From the 1st time a have contact with him on whatsapp till end my trip he always have a professional touch 2nd i was from the 50 th level. The view were wonderful. Cleanliness of the room and all around were good 3th i recommended this hotel Need to pay to go to the pool and even around the pool I suggestion should have an an hour free for guest by day

• Siti (8/5): Very good - The washing machine, air conditioning was very good, it was a very hot day when we were staying in KL so it was a relief when we go back we have a cool room to come back to. My kids enjoy the view and the space to play. Pay for the swimming pool where most places have them for free when you stay there.

• Frans (3/5): Ruined by the need to arrange the return of the deposit to suit the agent’s availability - Location The charade around the taking of the MYR 200 deposit and returning the next day meant our whole last evening was destroyed by planning around when the deposit could be returned. Also, the smell of smoke drifting upwards or downwards from the floors around us was disgusting

• James (3/5): Unpleasant owner, very inconvenient moved to sub standard room with no compensation offered. - The location of the building was great The agent/owner was rude and difficult. On our arrival at this property he was late to meet us. Then he told us there was a problem with the apartment (we believe double booked) so needed to move us to another one. The property we booked was rated 9.4 Fabulous however the one moved to was on the lower floors and noisy and certainly not Fabulous. The spare room bedding was dark coloured not the hotel white standard and when opened found hairs on bottom sheet and it smelled sweaty, also no aditional towels. My daughter had to sleep in our bed, very cramped. One of the other double room mattress springs were broken and the bottom sheet was creased looking slept on. Cooker didn't work and kitchen draw kept sliding out and did not lock, only single plug for washer and dryer and no hairdryer. Generally tatty thought. That morning we had to pack and move to the other apartment on a higher floor, this one was to the standard we had booked, however the move meant we wasted that morning in the city (only 2 nights there, so we missed some sights) When we complained for the sub standard room and inconvenience caused the agent was confrontational and generally hard work (both his English and Malay were poor). He had previously said he would compensate us but on checkout he changed his mind and refused to offer anything. We argued for 5 minutes and eventually left very frustrated and angry without any refund. Bad end to a great 2 week holiday in Malaysia.
• Gayathri (6/5): We got different apartment than the pictures. You need to pay to use swimming pool at extra price. - Location was perfect. Swimming pool was nice, but it is not included in the price, you need to pay RM 20 per person per day to use it. Wish we knew that before making the booking. Staff was helpful for early check-in/check out but they accept cash only. Bathrooms were mouldy and toilet get blocked at times.
