Cortes (2/5): Find a different apartment. Not the best place to stay. - Centrally located near downtown. The property was infested with roaches and dirty bathroom. Air conditioner was not working. We reached to the landlord Facundo. His response was to unplug the air conditioner. We did multiple times. The air conditioner worked for an hour before breaking down again.
