- ingermar (5/5): It was quiet and relaxing - Location Needs some updating
- Ellis (8/5): -
- Janice (7/5): -

- Flavio Renato (10/5): - The hotel is a paradise, with lots of nature, pool options, and the accommodations we stayed in were complete, with a living room, kitchen, four bedrooms, and a backyard with sun loungers. Truly beautiful!
PT/BR: O hotel é paradisíaco, muita natureza, há opções de piscinas e a acomodação que ficamos era completa, havia sala, cozinha, quatro e um quintal com cadeiras para tomar sol. Realmente muito bonito! On the date we stayed there was no breakfast available and we were not informed in advance, but the accommodation had utensils to make your breakfast and other meals and there was a supermarket close to the hotel.
PT/BR: Na data que ficamos não tinha café da manhã disponivel e não fomos informados antes, mas na acomodação tinha utensílios para fazer seu café da manhã e outras refeições e havia um supermercado próximo ao hotel.
- Kristina (9/5): Good - Large with full kitchen and sitting area The fan was loud
- Jenna (5/5): Could use improvement - The security guards were very lovely! The room was spacious and the location was decent. I was overcharged by almost $200 of given total when I booked. My toilet didn't work for 3/4 of my stay and I was not compensated in any way even after speaking with management. My room was not cleaned everyday yet I was still charged a cleaning fee, when I brought this up they didn't believe me.

- Jackie (4/5): Disappointing -

- Dalia (3/5): NOT CLEAN ROOMS! PUBIC HAIR ON USED TOWEL - Location on paradise island, staff were nice HAIR in bed, dirty sheets with stains and PUBIC HAIR on the used towels unfortunately left us with a really bad experience and we barely slept at night because of it. They were also cleaning the pathway as we left the hotel so my leather sandals got soaking wet. Sent a message to the management via booking.com and didn’t get any response.
NOT CLEAN ROOMS!
- Laura (8/5): Very good -
- Marina (8/5): Nice place to stay! - Good location and absolutely a good value for money as it's a Paradise Island.
- Olga (9/5): Perfect for relaxing - Quiet street, green area, 8 minutes walk to the beach, 2 swimming pools, good hotel staff. The kitchen has a stove and dishes, a refrigerator, tea and coffee. Daily cleaning and change of all towels; there are towels for the beach. The water in the shower doesn't switch well (either it's hot or cold)
- Cassandra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Florian (5/5): Passable -
- Jacqueline (8/5): My overall stay was quite and close proximity to beaches and Atlantis. - N/A Needs a more modern look. The decor needs a face lift
- Eliran (6/5): Could have been better if all - Good location, spacious unit Many things were out of order - gym, tap water were undrinkable - vending machine didn’t work and the mini mart that’s supposed to be open in the morning was often closed without any notice.
- Robertadima4 (7/5): Good stay but bathroom a bit dirty - Great location and good value for money Bathroom was not clean
- Ekin (3/5): Poor -
- Hila (9/5): A quiet and pleasant place in a good location - Kind staff, comfortable and cozy place A bit far from the center of Paradise Island
- Gail (1/5): I am disappointed that the employee checking in guests was very unprofessional and very rude to me and another guest. My - The plants were nice. Also, the security staff was very helpful while the management staff was very unprofessional. The employee checking in guests was very unprofessional and very rude towards me and another guest. This employee kept stating that she needed to get home to her family and refused to accommodate my request for a first floor room due to my disability. The phone in my room did not work during my stay and I was unable to contact the front desk.
- Prescott (8/5): Very good -
- Harrell (10/5): Exceptional - It's good and quiet No
- Igor (10/5): Great budget location for a short or long term stay - Great location, very easy to book for short term and long term, great price and great value. It's located close to a perfect beach and Atlantis resort (if you want to venture out to a casino / aquarium).
The area is gated, has two swimming pools (at least I've seen two), a tennis court, is very convenient and close by Marina village (for dining and shopping).
- Heather (6/5): Pleasant -
- Inza (10/5): Exceptional - everything
- Sharika (8/5): Very good -
- Shanise (7/5): Is was restful - Breakfast Spray the rooms for insects
- Dada (7/5): This was nice for my first visit. Would recommend for solo traveling. - Close to stores and restaurants tucked in a jungle like setting. I love nature so location was nice Older hotel needs upgrading
- Ayesha (10/5): We absolutely loved our stay in Bay View Suites. It was our first time in the Bahamas so we were nervous arriving somewh - Everything! Nothing!
