The staff are very kind and helpful. Breakfast is sufficient. The location is far from the tourist attractions or restaurants.

Очень хорошее отношение персонала отеля, особенно нам помог Емин , разговаривает на русском , помог с выбором комфортного номера, отдельное ему спасибо. Завтрак хороший. Кровать удобная для сна, постельное белье хорошее, как и должно быть. Ожидание от сетевого отеля оправдались. Есть небольшой запах сигарет, по вытяжке.

- Elif (3/5): Sauber aber unprofessionelles Personal und keine gute Küche - Das die Zimmer sauber sind. Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider sehr enttäuschend. Bereits bei der Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass sich Blut an der Decke unseres Zimmers befand. Nach unserer Beschwerde wurde zwar eine neue Decke gebracht, allerdings ohne Bezug, was wir ebenfalls unangemessen fanden. Zusätzlich wurden wir beim Check-in gefragt, ob wir ein Raucherzimmer möchten, obwohl außen am Hotel deutlich ausgeschildert ist, dass es sich um ein rauchfreies Hotel handelt. Das fanden wir sehr widersprüchlich und irritierend. Außerdem haben wir Sonnenblumenkerne, die wir draußen gekauft hatten, auf der Terrasse gegessen. Daraufhin wurden wir von einem Kellner darauf hingewiesen, dass es nicht angemessen sei, Essen von draußen mitzubringen. Generell war das Personal in den ersten Tagen extrem unfreundlich. Man wurde teilweise nicht einmal gegrüßt. Erst am 18.05. morgens im Restaurant waren zwei andere Kellner im Dienst, die deutlich freundlicher und respektvoller waren. Besonders negativ fiel uns auch der Restaurantleiter auf. Dieser wirkte sehr unfreundlich, grüßte Gäste nicht und trat insgesamt sehr abgehoben und arrogant gegenüber den Menschen auf. Ein professioneller und respektvoller Umgang mit Gästen sieht anders aus. Auch das Frühstück war enttäuschend. Vier Tage lang gab es nahezu exakt dasselbe Angebot ohne jegliche Abwechslung. Auffällig war jedoch, dass an einem Morgen plötzlich eine vermutlich höhere Managementperson oder Verantwortliche im Hotel anwesend war. An diesem Tag wurde auf einmal gründlich geputzt, sogar hinter den Möbeln auf der Terrasse wurde sauber gemacht, und plötzlich gab es zusätzlich eine Omelett-Station, die es an den Tagen davor nie gegeben hatte. Das vermittelte leider den Eindruck, dass nur dann Wert auf Sauberkeit und Service gelegt wird, wenn Kontrolle von oben stattfindet. Besonders traurig fanden wir den Umgang mit den Katzen auf dem Hotelgelände. Die Tiere wirkten stark abgemagert und offensichtlich unterversorgt.

- Okan (10/5): Mükemmel !!! - Bu otelde konaklamamızda çok memnun kaldık. Otel merkezi konumda. Bütün ihtiyaçlarınıza cevap verecek şekilde. Fitness salonu oldukça kullanışlı. Odalar mükemmel şekilde temiz, personel güleryüzlü ve eger bir sorunuz olduğunda mutlaka cevaplamaya çalışıyorlar ve çözüm üretiyorlar. Ulaşım çok rahat. Metro istasyonu 5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde.

- Anıl (10/5): - Otel çalışanları güleryüzlüydü odalar tertemizdi. Kahvaltıdan da memnun kaldık. Fiyat performans oteliydi. A Jet ile anlaşmalı olduğunu ve ücretsiz akşam yemeği imkanımızın olduğu otelde öğrendik. Gece müdürüne bu bilgilendirme için de ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum.
- Mehmet Cem (10/5): Tek kelime ile Muhteşem! - Öncelikle tesisi konumu nedeniyle tercih ettim fakat sonrasında personelin ilgilisi, odaların rahatlığı ve yemeklerin muhteşemliği dolayısıyla başka otelde rahat edemez oldum. Herşey için teşekkürler.

- Vanya (9/5): Прекрасно, препоръчвам, но за хранене е по-удовлетворяващо във външен ресторант. - Беше чисто и уютно! Ресторанта беше много под нивото на турското обслужване и качество на храната, на които сме свикнали да очакваме в Турция. Персонала в ресторанта не говори английски. Имахме други очаквания за нивото на Шератон. Въпреки това сме благодарни че на рецепция ни препоръчаха много добър ресторант наблизо 💜

- Dinara (7/5): I didn't like the breakfast and noise from neighbor room - Clean and big rooms, comfortable bed Not very fresh food at breakfast, some fruits were with mold, tablets were dirty, awful coffee. Also there was a noise from neighbor room because of the door between two rooms.
