Ground floor location gave easy access to the communal swimming pool and BBQ. Effective air conditioning in bedroom and living area. Good underground parking with lift access. Close to the local Lyons shops and the Westgate complex. Very good for partner with limited mobility.

Excellent host who provided clear and easy to follow instructions for entry and parking and who responded promptly to any questions. Location was great for access to restaurants - just a short drive. We really appreciated the extra effort the host put into making the apartment such a welcoming place to stay, even providing some milk, eggs and juice. Highly recommended. Nothing. It was perfect!

Everything as advertised plus extras such as basic breakfast/snack requirements..milk, bread, butter, eggs, cereal, coffee, tea, etc. Not a major one...but huge shower space with shower head only spraying very close to rear wall. Probably due to water saving limiter on shower head pressure. A little annoying! A bar of soap would have been good for those of us old farts who struggle to adjust to body wash!

Bedding was sublime and smelled lovely, bathroom was well equipped with special products, lovely private patio with a fragrant garden setting and all appliances needed including supplies of eggs, bread, jams, fruit, butter, milk and snacks. A delightful place to stay in beautifully kept grounds with a pool. Recommend highly. The extra effort makes it felt like home. Very welcoming. It was all good

- Mathieu (10/5): A very comfortable and well equipped unit central to Canberra, where hope we can stay again. - The apartment was fabulous with all the amenities you could expect from a home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, a full suite of crockery items and utensils, as well as pantry essentials (oil, vinegar, salt & pepper, tea, coffee and the list goes on). We were also very pleased with the attention to detail, such as providing tissue boxes all around the apartment and numerous power points with the bonus of all types of charging cables. The location was also excellent with shops and restaurants within an easy 10-20 min walk, and the whole of Canberra just a short drive away. To top this up, Philip was very accommodating and his communication was excellent. We are looking forward to coming back. There was nothing not to like at all !

Very well equipped overall and with innovative charging points for electronics. An abundance of consumables provided which surprised as we brought our own. Would gladly stay there again. Phil answered a few questions we had very promptly. A very clean and welcoming place to stay. Some instructions for the dishwasher. It worked well for me but I had no clue about what I was doing. A minor difficulty.
