He was helpful, answered our questions immediately, responded when we needed help with the hot water heater. He was a manager that the owner should be proud of. We can't thank him enough. • Rasheda (9/5): THE PERFECT UNIVERSAL STUDIOS VACATION ACCOMMODATION - The location neighborhood was quiet, clean and only 3.2 miles from Universal Studios, I was given easy check in instructions. Host Mar was incredibly kind and accommodating. He even allowed us to check in earlier and depart a little later.. his kindness exceeded our expectations. The 3-story Townhome was clean spacious and decorated with modern bedroom accessories and lighting was excellent! On each floor, Each bedroom had a private bathroom. Town Home was also equipped with modern kitchen fixtures (stainless steel refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave) Each room had a mini fridge and room closets were equipped with a steamer/ iron. The washer and dryer was high efficiency and had washing supplies. I Loved that each bedroom and bath had a special number class embossed the door. Two of the four bedrooms had connecting bathrooms. Some minor issues arose but it did not affect my outstanding experience nor impact my returning to this property. The bathrooms did not have face towels or extra blankets for the bedrooms. The beds were tiny (full size). The Kitchen table can only seat 4 guests. The entire home is equipped with energy efficient lighting motion sensors throughout the living space and can be distracting to others sleeping when getting up to use the restroom or grab a snack in the middle of the night.
• Olivia (6/5): Pleasant - The floor had not been cleaned, it was dirty the property needed a good clean. No baking trays, it reminded us of student accommodation with the paper plates and cubs. You would get more at a hostel let alone paying 1,146

• Gabor (9/5): It was a good choice - Really spatious appartment, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, quality toiletry, parking in front of the house. I would recommend this place. Only minor things: could have had a bit more cutlery; glasses plates were mostly disposable, only a few plastic plates and cups; the air conditioning was a bit noisy.

• Jonathan (9/5): A very comfortable stay - ease of check-in/check-out. Owner was very prompt in responding to our questions. Everything was in working condition and very clean. AC was strong so that's a good thing during hot summer. The set up of the apartment allows privacy of individuals while at the same time socializing and gathering is possible at the common area. it works perfect for us dining table only has 4 chairs while the apartment allows for 8 max capacity. I guess you can use the sofa in the dining room but would love that all can sit around table to chat. not a big deal though
• Surjadi (9/5): Rent apartment, get house - We rent apartment for 5 people, and we get whole new 3 storeys apartment with 4 rooms and 4 bathrooms, sofa, dining table, washing machine and drier with detergent, complete kitchen set with kitchenware and cutlery, electric stove with smoke hood, microwave, refrigerator. Rooms equipped with steam iron. Also high speed internet access. Very satisfied. Location was too far away from LAX airport, high cost for taxi and Uber, around $ 100. Also 1,5 mile from Trader's Joe supermarket.

There is arc and mini fridge in each room and a bathroom on each floor it made for a very convenient stay. Thank you for the coffeemaker! Loved it! The parking was the only concern but we had two cars and we were so lucky to find parking right in the front so I was very happy about that

• Docteurlisa (8/5): Convenient, spacious option! - This was a very good place for our purposes - a family event. The location was walking distance to shops and restaurants and the windows were well soundproofed so the place was generally quiet. The host was super - very helpful and responsive! The kitchen has all new appliances and a great washer dryer downstairs. Also, shampoo and soap in bathrooms and some tea. A few things - the pillows were very firm and big so hard on my neck - but Marc came by when I asked for alternate pillows and the new ones were terrific! There are automatic, motion sensor lights in the common areas and bathrooms which are VERY bright so when using the restroom in the middle of the night it is a bit jarring. Finally, there are only paper plates and plastic cups (because of COVID? but this is the first AirBnB at this point where I have experienced that), but Marc did drop off some decent glasses when I asked. So again, very eager to please and responsive.

Kids really enjoyed having their beds on the 3rd - Location, space, entire apartment was great The floor was not completely clean and there was no available broom or vacuum to clean ourselves. A drying rack for dishes could be handy. Or available pods for the dishwasher.

• Alex (9/5): Superb - FOUR bathrooms!!! The best feature for sure. Many single beds, great for large groups of friends. The neighborhood felt safe. Street parking was always available during our stay. The living/dining area is quite small if there are 7-8 guests. No couch or TV in that area either. The dining table will fit 4-5 people only. Not the end of the world, though.
• Narumi (9/5): Great apartment within 10 min to Universal Studios - Great apartment for up to 8 ppl. 3 bedrooms all have their own full bathrooms. Location great for Universal Studios. Owner was prompt in responding to request for coffee cups - Mar was at the door with said cups in 5 minutes! Amazing! Check in and access to apartment was easy and straightforward. Will stay again if in the area! Common area has no couch or TV.
