• Nadia (10/5): Floor with a view - The apartment is not a skyscraper which I really liked. We were on the 4th floor & had a view of the ocean & mountains. Fully equipped to make your stay a homely one. It had 2 sliding doors to allow the breeze in & an air conditioner. Table & chairs on the balcony to enjoy the outside. There were goods available for use. Dishing detergent, garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry washing liquid, sponges & beach/pool towels, tea/coffee & lots more so it was not necessary to go shopping for these items. Very convenient. Beach was across the road. Pool is good. Has an umbrella & Lounge chairs. Quiet location and walking distance to the action in the mall. Close to cafes, bars & restaurants. Bottle shop around the corner. Highly recommend. All good.

• George (5/5): Passable - Location Black Mould all over the bed sheets and pillow cases. Someone's long black hair all over the apartment, bathrooms and towels. Dust and fluff throughout the apartment. Only 2 coffee sachets for a 7 night stay. Kitchen utensils were dirty, microwave was dirty, old milk in the fridge, blown light bulbs, taps in both showers kept falling off. Hot water didn't last for 2 short showers. Very dirty and uncomfortable. There was no complimentary basket as stated in the room description. Messaged the owners about it all but didn't hear anything back. Very disappointed. If you like to clean an apartment you paid for just to make it comfortable for your stay, then this is the place for you.

• Carol (7/5): Good - Communication with the host was good. No bath mat or hand towel for a bathroom and no complimentary pack as advertised in the apartment. Location was great and central. A little confusing to pick up key from Minimart but once worked out the location all very easy.

• Anne (8/5): Well equipped apartment at the heart of Surfers Paradise. - Proximity to the beach and well equipped apartment Having the pool hour to start at 9am is very late. It should be available at least around 7am.

Loved the sunset view as well from the balcony! The courtesy food goodie basket was a very nice touch and something you don’t always get at accomodation.
