It was nice having cereal rose toast and milk to help yourself to in the shared kitchen unfortunately it was my mistake not to realise this was a shared kitchen I did not like what looked like two cameras in the kitchen area I felt this invaded our privacy Poor windows we was in room B there is a restaurant right below our window very loud noise until midnight. Every night if you are a light sleeper like me it was not good.

• Liliana (5/5): Só vale a pena pela localização. - A localização é excelente! Muito perto dos Museus do Vaticano Os espaços não estavam limpos. Cheio de pó, de dedadas, o frigorífico partilhado sujo, as chaleiras e a máquina do café cheias de calcário. Uma das casas de banho quando entramos cheirava a xixi.

• Miia (10/5): Loistava majapaikka - Viihtyisä ja siisti majapaikka loistavalla sijainnilla. Asunnossa oli oikein siistiä ja viihtyisää. Vuoteet mukavat, saimme oikein hyvät yöunet. Suihkussa sai riittävästi lämmintä vettä ja tarjolla oli kaikki tarvittava, shampoo, hiustenkuivain, hyvät pyyhkeet jne. Käytössämme oli täydellisesti varusteltu keittiö josta löytyi myös aamupalatarvikkeet, joka oli meille hyvä bonus. Sijainti on loistava, Vatikaani museot ovat ihan nurkan takana. Alueella on myös paljon kivoja ravintoloita ja kauppoja. Isäntä on erittäin auttavainen ja ystävällinen, hän vastasi nopeasti viesteihin ja auttoi meitä ihan kaikessa. Suuret kiitokset ystävällisestä palvelusta! ❤️ Meitä majoittui kolmen henkilön perhe ja viihdyimme erinomaisesti. Hinta laatu suhde on erittäin hyvä. Suosittelen majoitusta lämmöllä!

• Petr (8/5): Alessandro byl velmi nápomocný, milý a celý pobyt proběhl bez komplikací. Dokážu si přdestavit, že v dané cenové relaci - Přístup Alessandra, místo a velmi pohodlná, velká postel. V pokoji byla docela zima, což bylo po domluvě zlepšeno, ale tepleji tam bylo spíš až nad ránem. Ve sprše byla plíseň a hlava ruční sprchy už měla nejlepší za sebou.
• Alejandro (8/5): buen lugar,no pasé frio ni calor. Lugar seguro - ubicación excelente para llegar sin madrugar a Museo Vaticano y a Plaza San Pedro. Buen barrio , seguro con mucha oferta comercial y conexión a metro no lejos me costó encontrar el timbre para llamar a la puerta.

• Sanny (7/5): - Unterkunft war gut zu finden, relativ sauber und das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und die Ausstattung super, es war alles da was man braucht. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass die Zimmer zur Straßenseite raus gehen und sich dort ein Restaurant befindet, das immer nachts sehr laute Aufräumarbeiten durch führt, wovon wir regelmäßig aufgewacht sind.

• Agnieszka (10/5): - Doskonała lokalizacja, przemiły i pomocny Alessandro odebrał nas w nocy z lotniska. W apartamencie wygodna kuchnia z kawą i poczęstunkiem śniadaniowym. Blisko markety i mnóstwo lokali gdzie można zjeść i napić się pysznej włoskiej kawy. Bardzo polecam. Świetna baza do zwiedzania Rzymu.

• Helena (8/5): Ubytovanie pri Vatikánskych múzeách - Blízkosť stanice metra Ottaviano, blízko na námestie sv.Petra, na ulici boli dokonca dva obchody s potravinami. Alessandro bol veľmi milý:) Napriek tomu, že to bola až druha ulica od Vatikánskych muzei, v noci bolo vonku pomerne hlučno (najmä v sobotu večer), aj ľudia, aj sanitky, aj čistiace auta ..ale Rím je celkovo hlučný ..nie je to nič nezvyčajne

• Heather (10/5): Exceptional - The location was perfect! Right near the Vactican and lots of resturants and public transportation. The cute little touches of the breakfast area were appreciated. Being able to purchase wine and sodas from them was a great touch. Communication was easy.

Very nice to have kitchen to cook. Alessandro very helpful. Our room had a window on the street side, so some noise at night.

• Magda (9/5): Comfortable apartment in a great location - + Location - great. Close to the subway and the Vatican. You walk to the apartment through a locked gate, it is safe. + Nearby stores - we recommend Todis on the same street (they have good and inexpensive pizza by the slice) and Carrefour 24h on Roma P.le Degli Eroi street. + Quiet - the window overlooked the closed inner courtyard (we slept in the red room). If one is a very light sleeper, you need to take into account that you can hear a little noise from the street, the sound from the stove, which is next to the bed, and sounds from other rooms - it is worth having earplugs. + Cleanliness - cleanliness in the rooms okay. Every 4 days the landlord came to pick up linens and towels and left new ones. During our stay, the kitchen was also cleaned every few days. + Rooms: comfortable bed, capsule coffee maker and electric kettle in the room, small TV. The room has both air conditioning and a ceiling fan (a little noisy). + Well-equipped kitchen - mini oven, coffee maker with capsules, tea. Plus free sweet snacks, cereals, butters, milks, jams (it's worth checking if it's still fresh if you want to use an open one). + Very good contact with the owner, who is helpful and responds quickly to messages. +/- Hair dryer - it was small and the power adjustment was not very noticeable. It was very difficult to dry longer hair with it. +/- The iron is a tiny tourist iron, there is no ironing board, so it is very difficult to iron something.

