In accordance with Community rules and aiming for good coexistence between guests and neighbors, at least one member of your group must be over 25 years old to stay in this apartment.
No Smoking: Please notice that this is a strictly nonsmoking apartment.
The apartment is fitted with smoke detectors.
No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you are coming to party, please book somewhere else.
No noise at night: No excessive noise is allowed after 21/9PM as the apartment is located in a residential building.
Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal hours, please note that there is a late check-in fee. If you arrive after 21/9pm the fee is 50€.
If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80€ fee will apply.
Please keep in mind that if you book last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 4:00 PM.
Passport information: It is required by law to register all people staying in any tourist accommodations by their full name, birth date, and passport number. We will therefore request you to provide us with this information before your arrival.
For stays 28 days and over the following rules apply:
1) The included monthly amount that can be spend on supplies is €150, this includes water, gas and electricity. For example, if you stay 3 months, you will have €450 to spend in the entire period. If you spend more you will have to pay the difference at the end of the contract period.
2) A deposit will be charged that is calculated based on the duration of your stay. For 1-3 months reservations the deposit is €450, for 3-6 months reservations the deposit is €800 and for 6-11 months reservations the deposit is 1 monthly rent. The deposit will be refunded 30-45 days after the stay.
3) A rental contract will have to be signed prior to arrival.
4) We require a mandatory monthly cleaning that is NOT included in the price. The cost for each monthly cleaning is €60 and will be a day of your choosing, it will last 3 hours. This is a way to ensure that our flat is kept clean and in good condition.
5) We will personally welcome you at the apartment.

- antonio (6/5): Ottima posizione e appartamento funzionale, con accessibilità e pulizia nettamente migliorabili. - Ottima posizione, vero punto di forza. Soggiorno e cucina accoglienti e funzionali; camere e bagno piccoli ma comunque adeguati per il soggiorno. Accessibilità: appartamento al quarto piano (di fatto come un quinto) e senza ascensore per ristrutturazione, cosa che è stata molto penalizzante. Sarebbe stato corretto essere informati chiaramente in anticipo.
Pulizia: odore nel frigorifero e lavandino tappato. Abbiamo segnalato e ci è stata offerta assistenza (apprezzata), anche se ha inciso sull’esperienza.
Ci spiace segnalarlo, ma speriamo possa essere un feedback costruttivo.

- Lori (9/5): Good location in the city centre, but though to climb up to the apartment. - The location is amazing, everything is walkable from the apartment!! It is on the higher floor in the building, several floors to climb. The elevator did not work during the stay.
- Hajar (8/5): - Great location, great apartment. We found everything in the apartment and more. When we got there we found out the building was getting renovated which ok but we were not notified that the elevator was being replaced. Our apartment was in the forth floor. None of us had a disability thankfully but some of us had health issues. This was an issue especially since we had luggage.
- Lucie (9/5): Velmi hezké a čisté ubytován. - Skvělá poloha a čistota ubytování. K dispozici bylo vše co bychom potřebovali. V domě přibíhá již několik měsíců rekonstrukce, tedy nefunguje od od srpna výtah. Byť je byt ve čtvrtém patře tak do domu vstupujete v -1 patře a jdete tedy 6 poschodí. Pro nás to problém nebyl, ale pro starší osoby nebo osoby s dětmi to může velmi náročné a nepříjemné. Bylo by dobré tyto informace předat. V popisu je uvedeno, že byt je dostupný pár schodů od výtahu.
Nefungovala v pokojích klimatizace na topení, byla tedy v ložnici poměrně zima.
- Bente (6/5): OK leilighet, men kommer ikke til å leie her igjen. - Heisen fungerte ikke, vi fikk vite dette før vi kom, men 84 trapper opp og ned flere ganger om dagen, og med bagasje og handlenett. Dette trakk ned oppholdet veldig. De jobbet på heisen, mye bråk mandag og fredag fra borring i bygget. Lite trykk i dusjen, lang tid å få shampoo ut av håret.
- ElizabrthMegan (6/5): - The apartment is very nice. It's in a good location. It is all presented well. The beds were very comfy. It's mostly well equipped. The access arrangements for the apartment were awful.
There was a very complex system for providing details of all guests online before any details of how to check in would be provided. It was glitchy so information didn't save on the forms. It also required taking photos of all guests ID to complete, which meant it couldn't be done if you were a group coming from different places. It took me the best part of an hour to complete and I had to find a work around to finalise so we could actually get the access information.
The actual access was then an automated system using links on the internet rather than actual keys. This also didn't work smoothly, taking several attempts to get into the actual apartment. The block itself has other let apartments with key boxes outside the main door, so clearly this could have been an option.
The communication was non existent. All messages via booking were automated. While i was having difficulty with the check in I sent several messages and never got a reply.
We are a pretty tech savvy family, but this was all a really poor use of tech, overcomplicating something that should be straight forward.
- Dan (10/5): - Good location, in the center of the city. Quiet and clean apartment, fully equipped, comfortable beds. The elevator wasn't working (4th floor apartment). It would have been better to know that the elevator was in repairs.
- Anna (9/5): Apartamento agradable y práctico. Muy buena ubicación - Estancia agradable, apartamento amplio, bien decorado, muy práctico y con mucha luz natural. Muy buena ubicación, cerca del centro y de la estación de tren. El comedor y las dos habitaciones tienen TV y aire acondicionado, hay un ordenador, el wifi funciona muy bien, hay lavaplatos, secador, toallas… Nada, todo perfecto. Lo único comentar que cuesta mucho acceder al apartamento con el sistema de contraseñas en el check-in, después ya está.

- Olga (9/5): Geras butas, geroje vietoje - Labai gera vieta, viskas pasiekiama pėsčiomis, pats butas tvarkingas, švarus, yra visko ko reikia, priekaištų nei vietai, nei pačiam butui neturėjome. Triukšmingi kaimynai apačioje, kelias naktis buvo tranki muzika, šūkavimai, negalėjome išsimiegoti.
- Morten (8/5): Excellent apartment in great location! - Spacious and well-equipped apartment in central location, within walking distance of everything. Heaters/AC and TV screens in all rooms. Large kitchen. Wifi fast and stable. Overall a great deal! There is no balcony, but to be fair not many apartments in this area have it. A minor nitpick: The kitchen had two small frying pans, would have been better with a single, large one.
