanās - Atrašanās vieta bija atbilstoša mūsu vajadzībām. Diemžēl uzturēšanās šajā viesnīcā bija ļoti nepatīkama. Dzīvoklis bija acīmredzami slikti uzkopts – grīdas netīras, visur mētājās mati. Gultasveļa bija netīra, ar redzamiem pleķiem, kas radīja ļoti nehigiēnisku sajūtu. Papildus tam telpā bija zirnekļu tīkli, kas liecināja par ilgstošu tīrības trūkumu. Par šādu kvalitāti noteikti neiesaku šo dzīvokli un neatbilst pat minimālām higiēnas prasībām.

- Karlo (9/5): - Vrlo udobno i toplo. Lako našli parkirno mjesto pred apartmanom. Ugodna šetnja uz Muru 2,3 km do centra. Komunikacija sa domaćinom na hrvatskom jeziku. Vjerojatno se vraćamo ponovo. Možda ormarić iznad lavaboa u kupatilu nije najbolje rješenje. Smeta za obaviti higijenu. Nije velika zamjerka.

- Emmanuel (9/5): - It's a very nice place and it feels like Home The heater wasn't working but I called the owner and he immediately sent two guys who can to fix it between few minutes everything was perfect I really enjoyed my stay there! And he's very active he responded immediately whenever I need anything!

- Benjamin (7/5): Die Wohnung ist okay, aber man hat etwas zu viel Kontakt zu zufälligen Passanten - Die Lage ist okay, allerdings ist man recht schnell in der Innenstadt und hat auch eine direkte Busanbindung in der nähe. Die Einrichtung ist relativ modern, auch wenn man sich über den Geschmack wahrscheinlich streiten kann. Ansonsten ist aber alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht, vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt wie beschrieben im Erdgeschoss, worauf man sich vorher einstellen kann. Es war allerdings etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, dass es nur ein Fenster gab, das dazu noch (auf Augenhöhe) zur Straßenseite lag. Man muss sich also Entscheiden, ob man Tageslicht oder Privatsphäre haben möchte, ein Plissee wäre hier vermutlich ein Gamechanger. Die Küche hat außerdem keinerlei Zugang zu Tageslicht (hier frage ich mich immernoch, warum die Durchreiche zum Wohnzimmer verschlossen wurde, wenn sie offensichtlich mal existiert hat), wodurch es aus meiner Sicht kein Raum ist, in dem man sich lang aufhalten will.

- Roberta (5/5): Sconsiglio vivamente - La camera si presenta esteticamente curata In realtà i materiali sono scadenti, il letto è composto da due materassi singoli, cuscini scomodi, bagno molto piccolo, tende rotte, ma peggio di tutto LA CAMERA NON HA IL CLIMATIZZATORE!!! Ha solo un ventilatore. Inutile parlare dell’ingresso/palazzo in cui si trova… veramente da incubo, sporco e rumoroso.

- Suri (6/5): Nice stay besides the cigarette smell... - The owner was friendly and answered my messages. Apartment is spacious and there is a fully equipped kitchen. Big bed and nice furniture. Even though it looks nice boutique hotel like in photos, unfortunately the cleaniness level and the smell in the apartment made the stay a bit dissapointing. It smells like cigarette smoke, the smell was in the bed sheets and sticked into my clothes too. Also the bed sheets were not fresh and I had a feeling somebody had been sleeping in them before me :( Photo I added show that there is seems to be some snot in the sheets 🫣 in the kitchen there was a dirty mug in the closet. Overall there were some little hairs in the apartment. Besides these things I had a nice stay !

Very comfortable, very well equipped, very responsive host, easy self check in, I recommend it for solo or a couple / 2 friends. I will definitely try to return as it made my visit to Graz even more pleasant! Thank you!

We only had 3€ in cash for the local tax, instead of 5€ and Dragomir was okay with that. Coffee beans and tea were provided, for which we were grateful in the morning. Furthermore, the curtains and the blinds really helped as they did not let any light pass.
