• Tetiana (5/5): Економ варіант, не раджу з дітьми, небезпечні сходи - Місце розташування відносно центру, зручне транспортне сполучення Пр шставни та апартаментів були на зв'язку Підходить для молоді/студентів, не родини з дітьми Цокольний поверх, одразу біля вхідних дверей в будинок. Було відкритте вікно, коли ми заселилися, холодно дуже, не могли роздягнути дітей, поки не нагрілось, брудна підлога. При цьому на поверсі де ліжко для сна немає чим дихати, спати там не можливо. І відкрито вікно на ніч теж не можливо, бо стоїть софа під ним, де сплять люди, шумно на вулиці. Матраци на софі не зручні, щось постійно давило в спину. А на 2 поверсі роз'їжалися один від одного, дитина постійно провалювалася між ними. Меблі "втомлені": один стільчик був такий кволий , що страшно сидіти, брудні подушки на стільчиках, шафа у ванній з поламаними дверима, холодильник зовні весь пом'ятий стіни зальопані,є місцями кавою чи чимось іншим, вікно заклеєне пльонкою, що світло майже не проходить, дивне відчуття. Чайника не було ніякого. Не вистачало рушника для кухні чи паперового, також мочалки для миття посуду. Одна вішалка на всіх. Дзеркало у ванній висить високо , що нічого не видно. Коли склали софу, щоб було місце для сидіння, побачили купу сміття.

• Svitlana (8/5): - Мне все понравилось. Аппартаменты на 3х были не большие, но очень комфортные и казались очень просторными. Расположение замечательное, не далеко от Темподрома в 7 минутах ходьбы. Единственное, сотрудники забыли прислать видео инструкцию. Но позвонив им все быстро решилось. Да и еще в аппартаментах не хватало електро чайника. Но мы тоже это решили без проблем, самостоятельно.
• Agnieszka (1/5): Okropny apartament - Nic Wszystko,problem z check in ,wymuszenie wpłaty kaucji w kwocie 150 euro ,żeby wejść do lokalu o czym nie uprzedzano na stronie. W apartamencie brudno ,ale my musieliśmy posprzątać ,przetrzymywanie kaucji. Nie polecam.
• Žygimantas (8/5): - The location was great and to get to appart.ends was easy. The smell from the bathroom was unpleasant. The sofa on the first floor was very uncomfortable. I would not recommend staying here with four people.

• Del Alcázar Alvarez (10/5): Primera vez en un aparta-hotel de esta forma - A pesar de ser pequeño tenía todo lo necesario. De verdad nos gustó mucho y lo recomiendo 100% Que las indicaciones del lugar deben ser más explícitas. Demoré para encontrar las llaves. Esperaba ver la recepción un hotel. Pero no es un apartamento sólo, sin personal que te reciba.
• Jose (10/5): Justo lo que queríamos - La ubicación es excelente, está a solo 10 minutos a pie del checkpoint Charlie y a 20 min del centro histórico. Estaciones del U y rutas de buses a 2 minutos. El loft es cómodo, incluso para 4 personas. Sería pertinente considerar dejar instrucciones para la super máquina de café y poder utilizarla. Tener en cuenta que el depósito que solicitan se retorna a los 7 días, por lo que hazlo faltando 2 días para el viaje, o sino, se te retorna a la cuenta y toca volver a hacerlo. Todo estuvo bien. Solo tener más claridad entorno al depósito.

• Wiktoria (1/5): Big disappointment! - It was a nightmare, the room wasn’t clean!! Dirty towels on the bathroom floor, dirty dishes in the sink and used bed sheets with toilet paper on the side of the bed. After calling with the host - there was no option to clean the room at the time of my arrival… there was also no possibility to change the bedsheets myself. I was left alone with a disgustingly dirty room and had to find a new stay IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT! As I arrived at midnight… Worst experience with accommodation so far.

• Pikalov (7/5): It's a good accommodation, but weirdness with additional payments - It's comfortable apartment, close to the centre of Berlin, located on the ground floor, a little cramped, but overall well designed. there is everything you need for living (cutlery, crockery, etc.). The landlord during the check-in takes a extra deposit of 150 €, which he undertakes to return after leaving and indicates the period no later than 7 days, but after leaving they say that they will return it no earlier than 7 days and do not indicate any terms. it looks a bit weird because my money's gone....
• Damemi (6/5): Pleasant - The flat is very small but appeared modern and well restructured . The position was excellent. The level of cleaning was very poor (dust and debris). The handle of shower was not working properly. It was not possible to open the window.