- Sharika (8/5): Very good -
- Christos (7/5): Nice location, colonial style cozy but really old with medium level of facilities and bad WiFi signal at most of the room -
- Acker (8/5): Wonderful stay, great beaches and choices of restaurants within a 10 minute walk - The high taxes on everything.
- Loveland (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sophia (7/5): ### Pros - The hotel room is super spacious, more like a small apartment. - There are enough tools for cooking. - The ai - - The hotel room is super spacious, more like a small apartment.
- There are enough tools for cooking.
- The air conditioning is good.
- Room service and cleaning was good - There aren't many kitchen utensils.
- The small grocery store nearby is ridiculously expensive.
- The larger grocery store across the bridge has slightly lower prices but requires a trip.
- The water pressure in the bathroom is very poor.
- The air conditioning is hard to adjust to a lower setting, especially at night.
- At Bay View Hotel, they didn't provide water after a long flight.
- The soda machine at the reception was broken, so no drinks were available.
- Customer service wasn't great.
- The hotel restaurant was closed the entire week.
- The hotel has two pools, but the water was extremely hot and looked dirty.
- Casey (8/5): Nice stay and felt safe bc of the friendly staff at the front door. - The staff were so friendly and loved the suites and pool. That there is only one way in and it’s a long walk from the parking.
- Hedwig (6/5): Pleasant - Staff was very helpful, friendly and pleasant. The restaurant had not much to offer, which was a problem, because it was raining the entire weekend and not easy visiting another restaurant on the island.
The apartments/rooms are in need for maintenance. A lot in the apt/room looked very worn-out, but it was well-cleaned.
- Eileen (4/5): Never again - Location some staff It was in need of a total update
- Gamze (3/5): Just poor - The true MVP of Bay View Suites is the resident garden cat. Forget concierge services; this feline ambassador is always there to greet you with a purr and a tail flick. Location is also convenient. Thirsty? Well, prepare for an adventure. There's no drinking water in the room, because why would there be? Instead, you're supposed to rely on a vending machine that's as dependable as a magic eight ball. Spoiler: it was out of order. So off you go to the office, because nothing says “vacation” like a quest for basic amenities.
Room was also not clean enough and there are maintenance issues, which are dissaponting.
- Trevin (10/5): Comfortable and Pleasent Stay - This was a wonderful property. My room was amazing. I didn't expect it to be big and spacious. I loved the overall ambiance. The property has a couple of pools and also an on-suite laundry room which I thought was nice. The hotel staff was nice. The checking process was easy and quick. The location of this hotel is conveniently located close to the Atlantis Hotel and as well as Cabbage Beach. I would highly recommend it. I didn't have anything that I didn't like. But if I have to point out something it would be the check-in time. The check-in is at 3:00 pm which is found could be a little inconvenient. Since most flights from the US arrive in the morning it would be nice to have an earlier check-in time. But the hotel was nice enough to get my room ready and get me checked in by 2:00 pm.
- Dana (8/5): Very good -
- Carl (5/5): Passable -
- Ringo (6/5): Over all it was a awesome place minus the snakes & ants - Nice little quiet location Small ants, roach coming out from the a/c room and snake while walking the path to the room
- Td (6/5): Pleasant - Needs to clean patio provide cleaning supplies for Kitchen such as dish washing soap/ dish towels for full kitchen or a broom
- Bernd (8/5): Very good -
- Denise (8/5): The unit we stayed in was quiet. Someone came to clean and replace towels daily. We enjoyed a quiet and secluded stay. - Centrally located. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. It could use some upgrades. It’s an older property. In no way luxurious, but definitely safe and clean. A good bargain stay.
- Michał (8/5): Value for money - Good location, very cosy and carribbean vibe We arrived at noon and had to wait for room until 3 PM - not something very strange but usually hotels do their best in such situation to speed up.
They take your towels while cleaning the room and return with new ones 1-2 hours later what tends to be problematic sometimes.
Kitchen wasn't well equipped.
- Marina (9/5): Superb - Suites were good but too old, and they need renovation. There were no USB chargers. The kitchen ware wasn't enough. The location is comfortable, but rooms are too old. I liked location, close to beach, restaurants.
