- Dorcas (9/5): Beautiful space in a great location with fantastic views - The apartment is in a fantastic central location and has the most incredible views across all parts of Florence. It is well equipped, with small kitchen, table/ chairs and sofa. There is a/c but suggest adding a fan or two.
- John (10/5): It made a beautiful memory for us and we would return in a heartbeat. - Wow, what an amazing view over Florence from the room. We could see the Duomo, the churches and across the rooftops. The sunset was stunning ! A very comfortable room and luxurious bed, best nights sleep on holiday ! Location is brilliant and we could walk to the main sights within 15 minutes. A beautiful historic building too. Nicco let us in early and was very helpful, we felt in good hands (thank you Nicco ! ). Not much wrong really, only feedback is that the water pressure a bit low in the sink and the water heater button is a bit close to light switches and easy to turn off in error.

The room had everything we neede - Superb location, amazing view and a generous sized room. Nicoli was fantastic and a great help. AC was not very powerful but we appreciate that it is not normally so hot and we were there in a heat wave. I am sure it is normally fine.
- Xuerui (10/5): Many stairs as its name, nice view - Beautiful interior, amazing view(especially when good weather and evening), full set of tableware. The elevator is cute, never experienced that before…Staffs are warm and nice, really appreciate that. As a hotel, a pair of throw away flipper is not included in the room service…🥲
