- Thomas (3/5): Die Wohnung würde ich das zweite Mal nicht mehr Buchen bei diese Wohnung stimmt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt da alles in unmittelbarer Nähe liegt Es ist sehr Renovierungsbedürftig da vieles nicht mehr funktioniert und viel Inventar sehr verbraucht aussieht es ist auch nicht wirklich sauber in der Wohnung die Klimaanlage ist wahrscheinlich seit Jahren nicht mehr gewartet worden ich kann dieses gut bewerten da ich aus dem Fach komme. Es wurde in der Beschreibung von der Wohnung auch nicht erwähnt das dieses Wohnung eine Kellerwohnung ist das eine Zimmer das oben liegt war wahrscheinlich mal ein Büro wo nur ein Bett reingestellt wurde es gab keinen Kleiderschrank so das man aus dem Koffer leben musste die Jalousien waren kaputt so das man von der Straße rein schauen konnte. Die Beleuchtung in der Wohnung bräuchte mal eine generelle Überholung das viele Birnen defekt waren.
