• Thumulka (8/5): Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Wien. Durch die guten Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen und waren erholt für den nächst - Tolle Lage zur Innenstadt bzw. den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Und ringsherum sind tolle Restaurants, Bäckereien und Kioske. Es gab wenig Schrankfläche und keine Kleiderhaken zum aufhängen der Jacken, Taschen etc. Eine Garderobe und Kommode im Eingangsbereich wäre super.

• antonio (8/5): Posto ideale per le famiglie e per le coppie che vogliono visitare la città spostandosi agevolmente - La posizione è ottima a due passi dal centro e in una zona ben servita dove è facile raggiungere tutto. Quando tramite booking ho contattato il proprietario lui è venuto incontro alle mie esigenze e mi ha agevolato nel check -out facendomi guadagnare tempo e dandomi la possibilità di fare tutto con comodo. L'unico appunto che mi sento di muovere in senso costruttivo è quello del miglioramento generale della pulizia che comunque per quanto riguarda l'appartamento rimane abbastanza buona.
• Fabián Siro (6/5): Departamento cómodo. Faltó limpieza - La ubicación era muy buena, linda zona y había bares y lugares para comer. El departamento es cómodo para cuatro personas. Está bien equipado. La limpieza. Llegamos a la noche y encontramos la heladera y el microondas con restos de comida. Y pantuflas usadas saliendo al pie de la cama. El anfitrión nos ofreció enviar una persona a limpiar cuando le mostramos las fotos pero ya estábamos instalados y tuvimos que limpiar nosotros.
• Katie (9/5): Would return- very comfortable stay in a great location. - Very spacious space in an amazing location! Loved the cafes and restaurants on the street. Major metro stations <5 min walk away. The beds were hotel quality with great linens and comfortable mattresses. Very clean room and quiet. Having AC was a huge plus thanks to the heatwave. The bathroom is a bit dated which I think didn’t allow it to look sparkling clean. The grout is stained on the wall tiles, and the shower is a bit small.

• Sana (10/5): من اجمل الاقامات واروعها وساكرر الزيارة بالتأكيد - الشقه جميله جدا وموقعها مناسب وقريب من كل شي تقريبا. رحلتي كانت لمدة 5 ايام ما استخدمت اي وسيلة مواصلات كل طلعاتنا كانت مشي على الاقدام. بالنسبه لتجهيزات الشقه فكانت كاملة من جميع الاحتياجات مطبخ- جلسة - اسرة مريحة لا يوجد لكن هناك تعليق بسيط على كابينة الاستحمام تحتاج صيانه لتصريف المياه
• Sophie (7/5): Bon séjour avec le petit bémol de l’ascenseur - Les explications étaient claires et le propriétaire conciliant Les travaux au niveau de l’ascenseur qui ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée et n’étions pas prévenus ! L’appartement se trouve au bout de 116 marches … avec les valises c’est pas pratique

• Silvia (10/5): - La ubicación es perfecta. Está a 15 minutos andando de la plaza de la Catedral. Tiene muchos restaurantes en la misma calle y acceso al metro en 2 minutos caminando. Realmente ha sido un acierto escoger este alojamiento.

• Jan And Blair (3/5): Black mold in the bathroom. Full stop 🛑 - The location is excellent. Very close to the tube. Area is full of restaurants. Beds were comfortable and linens in good shape. As per Markov’s review on September 1, the bathroom is in terrible condition for cleanliness. There is definitely black mold in the shower and the rest of the grout is horribly dirty. The shower didn’t drain properly. Gave us “The Ick”. The kitchen was left dirty. There was celery in the fridge and the oven tray had left over food and crumbs on it. The elevator broke half way through our stay and it was 120 steps to the top floor. Not fun with luggage. We advised immediately but no reply. I don’t understand why the previous renters would rate this apartment highly. Black mold is no joke. I provided detailed feedback to them and received no reply.