- Marina (8/5): Very good -
- Emma (6/5): Fine for a night or two but gym closed and staff not welcoming at front desk - The location was good and the property had a nice balcony outside. It was also well stocked with coffee and toiletries. The staff were not particularly welcoming especially at the front desk. When we arrived and asked about check in the woman at the front desk refused to get off the phone. It was also advertised as having a gym but it turned out it was closed when we arrived for no specific reason.
- Martin (1/5): Bad -
- Valishta (7/5): Good -
- Jay (7/5): Great value - It was clean and good price. Had a kitchen but I didn't use it Smelled odd, musty or moldy. Carpet a little sticky. I'd advise no carpet - go with tile to avoid musty smell since you turn off ac when no guests. Keep the mini mart open! Keep a restaurant open!
- Kenton (4/5): Disappointing -
- Detra (4/5): I would recommend this hotel for long term stays. - Yes It’s to far from the city
- Charissa (10/5): Large suite - I was only there 1 night, coming from a week on a sailboat. I had a large suite to myself with a big comfortable bed. Laying by the quiet pool and close walking distance to Atlantis village Market for the evening was great.
- Francisco (2/5): Keep looking for something else - Old place. Not very clean. Unstable WiFi.
At night I got a guy on the back yard of the suite. I went to the reception and she told me. It is normal. The phone in the suite did not work, the tv remote had no bateries, still did not work after I put a couple bateries I had. No Gym. Breakfast starts at 7:30. Looking at everything else it was good I did’nt even try it.
- Eric (5/5): Passable - location room felt unclean
- Bianca (8/5): Very good -
- Steve (7/5): Affordable, practice, great location - but not as luxurious as other options in the area. - Very relaxed, quiet, awesome location. Staff were friendly and helpful. So much cheaper than other properties on Paradise Island. A little run down. Bathroom wasn’t super clean. No kettle - but they bought a new one for us. Stains on some furniture. Main pool didn’t seem very clean. Could be much better with a bit of TLC.
- Celestine (10/5): I had an awesome experience at Bayview Suites! - I am from Eleuthera. I loved that the decor had an Eleuthera feel to it(pictures and pineapple couch covers).
Also, it was nice and quiet just like home. Nil
- Rita (9/5): Very relaxing stay - Landscaping was beautiful, staff was friendly, good value for Paradise Island
- Ilona (9/5): Friendly staff, safe place, close to the beach and everything. Good price for Bahamas! - Great location, closed to the beach, restaurants and Atlantis. Property is outdated, need a remodeling.
- Lukasbinder (9/5): Superb - It was an amazing place for the two of us. Easy ceck in, super helpful and friendly stuff! You can easy walk to the beach and explore paradise island and Nassau. Definitely recommend this Place!
- Mathew (7/5): Good - Good location and value for money overall No complimentary water was offered and the vending machine was broken as well.
- Robyn (8/5): Very good -
- Caroline (5/5): Expect the bare minimum. - Wifi was decent. Air con in the unit. Restaurant was decent and cook was lovely. Problem is most of the week and day there is no restaraunt open. Old and outdated and not a well maintained property. So many staff walking around, but not sure what they do as not even the pools were cleaned or landscaping done. In the room charges, there is an automatic daily gratuity for cleaning staff, but only once was our room tidied in the sense of new torn towels were replaced and upon request, new sheets on the bed. No wipe down of bathroom or kitchen and coffee table surface, or mop or vacuum was done. I was dumbfounded in the lack of care and cleanliness. Ants everywhere in the bathroom and in the kitchen. People smoke all over the property and there are no ashtrays so people just put them out in the deck by the pool and whatnot and because of this cigarette buts are all over the property and inside the pools too. Security staff are lazy on site. Often saw one sleeping in the main reception or watching tv on their phone and not paying attention to whomever came through the door. Security also called a guest sexy and touched her she told me and when she complained to the management, they told her this is their culture and excuses it, despite her saying that she was uncomfortable and made to feel unsafe. Staff could even be heard swearing about the property to other staff, rummaging and taking items like rum they could be heard saying and putting dibs on, left by persons staying at the property, we assumed they had checked out when we could hear these comments made while we were lounging by the pool. Our opinion- Way over priced for the stay, but we suppose the fact that it’s located on paradise island makes them entitled to be able to charge the prices for stay they do. Management staff named Alfred seemed disheveled and overwhelmed at the thought of new guests arriving all at the same time and there was constantly a long line waiting to see him and for people to check in. His excuse always was, he’s the only one in the office that day. Unacceptable.
