Richard (10/5): Best Luxury Property in Florence! - This property is under-rated and we are thankful we stumbled upon this. We had a nearly 3000 sf apartment to ourselves and the photos don't do it justice. We stay at luxury lodging everywhere we go and this was no different. There was so much room to relax and spread out. Great for multi family, or large family. Our unit on the second floor was ideal because the bedrooms were in the ack and very quiet. While the main living areas overlook this beautiful street with opera singers and live music in the afternoon. It radiates throughout the room. This place is gorgeous and worth every penny. Very clean and had everything you could need to stay for a lengthy period of time. Very centrally located too!

Barbara (10/5): Beautiful and luxurious accommodation in the heart of Florence with a view of the Duomo. - Beautiful apartment in a very central location. Everything was fantastic. Anna was always available via WhatsApp if we had any questions. The view was fantastic. The soundproofing was not the best, we heard the downstairs neighbors. also the light in the bathroom was not working, which was a bit unfortunate and not expected for the price of the accommodation. But they said they were in contact with the electrician about it.

The location couldn’t be better – we were close to everything we wanted to see and do. The apartment itself felt luxurious, especially with the excellent WiFi and water pressure. Customer service was top-notch, always responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone enjoying a luxurious and convenient base for exploring Florence! None
Rosita (9/5): Beautiful apartment and excellent location - The location was perfect and the apartment was beautifully designed. We were told we could not use the AC. There was some rule that you could not use until starting in May. We had to open windows which let the mosquitoes in and we got bit up.

The apartment was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with very high ceilings, a well-equipped kitchen, heated floors, and a living area furnished with comfortable chairs and sofas. Each room included its own shower or bathtub, toilet, and bidet. The gym was modern and well-maintained, featuring Technogym equipment. Plus, the location is perfect—right in the heart of the city.

Some of the bathrooms had bad plumbing , and anne was accommodating, but she wasn't as friendly as we thought.. Didn't even bid us goodbye. I guess we just expected more warmth. The location was perfect, the facilities were immaculate and the apartment was the the best one I have ever rented. Anne was very helpful with any questions. Every room in this 5-bedroom apartment was large with very comfortable beds and its own large bathroom. The kitchen was amazing. The elevator to unit was the nicest I have experienced in Europe and was extremely helpful with my 81-year old mother who made the trip. Cannot say enough good things about this facility and apartment. There is not one negative thing to say about this unit.
