- Valentin (5/5): - Апартамента е с много добро разположение и разполага с голяма и удобна тераса с гледка към морето.
Апартамента е просторен и сретъл и е с отлично разположение, близо е както до плажа така и до паркове и ресторанти. Апартамента не беше добре почистен, някои от уредите не работеха и часат от обзавеждането беше в лошо състояние.
- Ivelin (8/5): Excellent location in a good district - The location of the premises is simply perfect - view, beach nearby, ancient Nessebar is very close and the neighbourhood gives easy access to pharmacy, small shops and decent places to have a bite(of course the level in old city is significantly higher). Parking place is available and easy to access. The apartment has what is on the pictures and that gives some extra feeling of home. The surroundings are not exactly calm but acceptable. Sleep quality is above average. POS terminal is available for the payment, which is a good point nowadays. Elevator with a chip and cameras everywhere inside provide some sense of security. Given that, the price is acceptable. We did not give the TV a try (as we spent 90% of the time out) Cleanliness is the big drawback of the place(bathroom, AC, kitchenette), even for the price - we are frequent travelers and could compare objectively. Not sure whether this is the owner policy or the capabilities of the cleaning ladies. The equipment and furniture is 15y+, but this would have been OK given the place was well maintained. The comment is meant to judge by the merit and not insult. A refurbishment of the whole place would be an investment but would make a pearl out of the place. The lack of WiFi Internet was not a problem, but could be to s.o. who is not local. Suggestion to future visitors - the beach far right (1000+ steps) is preferable - less algae, but most importantly - no annoying flies in the afternoon hours (of course one could give it a try, but here is a friendly hint).