- Adél (7/5): Good - Office members are very friendly, accommodation is close to everything. Good place to stay if the weather is good and you only want to sleep there. Breakfast buffet is open every day according to the sign, but they opened it totally randomly, it was open only two days out of seven. Downstairs apartments are a little dark and ours wasn't that clean. It would have been totally okay if the weather had been good and we only spent the nights there, but it was very windy, so we had to stay at the apartment for more time during the day.
- Jorge (8/5): Good place to stay in case you need to save money in Island Princess - Location It was not clean. It requires several updates.
- Kimberly (8/5): Very good - Staff, roomy suites for the money Cleaning solution was way too strong!
- Bernadette (7/5): Good -
- Patrick (10/5): It was very nice and the people were wonderful! - Excellent!> Nothing!6
- Alexandre (10/5): Exceptional - The suites are very well located on Paradise Island, 30min walk from downtown Nassau. The room was very spacious, silent/private and comfy, the staff extremely friendly and helpful! The neighbourhood was very calm and felt safe, only 5min away from the amazing Cabbage Beach. Very well furnished with couches, fridge, lounge chairs on the terrace! The shower was a bit shabby and we didn't have hot water the last evening.
- Anonymous (8/5): All the hotels I stayed in I will always choose this property first. - It felt like home away from home. Entertainment was good, utility was good with hot and cold water. The air condition was freezing up.
- Johnson (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carl (9/5): I was on my own, but it is a great place of a family - The place was much bigger than I had envisioned, so that was great. Close to all the amenities on Paradise Island It could have offered a breakfast, I guess. but that wasn't a big deal
- Nina (7/5): comfortable quick stop at Nassau - very helpful and friendly personnel, the property is well located close to the beach and has 2 swimming pools and 1 tennis court, we enjoyed one of those pools when sea was windy. paradise island as an area is very overrated, there are no good restaurants and shops outside Atlantis you will have to cross the bridge to get to downtown
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional -
- Devin (7/5): Quiet and cozy - The room was spacious and clean. Very quiet
- Dani (10/5): Great location, staff and price! - Great location on the Paradise island for this price. The staff was the best! Very safe as you go true security reception to enter. We were offered a cot for our baby which I am thankful. It was wonderful that we had an apartment instead of just one room in a normal hotel as it was nice to use the kitchen and the living room. It's not luxury but got everything we needed and we spend most of the day's outdoor. Also, the little veranda with a table outside was lovely.
We've got cleaning service every day.
If you want to get downtown there's a shuttle in front of Atlantis ( $5) and best 6 hour tour is on the marina next to the Margarita Ville( Tropical brim sailing adventures). We loved it! Hope that helps 😁
- Cw (7/5): More expensive than first communicated. TRICKY. - The room was clean. I liked the garden of the property. It is close to restaurants. The price was not clear & transparent communicated. Not the way I was used to by Booking. There were several amounts put on the room. So the room did cost much more than it looked like at first sight.
VERY TRICKY.
The hotel needed an update & renovation.
- Hector (8/5): Very good -
- Artem (8/5): Very good -
- Teresa (1/5): Bad - Nothing ..the hotel was outdated, warn down and needed lots of repairs..it was not the hotel on the website Everything
- Charles (9/5): Superb -
- Robin (8/5): Great for the price! - Very friendly staff (shout out to Dave in security, and Jamal and Alfred in the office). Quiet and serene location with three pools and clean rooms. Would recommend if you're looking for a more affordable stay in Paradise Island. - Water pressure in bathroom was weak
- TV didn't have many channels available
- Not as close to restaurants/attractions as some other reviews claim
- Dżon (8/5): Good stay - Was a nice place for the budget We had guests below that made noise every night from 04:50 and I asked security to tell them to be quiet and nothing happened.. this ruined a bit of our trip
- Rachel (9/5): Superb -
- Barbara (9/5): Superb -
- Levarity (5/5): Passable - Cable need more Channels
- Ailsa (9/5): Superb - Staff were very pleasant and helpful throughout the Bayview Suites
