• Syed (8/5): The overall day was great - What I liked most about this place was how friendly and helpful the staff was. Even though there were some communication challenges at times, they truly did their best to assist. The food was great, the restaurant service was excellent, and the location was awesome. There was also a full-service bar and café available almost all day, and the room service was very good as well. The property looked clean overall, but the rooms definitely need a deeper cleaning and better maintenance. The staff was polite, however communication was difficult at times because many employees did not speak much English, making it hard to understand each other.

• Tomasz (7/5): pobyt ok, mógłbym tam wrócic - Lokalizacja, kameralny hotel , lodówka , wentylator w pokoju ( nie potrzeba klimatyzacji ) , dobre śniadania, Super restauracja "Bogavende " ( menu i obsługa ) !!! . Poza tym jedzeznie w bufetach przy basenie jest ok. Dobry poziom i fajnie podane . brak balkonu w pokojach , brak możliwości zjedzenia śniadania na tarasie , zbyt głośna muzyka podczas animacji przy basenie . Restauracje hotelowe wszystkie w których zamawia się kolacje (oprócz restauracji Bogavende ) słabe jedzenie. Szczególnie restauracja włoska to tragedia !! .

La playa a los pies del hotel era bonita, pero la zona del hotel estaba en medio de la nada, requiriendo un Uber, las tarifas de los taxis son una estafa, para visitar cualquier cosa, incluso restaurantes. La wifi de la habitación (estuvimos en dos) y se desconectaba constantemente, era frustrante, no poder disfrutarla desde la habitación. La comida era justa, apenas sin sabor, no apetecía comer en el hotel, lo cual es triste en un todo incluido, tuvimos que salir a comer fuera varias veces, para disfrutar de la comida mejicana. En general no preparaban, los cocteles eran "de surtidor", y siempre con sabor dulce, forzando a pasarse el día a cervezas.

The food was really a significant downside of the experience. The majority of options were simply not tasty and low quality. Even in their designated separate restaurants you get quite disappointing meals.

• Olga (10/5): Awesome hotel and amazing stay - It was our first time at this property in Cancun and exceeded our expectations. Receptionist had nice and mellow personality, explained everything. They let us use facilities prior to checking into our rooms, that was great! Property has restaurants for breakfast and lunch, Italian restaurant for dinner (reservation required), coffee shop with variety of coffees, snacks, fruits and tasty pastries. Bar was great too. Rooms (we had two) were good size, cleaned daily, mattresses were comfortable. We got a nice surprise from Management, it was appreciated. All personnel was very nice and attentive. There is another hotel next door from same chain, and we could use their facilities as well, book restaurants, go for evening shows there, and it was a very convenient bonus. Beach was clean and well taken care of, with lots of benches and umbrellas. Glad we picked this property and we'll definitely be coming back. none

However, prospects could change if culture was looked at or at least their false marketing - Good The hotel was clean, and our room was consistently cleaned to a very good standard. That is one of the few areas where the hotel genuinely met expectations. Shower pressure was excellent, and the rainfall shower was a nice feature, although the water temperature was badly controlled and could swing from comfortable to almost scalding. Some individual staff members were also very good. The pool bar staff were exceptionally friendly, and Luany handled my complaint professionally and politely. She did more than most to try to improve the situation, including arranging extra security walkthroughs and sending an in-room amenity, which was appreciated. Gabriella and Pedro at the evening buffet also stood out positively. The pool itself looked nice, although the “hot tubs” were generally lukewarm and not nearly hot enough to justify the name. Cleaning staff were fantastic and left nice touches in the room. Example picture attached This hotel’s biggest problem is simple: it sells itself as a 5-star luxury, tranquil, adults-only resort, and that is not what it delivers. I booked this property expecting a peaceful, premium adults-only stay. What I got instead was a hotel where guests openly ignored pool rules, reserved sunbeds from 6am, played their own music despite clear signage prohibiting personal speakers, and where the hotel itself added to the noise with loud bingo and DJs by the pool. There is nothing tranquil, luxurious, or especially adults-only in feel about that environment. The marketing is deeply misleading. I paid over £2,000 for what was presented as a calm, upscale experience, and in reality it felt much closer to a standard mid-range all-inclusive with better branding. The speaker issue was particularly telling. The rules clearly prohibit personal speakers, yet guests continued using them anyway. I raised a formal complaint during my stay because the hotel was not enforcing its own standards. Luany did what she could, but the wider problem remained obvious: this is a hotel that advertises one atmosphere and permits another. Sunbed reserving was absurd. At a supposedly 5-star property, guests were claiming beds from around 6am and this was not properly controlled. If you did not participate in the same selfish routine, you were often left without a decent place to sit or stuck in the shade. That is not acceptable at this price level. The food was frankly appalling for a hotel claiming this standard. In reality, it was closer to a 2- or 3-star all-inclusive buffet experience. Much of it was basic, lukewarm, and felt as though very little care had gone into quality. The desserts often looked good but tasted stale, with textures suggesting they had been sitting out far too long. Service in the buffet areas was also poor. Breakfast staff were pleasant enough, but inefficient, and we repeatedly had to chase people just to get a hot drink.

• Farelli (8/5): Buen Hotel, buenas playas - La arquitectura del hotel es hermosa, las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Muy buena cama y almohadas. Lo mejor de todo son las playas, super limpias, sin sargazo, el agua cristalina y a una temperatura increíble! Buena coctelería (en los bares de adentro sobre todo). La comida de los buffets esta bastante bien! El personal del hotel muy cordial y a bien predispuestos. El Spa está bueno, tiene costo adicional y es bastante caro, pero los masajistas muy buenos! En el Lobby hay una mesa de CLUB SOLARIS, cuando realizas el chek in se presentan para mostrarte el funcionamento del hotel, te ofrecen cupones de regalos y desayunos. Es todo una mentira para intentar venderte una membresía de 10mil dolares que no sirve para nada. Te roban una mañana entera de tu estadía y son muy molestos. Los restaurantes en general no son muy buenos. Te sentís apurado mientras te atienden. Los platos no son para nada abundandes. La calidad de los alimentos no es mala, pero uno espera un poco mas de un hotel de esta categoría.

Réservation des restaurants fastidieuse. Malgré nos plaintes répétées, nous n'avons jamais eu de l'eau chaude. Il fallait demandé pour un réapprovisionnement de café dans la chambre et les tasses de la veille n'étaient pas nettoyées. Bref un all inclusive où tout est organisé pour décourager le client à consommer. La nourriture était parfois inmanageable. On ne nous y reprendra plus

• Margaret (10/5): Dream vacation! - The Caribe was just recently remodeled. My room was just beautiful, as was the property. The staff at the Solaris resorts are always fantastic. You get the newness and quietness of the Caribe but still have access to the larger pool/additional activities next door. Don't bother going to the sales presentation. It takes longer than they say it will, and although it's not a "bad" deal, I wish I had those 3 hours of my vacation back.

• Manfred (9/5): Sehr angenehmes Hotel - Mit der Solaris App konnte man gut die Restaurants reservieren. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag ist das mit der App auch die Lage des Restaurants einsehen kann. Um Punkt 11 Uhr kommt das Frühstücks Personal und möchte abräumen. Wenn es heißt 8 bis 11 Uhr Frühstück, daß heißt für mich das um 11 Uhr der Service eingestellt wird, aber man kann noch in Ruhe zu Ende frühstücken. Eine 1/2 Stunde wäre angebracht.

The room although clean, the beds were uncomfortable, and the walls were super thin. The person next to us coughed and blew her nose the entire night. The towels were thin and cheap. There were cockroaches outside our door at night.