• Mikołaj (10/5): Exceptional - This B&B is very cozy and clean. The location is perfect and I believe this is one of the best accomodations at this price. The host - Alessandro, is very nice and helpful. He recommended us various restaurants for evening meals, breakfast and lunch which turned out to be very good, especially his breakfast recommendation - Feliziani that is just a few minutes away from the B&B. We had everything we needed and the space was very comfortable. We are very happy to have chosen to stay here and if we ever return to Rome we will definetely book a reservation here again.
• Alexandrou (9/5): Superb - Very welcoming B&B, safe location, clean and relaxed earthy colours all around you! Well equipped room with all the necessities -even toothbrushes! 😀The mattresses are made of memory foam and they are superb!. Not the same with the pillows though....Alessandro is the man for your stay! He provided us tips for touring the city and he showed us all the facilities/equipment at the B&B especially in the kitchen where he was kind enough to provide us with all the basics for breakfast -pastries, coffee, even corn flakes and butter and milk, sewing products, first aid etc!.And all were free of charge! Overall the property was all we needed and expected! 😊 A small advice is to fix the TV because even though it's working there is no signal so it's basically useless... Note also that the shower is quite small

Chocolates, biscuits and water provided. Good large bed comfortable bed. Powerful shower. The host was very responsive, helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. It was near a busy road and this could be heard in the room. Even with ear plugs I found it noisy. Small tv that didn’t work due to a problem with the aerial. The breakfast was packaged items so we ate out. Probably better not to include this.

• Mila (10/5): Perfect! - Really nice district. If you like walking it is the prefect place. No transportation needed to go all the way to Colosseum. 3 minutest to the enter of the Vatican museum. Really clean, quite and safe place. Easy check in and check out. Near by there are several nice places where you can eat. There is a really nice kitchen with everything you may need. It is exactly as in the pictures, even better. It is more like a tip for couples. Get a bigger room as in the red room the bed would be a bit smaller for a couple. It was perfect for me and my mom but for a grown man would be a challenge.
• Carrie (8/5): We would recommend this accommodation as a perfect place to stay if you are exploring Rome. - Excellent location beside the Vatican, perfect for walking into the city and exploring. Accommodation was in an apartment which was very clean and very secure. The host was extremely patient when our luggage was missing and we were delayed in getting to the accommodation. He assisted us on numerous occasions with arranging to transport for us to various events we were attending. The ensuite bedroom was not spacious especially if you have a lot of luggage, and would not be ideal for spending long periods of time in but as we just used it as a place to sleep, it was perfect.

• Michelle (9/5): Fabulous location for the Vatican museum and St Peter’s Square - Great location, 2 mins walk from Vatican museum entrance and 10 mins walk to St Peter’s Square. The room was very comfortable, and it was great to have coffee, tea, a fridge and other kitchen facilities available. Alessandro was lovely and very willing to help! It is a little bit noisy at night - though this is probably common in most places in Rome! Fine with earplugs in.

• Isabella (10/5): Exceptional - The B&B is located in the parallel street to the entrance to the Vatican Museums. Easy to reach by metro, sourrounded by bars, restaurants, and markets. Nearby, you can reach on foot Castel Sant'Angelo and by metro the whole center of Rome.
• Imijd (6/5): Pleasant - The location was very good as we were 5 mintues from the vatican and buses were easy to locate to the city. the room was perfect size for a couple and the host was helpful. you were able to buy your own food and cook or hva eyour own breakfast. The host left a few sweet treats The bed is a little small for a couple. there was a lot of keys on one keyring and we were confused with what key was for what door.

Easy check in and check out There was a minor leak in the toilet(they informed us upon arrival) that couldn’t be fixed because there were no plumbers, the toilet smells bad because of this. We were given towels for the leak.
• Monika (10/5): This property is a true gem! - The location was ideal. A short walk to the Vatican, axis to transport, and surrounded by restaurants and shops. It had everything we needed and more. We loved the kitchen, especially the espresso machine. In addition, being picked up at the airport was a lifesaver. We truly appreciated the personal service and care.

• Katherine (10/5): This is a special, happy space that welcomes weary travelers. - This is a warm embrace of a space, a soft landing in a hard city. Parva Domus feels warm, welcoming and luxurious and our blood pressure went way down after entering the beautiful space. The warm colors, tall ceilings and lots of soft fabric are graceful and artistic. Great, calming energy with high quality touches. The location is very good, near the Vatican and a metro station that whisks you to the ancient city quickly. There is a shared kitchen space where we used the refrigerator to chill our own drinks and make coffee. We ate a delicious Italian breakfast at Feliziani just down the street. Everything was lovely.
