The blind cannot be opened due to broken chain. The leakage of water from shower makes me slipped. I am glad the agent will attend to it straight away. They offer to fix during our stay but we feel it is better after our stay.

• Kelsey (4/5): Disappointing - Amazing views and great location for exploring freycinet Our stay is three little birds was disappointing. Despite the lovely view and location, the property needs a lots of love and maintenance. In particular - not clean and very dusty/hairs on the floor, in particular around furniture and doors/windows - vacuum was broken - both bins are broken - the shower leaks onto the floor every time you shower, so multiple towels were used on the floor to help mop up the mess - no basics provided - empty salt and pepper shakers and empty oil bottle??? - toilet roll holders falling off the wall While not a major issue, the property felt very poorly looked after - peeling paint and very scuffed walls which left it feeling very lacking. I would not recommend staying here and disappointed with our stay.
• Chris (6/5): Nice place, but they missed the little things - 10/10 for the view and the actual house itself They really didn’t bother with the little thing. Microwave was dirty, same with some of the kitchen things. The heater stand didn’t work. The shower leaked onto the floor and the basin in the bathroom was blocked.
• Amanda (8/5): Gorgeous accommodation. - This is a fabulous play to stay. Gorgeous view and 5-10mins to Freycinet park. Full size fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine were appreciated. Comfortable bed. Parts of the house seem to require some TLC. Laundry room roof peeling, feet on heater broken. No matches for fireplace. Had to locate fireplace door handle. It was very cold moving between the living area pod and bedroom pod at night and in the mornings.
• Ian (10/5): Exceptional - The views from the large windows, which faced west, made sunsets and beach watching very special. Photos can't do justice to what you see. This is an exceptional holiday home with everything supplied to make it easier. The coffee machine grinds its own beans and is one of DeLonghi's best. The main bedroom looks out these large windows to the beach and makes waking up special. There's heaps. If books to read / games (both board and outside). This is a beautiful venue with awesome views. The separate buildings housing the lounge / kitchen in one and the bedrooms in another. The steps at the front are large and would not suggest that it is not a venue for people with mobility issues.
• Jenever (9/5): Fabulous view - Beautiful views from picture windows and decks The two pod concept was great and allowed for a fabulous view on arrival. Only downside was that you're open to the elements going between them.
• Dianne (6/5): $200 resort fee/cleaning fee was outrageous - Location was great. One bathroom for 2 couples paying $300 each couple per night. Broken rubbish bin. Had to wipe fridge out before we used it.

• Paul (10/5): Stunning views and comfortable bed. - Excellent views and comfortable place. Parking is right on site, and it was very quiet throughout our time there. Appreciated the laundry machine. More personal touches. It's a bit sterile and corporate, but comfortable. Quirky 2-building configuration, but it works.
• Kristi (10/5): We loved it and will be back 🩷 - This property only had one photo at the time and we decided to risk it, it was my birthday and we were traveling as a couple. Honestly this place blew us away, it was much better than expected. The views were incredible. We would love to come back! There were a few payment issues via the booking app but we got there in the end!
