• Małgorzata (10/5): - Lokalizacja rewelacyjna - w przepięknej dzielnicy Beverly Hills, z przepięknym widokiem. Willa przestronna, 5 sypialni, każda z prywatną łazienką, duża funkcjonalna kuchnia, wygodna jadalnia i salon, dodatkowo możliwość korzystania z basenu, sauny w cenie, jacuzzi i podgrzanie basenu dodatkowo płatne. Pobyt był wisienką na torcie naszego pobytu w USA. Polecam serdecznie - z chęcią tam wrócę ;)
• Visa (10/5): Amazing! - Five-star review. We enjoyed an exceptional stay at Beverly Hills City View Mansion. The villa is spacious, impeccably clean, comfortable, and equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub, and excellent facilities that fully matched the listing description. The location, views, and overall service exceeded expectations. The city view is absolutely stunning. Day and night, the panoramic scenery over Los Angeles is breathtaking and truly one of the highlights of the property. Watching the city lights from the terrace made the stay feel special and unforgettable. The only minor oddity was that the hot tub was turned on and off via WhatsApp messages rather than direct on-site controls, but we quickly learned to live with it and it did not affect the experience. Thank you for a great stay. We would happily return.
• Yassar (1/5): terrible experience - This property was completely misrepresented and uninhabitable. Upon arrival, we found extremely unsanitary conditions, including dead roaches, a strong stinky odor, feces on a bathroom door, garbage left in the bathroom trash can, dirty pool area and broken patio furniture. Due to serious health and safety concerns, we contacted the host immediately but received no response. We also contacted Booking.com right away to report the issue. The conditions were so poor that we were forced to leave within approximately two hours and did not stay overnight or use the accommodation. Booking.com later confirmed that the host was non-responsive and did not cooperate with resolving the situation. This experience caused significant stress and disruption, and we would strongly advise future guests to avoid this property.
• Aneurin (10/5): Lovely view, clean and spacious, great for groups, a nice safe area. - A really lovely home. Very spacious with a great view overlooking LA. The property was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We all had a lovely time, there were 7 of us total and we all had enough space for ourselves and felt safe at the property. The area was quite nice too. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for having us. If there were any cons it would be that we couldn’t heat the hot tub/pool ourselves (we had to message the hosts), so we felt like we were unnecessarily bothering the hosts.

• Aysha (10/5): Awesome views and location! - Awesome property! Great central location! Awesome views! You could see the LA skyline and the hills! Kids loved the pool, the hammock and the fire pit! Would definitely go back to it! Good shopping and choice of restaurants close by! Drive up the hills can be challenging if you are not used to but views are worth it! Outdoor furniture and deck needs a power wash. Die to the central Location, traffic can be a pain. Be aware of rush hours as most streets are one lane roads.

We had to pay before we arrived and what we saw was disaster House is in a very poor condition , furniture were damaged, pool area was dirty and inside house stank of damp and musty. It was not the quality you expect to spend holiday . When we arrived we had to wait over 2 hrs for somebody to come and he didn’t sort out nothing . We were told we can leave and money will be refund . We paid over 7.000 USD for this „luxury dumpster” and didn’t received money back till now . I’m worming you about this place - this is a big fraud

• James (10/5): Great View and spacious property inside and out. - This house is all about the open floor plan, amenities and most of all the VIEW. Beautiful high canyon view of the entire LA skyline. Extremely spacious. Convenient (mostly a short 10 min drive) to UCLA, Westwood and Sunset strip, Beverly Hills stores, etc. Very honest and communicative host. GREAT RENTAL!
