• Jacqui (10/5): Fabulous 2 week stay - I booked this apartment for my husband. This was the perfect apartment for a 2 week stay from the UK to visit his elderly parents. The location was excellent very near the train station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Facilities also excellent. He really enjoyed his stay. Word of warning book a taxi via Booking. Com as he was charged double from the airport by a private taxi. Book beforehand! All excellent

Access to local atmosphere and services - Excellent 2) Response from the service team was fabulous. Fast and got things happening. But many of the issues we had should have been identified before we arrived 1) The apartment looked nothing like the photos on the internet. I paid the higher price the view, light, big balcony. We were in one with none of that 2) Cleanliness - poor. Shower blocked and flooded. wardrobe mirrors filthy (to name a few) 3) Kitchenware poor for homely cooking. no tongs, spatula, food storage containers, 1 tea towel

The parking was an excellent addition, although the space is a bit tight. It was very quiet and I loved the interior/furniture choices. The bed was comfortable and there was ample storage space. I did request a swan st side apartment well in advance and was told they are allocated closer to the date but they would see what they can do. Unfortunately we were given an apartment the back of the building facing a construction site. Apart from that I could not fault the stay.

• Andreas (7/5): Spacious nice apartment in the middle of Richmond - Very spacious and super clean apartment. Easy accessible and in a very nice area. Good price. Good bed. Unfortunately, there was a very unpleasant smell of garbage in the hallways on the sixth floor. Before entering the apartments, the corridor smelled strongly because of the garbage chute. It was quite unpleasant and made the common areas uncomfortable to pass through. Communication was also not very good - we tried to contact for 2 reasons after check by mail but never got an answer.

• Merlini (9/5): Pleasantly surprised on our arrival on the spaciousness and cleanliness of the apartment. - Location was great. The beds were super comfy. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped. A little noisy from road traffic but with the doors closed and aircon on it wasn't a problem for us.

I HAVE BEEN BOOKED HUGE BOOKINGS TO DIFFERENT PROPERTY AND YOURS ARE THE WORST! CHARGING THE CUSTOMER FOR CLEANING ! TEL YOUR CLEANER TO STAY HOME AND DONT WASTE OUR MONEY PAYING THE PROPERTY ! • gail (9/5): Convenient location for our short stay in Richmond - Good location for us . Clean and comfortable. No fans or A/C in bedrooms on a hot night . The code we were given didn’t work to let us into building or car park. Had to make calls to get sorted out.

There were some nice restaurants within walking distance of the property as well as the train station and the botanical gardens. The front entrance to the building could have been tidier.

Comfortable, clean, had everything we needed. - All details for entry were emailed - clear instructions and wonderful communication with staff. The balcony doors didn’t lock and one door didn’t close fully - which made the blinds noisy all night. Other than that it was all absolutely AMAZING!

Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived Also, car park access is not suitable if you have any sort of mobility impairment (or if it’s raining) as you have to get out of your car to enter a code to open the garage door.

The room was spacious and presentation was excellent. The bin shoot was just outside our door and there was some strong odours coming from the bin shoot and perhaps from the garbage below. It was quite unpleasant.

The property could do with a bit more personality to feel a bit more homely.... however, this is a very subjective view and many may like the modernist, austere approach.

The Property: The space itself was fantastic; clean, modern, and well-equipped. The appliances (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher) were all new, easy to function and in great condition. The home was spacious and located in a great area, making it easy to get around. Thoughtful Details: What truly stood out were the little touches that made our two week stay so comfortable. The host went above and beyond by providing essentials such as: Strong Wi-Fi Toilet paper Dishwasher soap Laundry detergent Hangers Cleaning products (mop, vacuum) Cooking utensils, pots & pans Tea, coffee, sugar, salt, and other basics Even the bathrooms were stocked with soap, shampoo, and other toiletries, which was a huge plus. Overall: This property exceeded our expectations in terms of convenience, comfort, and attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay! If I had to make one comment, it would be about the timing of the instructions. You’re required to complete the personal information form at least 48 hours before booking, but the check in instructions only arrive 24 hours before. Since we were travelling from overseas (17 hours in transit), it would have been helpful to receive those instructions earlier,ideally before our flight.

The closeness to the MCG (just a 10 min tram ride). The proximity to public transport - tram stop outside and a 5 min walk to trains. You can jump on tram and be in centre in 15 mins.

• Emma (10/5): Brilliant location, beautiful apartment with excellent view! - Contemporary, excellent location, great parking, easy key pad entry into building. There were a few cigarette butts on the balcony when we arrived, & the hand held shower in the master was loose so it leaked. I would also suggest for any people staying a week that a couple more tea towels would be good, and some dishwashing detergent and a few extra dishwasher tablets!

The natural lighting was excellent with comfy beds and good shower rooms. Great Air Con system that worked well. Nice touches within the apartment with decor. Great to have the free secure parking at lower levels. Close to local public transport and short walk to a variety of eateries. Cannot fault our stay in anyway and would highly recommend. Nothing… it met our needs for a 5 night stay.

Ease of access and having a car park is a huge bonus. Fridge, Freezer had an issue where it didn’t appear to be able to have a temperature set. Fridge went cold and the freezer didn’t freeze anything

The location is excellent and free parking is a big bonus. I will definitely stay again. The room I had didn’t have a great view but I was out most of the time anyway.

The bathrooms had plenty of cabinet space, and the kitchen was well-equipped. I particularly liked that this complex has code access to the building and the apartments, which prevents the need to collect and drop off keys! No dislikes.

• Dayle (9/5): A great stay - A great location and a terrific 1 bedroom apartment. The apartment was very comfortable for the 2 of us and our dog. It was well equipped and very clean. A great comfortable bed and pillows. We felt it was very quiet.the balcony was great to be able to sit outside. The location was excellent and easy walking to really good coffee shops, restaurants, parks for the dog. Being able to park easily was a godsend. We’ll definitely return The batteries had been removed from the tv remote control and while I contacted Urban Rest they weren’t able to replace them during our stay. A minor issue
• Iris (7/5): - The property is located conveniently to everything, tram is just down stairs, plenty of eateries around. In the very first night, we felt very cold, and requested an additional blanket. We were told to pay $40 dollars for it and we had to wait till the payment cleared which could be one or two days after.
• Del (9/5): - Great location, clean, good parking and comfortable. The 10am check out doesn't allow any grace period. There would be no way of getting back into the apartment as the codes stop working at exactly 10am. A phone number to call would be great in case of getting locked out.
