Wolf-Dietrich (3/5): Absolut herausgeworfenes Geld…und eine wütend machende Erfahrung !!! - Die Lage und der Pool waren das kleine Highlight…Die angepreisste qm-Zahl von 114qm stimmt nicht - -denn es sind nur geschätzte 65 bis 70 qm (muss unbedingt korrigiert werden)!!! Die Wohnung ist dunkel,die Möbel sind abgelebt.-Nur zwei von drei AC‘s funktionieren.Der elektrische Herd funktioniert nicht - also kein warmes Frühstück oder Abendessen…!!! Kein freier Schrank(mit Vorhängeschloss abgeschlossen),als auch die Schubläden mit Vermieterin-Kram vollgestopft.-Wir haben neun Tage aus den Koffern gelebt…!Grosser Flach-Bild-TV funktioniert nicht.Kein Toaster..! Insgesamt eine betrügerische Zumutung als auch ein totaler Verlust an Urlaubsfreude - denn etliche Fehler waren der Vermieterin bekannt( siehe Kritik vom 06.01.2026)Der Pool ist nicht privat sondern gehört zum Gebäudekomplex…

Ulloa (7/5): - El lugar es Hermoso, muchas zonas verdes, y al apartamento grande y cómodo. A pesar de ser cómodo, si requiere mantenimiento, la puerta del baño estaba dañada, el llavín estaba colgando, la puerta de la ducha no cerraba completa y la cama principal no esta bien limpia.