• Markov (3/5): This is the worst apartment we have ever rented on Booking. - The only plus of this apartment is its excellent location on a quiet street with many cafes, restaurants and shops, and the city center is within walking distance. The apartment is in a disgusting technical condition, and the photos presented on Booking were either taken a long time ago or skillfully edited: 1. There is black mold and dirt in the bathroom. Entering the bathroom barefoot, and especially the shower cabin, is unpleasant and even scary because of the abundance of black mold. 2. The apartment itself stinks like an ashtray. A sharp smell hits you immediately upon entering. 3. The gas boiler that heats the hot water works disgustingly - I was not able to wash myself with hot water even once in 7 days - the boiler works intermittently and constantly switches off. 4. There is dust and dirt throughout the apartment - it is better not to even look under the beds, the carpets laid out throughout the apartment are stained and scuffed, the sofa is in yellow stains.
• si_claro (9/5): Top Lage - Top Lage. Sauber. Nett eingerichtet. Der Geruch beim Betreten der Wohnung. Wahrscheinlich haben die Vorbesitzer der Wohnung sehr lange geraucht, was leider immer noch zu riechen ist.
• Eve (10/5): Bel appartement confortable près du centre et du parc Prater - Les clés étaient dans une boîte à numéro à la porte et toutes les indications nécessaires pour entrer ont été données. L’hôte Jakob était extrêmement serviable. J’ai même oublié quelque chose à l’appartement et il a promis de me le faire parvenir au Canada. L’appartement est joli, spacieux et les lits sont très confortables. L’AC fonctionne très bien et le wifi est bien. Localisé dans un joli quartier à distance de marche du parc Prater et du centre. Nous n’avons pas cuisiné dans l’appartement. Je recommande fortement.
• Manuela (10/5): Appartamento comodo e accogliente ,con i miei figli e mio marito abbiamo passato una settimana incantevole , ritornare a - Molto accogliente , tutto ciò che ti serve c’è , proprio come a casa tua !vicinissima al centro , alla metro e al supermercato ! Jacob poi è così attento e cordiale ! Spero di ritornare! Esperienza positiva al 100% -

• Agostino (9/5): Da ritornarci!!! - Ho soggiornato a Vienna con la mia famiglia.La città è molto bella,vale la pena di venirci.Tra l'altro la temperatura fresca ha reso la vacanza ancora più piacevole,avendo lasciato a casa temperature di 32/36 gradi.L'appartamento è molto accogliente,pulito,ben fornito.I letti poi fantastici,comodi e accoglienti,con cuscini altrettanto gradevoli.Non manca veramente di nulla.La zona poi è fantastica.Centrale,a 1 passo dalla metro,ma anche a piedi si può raggiungere facilmente il centro.Ci sono ristoranti,cafe',supermercati. Inoltre,pur essendo centrale,è una zona molto tranquilla e non rumorosa,per cui si può riposare in tutta tranquillità. Sicuramente lo consiglio fortemente.Se dovessi ritornare a Vienna rialloggerei sicuramente qui. Nulla

Excellent location at the edge of District 2, a short walk from the old city in a quiet and safe area. Below the apartment there are restaurants, cafes and a supermarket very close. 2 minutes walk to the metro. Excellent host. Every question we had was answered immediately and courteously.

• Pace (10/5): Exceptional - The location of the apartment is very central yet quiet and the area is safe and lovely with plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. A supermarket is practically opposite, the tram station just a 3 minute walk away and getting to Stephansplatz is 10 minutes on foot. The apartment is full of light, very clean and comfortable and equipped with everything that a family might need. The host is also exceptional and was very gracious in immediately providing us with the extra pillows we asked for and allowing us to store our luggage at the apartment for a few additional hours till our departure. We would definitely book this property again on visiting Vienna!

The apartment located in an excellent location in Vienna, close to cafes, restaurants, close to subway stations, and within walking distance of almost every attraction in the city. It was really fun to wake up in the morning and go for a coffee in one of the nearby nice cafes in the area. A pleasant apartment, with a large room that includes two comfortable double beds and a sofa bed, with a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. The air conditioner was excellent, keeping the apartment pleasantly cool during the hot July days. Communication with Jakob, was outstanding. He was always available, responsive to our needs, and contact us to make sure we are comfortable and satisfied. This level of care and service is truly appreciated. We highly recommend this apartment and looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Several grocery stores in the neighborhood, a playground very close to the apartment. Charming old building, bright and clean apartment. Well equiped kitchen, washing machine with a dryer function - while you are exploring Vienna, your clothes get clean and dry. We've had enough coffee, washing machine and dishwasher capsules for the whole stay. We missed nothing.

The apartment block was rather scruffy but there are good facilities very close; U Bahn, restaurants, supermarket, and bakery. Close to the city centre too and an easy journey from the Hauptbahnhof. The shower could be updated.

• Cansu (1/5): Very bad experience - Only location Elevator did not work first 2 days and we had to climb 4.th floor all times. When we asked to condition of elevator, nobody gave to deadline and the apartment really not clean. After 2 days, we need to change our accommodation and went to hotel. Despite unjust suffering, nobody help us and we are forced to paid unstay days. Also, after the information about our exit, elevator was start to repair at 7 a.m

• Nancy (10/5): Private spacious apartment with kitchen near Subway station. - Easy to get to from the metro and  very clean and private. There was quite a bit of street noise with people having a good time.  It seem to be more of a party atmosphere on the street late into the evening.
