Gabriela (5/5): Decente, nada más. - La limpieza del lugar, camas cómodas. A pesar de ser tan pequeña la cabaña, tenía lo preciso. 1.nos tocó una cabaña que tenía vista al algo solo desde el living, no desde las habitaciones, por lo tanto las fotos que se muestran no son tal. 2. No se podía acceder bien por el camino desde la cabaña al lago, no se han preocupado de hacer limpieza de las zarzas. 3. No pedí tinaja, pero por error de comunicación entendieron q si. Para no hacer problema, decidimos tomarla, pero cuando fuimos a usarla, tenía 4 palos trancados en el cuello del cañón de la estufa y abajo se había apagado la llama. La tuvimos q prender de nuevo, pero el agua estuvo tibia. 4. Los asientos de la tinaja estaban resbaladizos, no se le ha hecho limpieza del moho verde. Y hay que tener mucha preocupación de esto, por los casos de enfermedades generadas por los hongos de las tinajas.
Diego (9/5): Excelente ubicación y opción con orilla de lago - Ubicación frente al lago y tinaja en cabaña. Algunas cabañas estaban muy expuestas También se agradecería una mejor opción de café. Cómo una cafetera francesa o italiana. Los sachets de Nescafé empobrecen mucho la experiencia.
José (8/5): - Sin wifi ni TV y no encontramos a nadie para dejar la llave al retirarnos, tuvimos que dejarla por debajo de una puerta en un paraje en el que nos recibieron al ingresar. Y a tres dias sin noticias del alojamiento
Ruth (8/5): - El contacto con el lago y el entorno. La disponibilidad de usar el kayak. Un sendero cercano para llegar al río. La cama era cómoda. El deck con vistas all lago(aunque parcialmente tapado por la vegetación). Tenía un muy buen black out por lo que se podía descansar muy bien La cocina era muy pequeña y le faltaba equipamiento. Las sillas del deck estaban rotas. El espacio era también compartido con otras personas que no arrendaban las cabañas y hacían uso de los kayaks y se establecían al lado de las cabañas
Lorenzo (6/5): Not that impressed with this place.. - Lake front setting. Views were amazing. Kitchen reasonably well equipped. Bed was comfortable. Enough space for our needs. The interior felt tired and very simple. The flooring was falling apart with gaps forming between floorboards. The floor wasn't thoroughly cleaned which meant it didn't feel that welcoming or cosy. The toilet smelt of sewage. The hot tub was full of algae. It should really be emptied and refilled between guests, given what they charge to use it but in daylight you could see that the water was pretty filthy. Nobody at the reception building for a lot of the day so we felt that it lacked information and guidance. No wifi available during our stay. We were only told that at check in. If this place was cheap I could accept a lot of this but it isn't cheap at all.

Hendrik (5/5): - Die Location dieser Unterkunft ist großartig und unbezahlbar. Wir haben die zwei Tage am See sehr genossen – vorallem auch die kostenlose Nutzung der Paddleboards und der Kajaks. Wir hatten in unserer Cabaña Nr. 6 leider weder Internet noch Datenempfang, obwohl kostenloses Wlan bei der Buchung gelistet ist. Für uns war das ein echtes Problem weil wir zwischendurch arbeiten mussten. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft nicht sehr sauber und vieles ist kaputt. Auf den Bildern in der Anzeige sieht alles deutlich besser und wertiger aus. Wir finden das sehr enttäuschend, da man aus dieser wirklich großartigen Location mehr machen könnte.

Sven (8/5): Tolle Villa am See - Lage der Villa am See traumhaft, Ausstattung top, Personal war hilfsbereit. leider ein wenig weit von allem anderen entfernt.
Stefan (9/5): Ein idyllischer Ort direkt am See! Traumhaft! - Vom Bett aus Blick auf den See! Fast einsam, ruhig, idyllisch! Am ersten Abend stabiles Internet, am zweiten Abend (an dem wir Unterkünfte buchen wollten) kaum verwendbares Internet.

MANUEL (9/5): - La ubicación y la tranquilidad del lugar es excelente para descansar. Las cabañas están en la playa misma, no pudimos disfrutar del bote ya que estaba lloviendo, pero nos ofrecieron usarlo si dejaba de llover y nos prestaban los elementos de seguridad. podrían mejora las almohadas y poner algunos muebles en las terrazadas para aprovecharla más.

Adriane (10/5): Increíble! - The location is spectacular. We used the kayaks and had a wonderful outing on the lake. The only thing we missed was some basic cooking amenities as restaurants are not close. This did not take away from our wonderful stay.
Eva (10/5): Dream place at Lake Puyehue - Such a wonderful place in nature. We had a really great time with my friend here. Viviana and Andrés did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. The location is a dream, right next the lake, very private. Beautiful view on the sunset. The hot tub is so nice too. I can only recommend this place. I am a little bit scared of bigger dogs and there is a few around who belong to the area, this is not negative, but I don't know if I can trust them or not, that's just a childhood trauma. My friend has a dog at home as she had no issues at all with them, she petted them and they were very gentle with us. So just make sure you get ready for some 4 legged visitors on the terrace. :D
Walter (10/5): Tranquil escape on the lake!! - The location on the beach was amazing . The simplicity of the property was charming, comfortable and tranquil. The porch was wonderful and the kayak was an extra bonus! The kitchen had the essential dishes and appliances and all was clean. The bathroom was just right with a nice shower. The bed was comfortable and the heater/ a/c unit was super!
