• Débora (4/5): Decepcionante - tem uma boa localização O chão estava sujo e faz muito barulho, a parte de trás do sofá estava imunda, o que foi péssimo pois o casal que estava conosco dormiu ali. Muito injusto pagar a taxa de limpeza e receber o local sujo! Alem disso, não havia agua quente, enviamos mensagem mas o responsavel só enrolou e não fez nada. Ficamos 5 dias a tomar banhos gelados.
• Kairat (7/5): Worth the money - 10 minutes to the metro, 30-40 minutes overall to the center. There is a large farmer’s market nearby. We could not use the TV because there were no batteries in the remote

• Danuta (1/5): The loft is of a poor quality compared to the photos. - While the loft looks nice on the photo, in reality, the renovation is of rather poor quality and this starts to show in particular in the bathroom (humidity is destroying the furniture, shower, rust shows up). We did not appreciate that the loft was only ready with bed linens for 2 people while we paid for 4 people. The bed sheets hidden in the sofa were incomplete and not fresh. The pillow cover was dirty. We did not get a bed sheet. We asked a family renting a neighbouring loft and it appeared that they had a spare sheet that we could take. When we contacted the service, we were not helped and asked to call an emergency number. Because at the same time, emergency number was only for emergency situations and it was late (after 22:00), we did not call. Even if we were promised to be helped the following day, nobody came nor contacted us in regards of the bed sheets. This was a very disappointing lodging. I have never had such a poor experience with an apartment.

• Francisco (7/5): Good - The location is very good. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The information I got about the Wi-Fi was not correct and I never got an answer back about this. The faucet in the bathroom was loose and the towel hanger came out of the wall. Part of the stairs that was supposed to be attached to the wall was very loose. This could be a potential safety hazard.
• Julia (1/5): Avoid please - I left the first day I arrived, and asked for a refund. Never spent a night in it. To be fair, they refunded me the whole amount, so that was fair and they were nice and apologised for the dirtiness of the place. I left the first day I arrived, and asked for a refund. Had to find another hotel at 11pm at night in Madrid. It was dirty, there were cockroaches, full of humidity, the sheets were damp and there were hairs, there was a terrible smell in the whole apartment and the water boiler was right next to the bed, making noise and damping the atmosphere.

• Leila (4/5): Disappointing - The only thing to like are the fake pictures on booking, and the size of the bed, the rest highly disappointing. The noise of the apartment, the place was not properly cleaned, the bathroom was falling apart , the stairs were steep and the protection for the Riel was missing, the kitchen was burned, the plates were not properly cleaned, the boiler was not enough for a proper hot shower and the place is in front of a market that offloads merchandise early in the morning making it very noisy.
• Sajad (10/5): Highly recommended. - We had an amazing experience. Staff are very helpful and amazing. It is only 3 min-walk to metro station.
• Christav (5/5): Passable - Conveniently located close to metro stations, restaurants and groceries. The apartment desperately needs maintenance! Broken bathroom tap, broken towel rack, burnt countertop, broken balustrade, mildew in the shower,... A clean behind the sofa would also be good.
• Ormir (3/5): Overall wouldn’t recommend to anyone this apartment - Location The key to open the doesn’t work properly and it took us 5 min every time to open the damn door and this shouldn’t happen. I called the owner and they put me on hold for so long that I managed to figure out the door lock myself. I booked for 3 people but everything was only for 2, such as towels and bed sheets/covers so basically the 3rd person had to kinda suffer to sleep and this is absolutely ridiculous.

The location is unbeatable—just a 10-minute walk to the stadium, directly across from the Mercado de las Maravillas, and surrounded by convenient amenities. The apartment itself is a gem, offering incredible value for money. It features a sleek, minimalist design, is spotlessly clean, and comes equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and all necessary appliances. The 24-hour Wi-Fi was reliable, and the proximity to public transportation was a huge plus, with Alvarado Metro Station just 2 minutes away and Cuatro Caminos a mere 5-minute walk. Grocery shopping was a breeze with a Carrefour 24-hour store just 4 minutes away, a Día supermarket 2 minutes away, and the Mercado de las Maravillas providing fresh produce daily. This apartment is situated in a very central location, making it easy to explore Madrid. My expectations were high, but they were not just met—they were surpassed. Highly recommended!
• Heather (10/5): Just the job once we got our bearings. - Perfect for what we needed. Bed comfortable, lounge nice We walked ok to the stadium. Near the metro The surrounding area had a lot of litter droppings. The taxi couldn’t find us so it’s better to go to the main road. It’s a short walk but it’s best knowing this. No where to leave luggage apart from the office which is 2 miles away.
• Samed (8/5): Very good - The customer service was perfect The facility is very clean and very comfortable If you are a light sleeper like me. You'd better have ear plugs because it can be a little noisy by night.
• Daniela (8/5): Good central apartment for a short stay - Great location, very central and close to metro and bus stations and right next to the market. The loft is 'open space'. It has a bedroom upstairs, a sofa bed (double) downstairs, a big TV, kitchen and bathroom. The apartment has a steel security door in front of the main door for extra security. Everything was on-line, including the check-in, but the staff was always very helpful and replied to my messages very quickly. It would be beneficial to have more utensils in the kitchen, such as kitchen cloths. The coffee maker does not seal, needs repair or a new one. The bathroom sink is not suitable for that tap. The water comes out and drips onto the under sink cabinet and floor. The furniture and baseboards are already damaged because of this

• Mohammed (1/5): It was hell, no cooked food in the property - No breakfast was served, the host by name Nacho was very rude, we couldn't get into the property until the next day of arrival, Nacho refused picking his calls when we arrived Madrid The host by Name Nacho was rude, promising to come help out with the doorbropeninh and never came, the cooker was not used as it was hard to operate, Told Nacho about it and he didn't do anything, we couldn't cook for 3 days and the host was bordered about it, we have to starve ,only getting food from outside
