- Verified traveler (2/5): Absolute scam čŠé¨éĺ - They did not provide the room we had booked for and refused to communicate. Forced us into 2 small 2 bedroom apartments instead of the 4 bedroom apartment we had booked. With a poor attitude said cancel if you do not accept our arrangement, now that we booked another hotel and left they are not allowing the refund to process and is holding my money but did not provide any service or accommodation.
