Парковка є, що дуже зручно , не потрібно шукати місце для авто. Поряд магазини, зупинка Не зрозуміли за пральну машинку- вона була в підвалі, хотіли попрати , запустили , але вода витікала при спусу води просто на підлогу . Довелося зупиняти прання, і все полоскати вручну (

• Anonymous (9/5): Nice city stay for our family - Liked the fact that we had a parking garage so our car was safe. The apartment was spacious, well equipped, quiet, nice top floor view + nice blinds & shutters for good night sleep. It was easy to check in and all my inquiries were adressed very quickly and promptly. We really enjoyed. Areas for improvement: -towel rack in bathroom & toilet needs to be installed -mirror in the hallway needs to be installed -it was not very well vacuumed -there were cigarettes in the ashtray on the balcony so I dreaded as we are all non smokers -cleaning standards vs. checkup needs to be done before guest arrival Also, the bed in the living room was not made even though I specifically reserved for 4 people, so I believe that if you want to go beyond in excellent service these things need to be prepared in advance vs. your exhausted guest preparing their bed after 10 hours of travelling. Take this as a feedback from hospitality professional. Thank you!

• Jazmine (9/5): - Simple and luxury apartment. A code with provided (key-less property) prior to arrival along with a document with lots of information about the property which was really helpful. The location was good as i could easily get transport to work along with other social events. The room was a really good size, plenty of room and storage. Bedroom was nice and light and TVs were brilliant as i could watch my Netflix. Nice quite area with local shops within walking distance. The Kitchen was also fully equipped. Only things i could say would be having the Toilet on the other side of the apartment to where the shower room was located. Also where the rubbish (garbage) is located on the bottom floor, is smells bad walking through the bottom floor to get to the lift.

Nagyon jó volt, hogy a lakáshoz tartozik egy garázs, amiben díjmentesen és biztonságosan tárolni tudtuk az autót. A lakás mindkét szobája rendelkezik légkondicionáló berendezéssel, ami nagy segítség volt a hőségben. HIányzik a WC-ből egy fogas a kéztörlőnek. Hasznos lenne egy kenyérpirító a konyhában és egy fali tükör az előszobában.

• Patchari (10/5): Very clean and spacious top floor apartment with excellent communication from the hosts - We stayed for two weeks here and found the property to be very convenient! The space was good and the floor plan was excellent with a balcony to enjoy the breeze of Vienna summer in June. Everything to provide convenience during our stay was provided such as cookery and utensils in the kitchen so cooking meals was made easy. The host were amazing to be so willing to provide whatever else we needed and requested for. There is a laundry machine downstairs in the common space with dryer and clothes hanger which we found to be very useful. There is also air conditioning in the room which is perfect if you prefer a cooler night's sleep. The sofa bed was easy to fold each morning and pull out at night. I found the area of Altmannsdorf to be very good. There were plenty of supermarkets such as Billa and Eurospar nearby. The location was also not too far from Schoenbrunn Palace and Zoo. We rented a car throughout the stay so I can't really say much about accessibility via public transportation although it was great and considered a bonus to have free parking which is quite rare in a busy city like Vienna. The hoover and mop provided in the unit was also great for longer stays as we could easily keep the room clean. I think the most impressive thing was the speed to which the owners responded to our queries and you could tell they were more than willing to go out of their way to make the stay as convenient as possible! Some very minor things such as the blue ON light from the air con was too bright and lit up the room too much at night. It was a loft unit with sloped ceilings so we had to mind our heads a little but we managed.
• Sagy (9/5): Top Floor Apartment, Not Good Area, Distance between Toilet and Shower, Washer Not in the Apartment. - I like that the apartment was on Top floor and that it was very quiet and clean building, and there is a view from the balcony so other apartments are not so close. I didn’t like the location of the apartment, first because even though it was high floor, the bedroom was facing a side street that is 10 seconds walk from Main Street so you can hear the traffic and of course closing the windows is a must, The location itself in general is not good, it’s far away from the city centre and the neighbourhood is not so good. I didn’t like that there was not a toaster to warm bread, and this is something that is basic in most high qualities apartments. The washing machine is not inside the apartment but in the basement. There is a very big distance between the toilet and the shower, so you have to make a huge circle, cross through the bedroom for the shower, where the toilet is in front of main entrance door. This separation is awful. This is a new building and it has to be adjusted.
• Ahmad (9/5): I’ll do it again 👍🏻 - I stayed at the apartment for 3 nights. It was excellent and I enjoyed the staying. It is spacious Very clean with a nice smell 🌹 and equipped with all kinds of equipment you think of like(coffee maker, water heater, iron and iron table…..etc). The apartment is very close to all transportations you need. The host was very helpful with excellent hospitality. I recommend it for whoever comes to Vienna. Maybe need to lower the price a bit 😂
• Adem (9/5): A quiet apartment - The apartment and furniture were new. Check-in and check-out were also very easy. Although the city center was a bit far but the bus stop was right around the corner of the building. The tram stop was not far either. The center can be reached in 20-25 minutes. There are markets and stores within 500 meters.Dishwasher detergent, coffee and tea options were ready. We recommend that you try the pizza place right across from the apartment and the burger place on the corner. We liked the flat very much, but if the price is a bit more reasonable in the future, it will be our first choice. There should be a mirror in the washbasin and a full-length mirror in the hallway. Also, the lack of an umbrella and a shoehorn was a problem for us. Rarely used ingredients such as salt and sugar could be readily available in the apartment.
• Polearus (9/5): We are satisfied - recommended! - It was a bit unexpected to solve all the issues remotely, but in principle we liked it. We checked in easily, the room had everything we needed, if you come in the evening there is a pizzeria across the street and a burger place around the corner - very convenient. To the subway about 15 min walk (Alterlaa), there is also a supermarket. Room for 3 - 4 people. 2 rooms (bedroom and living room-kitchen). Clean, neat. There is a separate parking for guests in the garage (not suitable for SUVs).
