For that amount of money the hotel should do better And the most important, during night there was a drunk that was playing and singing. People complained to the lobby, but they did not call police At least from 3am to 5am

• JAVIER (4/5): excelente ubicación, habitación amplia, pero experiencia amarga.... - la situación es excelente, y el desayuno muy amplio y variado. grandes habitaciones en nuestro caso, que hizo que estuviéramos muy comodos... Nos fuimos con buena sabor de boca y disfrutamos mucho. pero la sorpresa fue al volver a nuestro domicilio, donde nos dimos cuenta de un hecho que nos amargó la vuelta ( nunca nos había ocurrido que nos faltase dinero de un monedero que teníamos en la habitación...) .Tras hablar con el personal encargado vía mail, no hemos vuelto a saber nada y, y eso ha hecho que nuestra esntancia en el hotel tenga un sabor agridulce. no nos lo esperábamos....

• Piret (9/5): A good hotel to stay at during a city break. - The hotel location is excellent, close to metro stations, and many nice places are within walking distance. There is also a taxi stand practically right outside the door. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our flight times were not during the day, so we were able to do an early check-in, and for an additional fee it was also possible to use the room until 6 PM on the day of departure. The breakfast had a very good selection and was delicious. Although our windows faced the pedestrian street, the room was quiet. The bathroom could have one more hook :)
• maria virginia (10/5): Volveria sin dudarlo y lo recomendaria - La ubicacion inmejorable, el estilo del hotel moderno y con un bar muy agradable para terminar tomando una copa de vino sentados afuera. Fueron excelentes anfitriones!!! Me habian dado una habitacion con alfombra que me diagustaba el olor y muy amablemente me hicieron un upgrade a una habitacion sin alfombra! La atencion, esplendida. Las escaleras...todos son entre pisos y faltan rampas para bajar las valijas, despues de los ascensores.
• Istvan (6/5): Az észrevételek ellenére, melyek kis odafigyeléssel javíthatók, jó szálloda. - Bőséges büféasztal, kedves személyzet. Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, elegáns, csendes környezet. Csak egy szék volt 2 vendég részére. Nem volt megtalálható a törölközővel kapcsolatos tájékoztatás, így a nedves törölközőket nem cserélték ki. A légkondicionáló nem fűtött, és többszöri kérés ellenére sem javították meg. Éjszaka még hűvös volt.
• Daniela (10/5): - Posizione invidiabile: centralissimo, a due passi da Stephansplatz eppure tranquillo, affacciato su piazza pedonale. Lo staff molto gentile, disponibile ed efficiente. La colazione molto variegata, anche il corner dove venivano preparate al momento omelette deliziose. La nostra camera e il bagno erano ampi e pulitissimi, anzi impeccabili. Letto comodo. Nessun lato negativo.

• Jenny (8/5): Nice hotel with an excellent location. Price worthy and nice staff. - The location was super. Just a couple of steps from Stephansplatz. Great restaurants outside the door. Ubahn close. Also liked the possibility to get a late check out for a small fee. We arrived early and got our room already at 10.30. Staff was nice and helpful. Luggage storage. We will for sure book this hotel again. The room was a bit warm but the location made up for it. Perhaps they have an air condition system during summer.

• RN (5/5): Wegen ESC Hotels vielfach ausgebucht - nur deshalb haben wir dieses teure Hotel gebucht - gute zentrale Lage, Frühstücksbuffet mit schöner Aussicht, freundliches Personal, kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade Zimmer nicht modern, Schäden an den Möbeln, Holzkanten nahezu alle beschädigt. Statt Regendusche Badewanne mit normaler Brause, die nicht einmal arretiert werden konnte. Waren zum ESC in der Stadt, deshalb viele Hotels ausgebucht. 3 x ÜF 2 Personen für 323.-€/Nacht viel zu teuer. Normalerweise haben wir Pension mit Frühstück in Wien (zentrale Lage Nähe Rathaus für 89.-€/Nacht). Preis-Leistung passt nicht

• Yu (8/5): Die Lage ist super, Frühstück ist reichlich, die Personal in Frühstück sind super nett. - Die Lage ist bestens beim Checkin habe ich schlecte Erfahrung. als die Kollege unsere Checkin bearbeitet, kommt eine Frau, meint Ihre Türkarte funktiert nicht, die Kollege hat unsere Checkin unterbrochen, und die Karte von der Frau genommen, neue Karte anzufertigen, und geht noch weg, einen anderen Kollegen zubeauftragen, die Frau zu ihrem Zimmer zu begleiten. wir müssen aber warten bis unsere Checkin wieder aufgenommen wurde. das ist nicht professionelle, auch unhöflich.

The location of the hotel was right in the center with lots of food places and shops around . Reception staff were very helpful. We also had a drink in the bar one night and the service and atmosphere were fantastic.

• Paula (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay at the Austria Trend Hotel Europa. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect-close to everything. After a long day of sightseeing, it was so nice to have such a comfortable bed to rest. We would stay again at this hotel. The a/c was not very cool. That was the only downside to the room.

Önündeki meydan güzel ve her saat canlı. Oda ve banyo küçüktü. Bir de balkon olmasını çok seviyorum otel odalarında ama bu odada balkon yoktu ,belki başka seçeneklerde var mıydı dikkat etmedim.

Excellent breakfast. Staff were helpful and there was a useful left luggage option. Not much of a lounge area but there was a bar which a lot of travellers seemed to like.

Amplasare perfecta pentru un sejur la Viena, aproape de majoritatea obiectivelor turistice si mijloacele de transport. Camere confortabile, mic dejun excelent, personal amabil. Nu am obiectiuni.

The air con was struggling to make any impact on the room temperature. Very disappointing

• RAMIRO (4/5): La cama y el baño deben cambiar. - En las fotos no presentan cama pegada a la pared, hubiera conseguido otro hotel. El baño tiene muy poco vidrio la ducha, se sale el agua al bañarse. No pueden tener una cama pegada a la pared. Para personas de 3ra edad es muy difícil llegar al puesto pegado a la pared.

• Elzabeth (9/5): Centrally located- lovely hotel - The room was large and had an excellent view of the square below. The room was spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was large with a great shower and bathtub. We had room service one morning, and it was excellent! The food arrived hot and right on time. There was so much food that we could not eat all of it! Like most hotels in Europe, this one had unavoidable stairs. I just recently injured my knee, and an elevator would have been very helpful. As Americans, we are so used to every location being fully accessible for the disabled that it takes me aback when there are unavoidable stairs. Also, it lists the room as having AC, but the room was very hot, even in May. Again, this is common in Europe.
