• mieko (8/5): - どこへでもアクセスが良かった 特にフィウミチーノ空港へ一本で行ける駅が近いのが良かった メルカートも近いので朝の散歩にとても良かった 受付のスタッフの方もとても親切でした 事前に連絡を何度かしてもまるで返事が無く不安でした。 連絡取れたのが前日の夕方で　チェックイン当日の早朝までにチェックインの手順を知らせてくれるとの事でしたが　昼過ぎても連絡は来ない連絡取れないで　直接住所で向かいましたがエントランスにはゲストハウスの名前も無く、下のジェラート屋さんで不安の中1時間ほど待ってみたら電話がかかって来ました イタリア語はわからないが多分入口へ来いとの案内か？ゲートに向かってしばらく待つと受付の女性が来てくれてやっと安心できました。 鍵を受け取り荷物を預け　ローマを散策していた午後4時半頃に　早朝に届くはずであった　チェックインの手順のメッセージ届きました…。しかもチェックインは午後1時から2時までとのこと　連絡が来たのは4時半……どういった事なのかまるでわかりませんでした。 その後トイレの暖房の使い方など質問しても返事無いのに　ゲートを開けっ放しで車入れたか？というクレーム的な連絡はすぐに入りました。私達はレンタカーしてませんので私達ではありませんと連絡入れても謝罪も無ければ返事すら無い 場所も受付スタッフも部屋も良かった分　本当に残念です　私達がたまたまなのかもしれませんが　こんなことが無いようにブッキングを通して連絡をマメに入れていましたがこの結果でした WhatsAppを使って早めに連絡するのをおすすめします

Non c’è nemmeno una macchinetta per il caffè. Pagata decisamente troppo per quello che era

• Alexander (6/5): Unfriendly management - The room with fridge, tv, safe, nice and quiet The management which forced me to arrive between 13.00 and 14.00 hours while at booking it said between 15.00 and 24.00. Therefor i had at the last moment to change my plans and arrive by car. The car was towed away but management was inconsiderate and whike i had to wait hours for the police i had to order a cab for my partner to evacuate the room although the cleaning staff said me i could leave my things without problems until 12.30. So the management is only after making money!

• Valeria (8/5): - Todo impecable y buena ubicación Llegamos un lunes y la mampara del baño no se podía cerrar. Dijeron que vendrían a arreglarla. Estuvimos 5 noches alojados y nunca vinieron a solucionar lo de la mampara. Se mojaba todo el baño al bañarnos.

• DONATELLA (9/5): - La posizione vicino alla stazione Trastevere. Struttura pulita e letti comodi. Gentilissima la signora Alina che ci ha aspettato per il check in. Manca solo una macchinetta per il caffè solo bollitore e caffè solubile
• Agata (7/5): Nice place - Very clean room and friendly staff, comfortable bed. Well-equipped bathroom. Well-soundproofed room. Unfortunately, during the time we were there, from Monday to Friday, loud renovation works in the building woke us up at 8:00 am :(

• Simona (10/5): - The room was nice and clean. We had everything we needed in there (kettle, fridge, ac…) We could also use shampoo and shower gel. There’s train station nearby and also bus stops. They didn’t have a problem with us changing the check-in time (I want to thank you again). Overall it was a good stay for a good price. The elevator stopped working the second day of our stay and the room was on 5th floor so sometimes it was a bit tiring to climb the stairs in the evening but they couldn’t predict that.
• Annarita (1/5): Da non ripetere - Sinceramente unica nota positiva è stata Alina, che seppur a distanza si è sin da subito resa disponibile creando un ambiente, nonostante tutto il resto, pulito Tutto pessimo, dal momento che in base alla prenotazione nulla era conforme alla descrizione, ossia nello specifico la prenotazione prevedeva una camera di 16 mq, con balcone e ci siamo ritrovati una mini stanza di 10 mq ( ed è pure assai) senza balcone, unico balcone quello di Barbie con impalcatura annessa in cucina. Considerando altresì che i lavori di ristrutturazione dell' intero stabile nn rispettavano gli orari come da normativa di riferimento. I fornelli nn erano utilizzabili.

• Eliasz (10/5): - W pokoju znajduje się spora lodówka, czajnik, zestaw kaw i herbat, kubki, łyżeczki, sejf. Łóżka są wygodne. W apartamencie są ręczniki, jest klimatyzacja, obsługa może codziennie posprzątać pokój. Pokoje są czyste. Częścią wspólną jest korytarz oraz spora kuchnia, w których też jest czysto, niestety w kuchni nie ma żadnego wyposażenia, jedynie kubki i łyżeczki. Kontakt z właścicielami jest bardzo dobry i nie ma problemu z późniejszym przybyciem do apartamentu. Blisko apartamentu, około 5 minut pieszo znajduje się supermarket, dworzec kolejowy, z którego odjeżdżają także tramwaje i autobusy. Okolica jest spokojna. Warto przejść się spacerem do centrum. Polecam ten obiekt.

• Karon (4/5): They seriously need to update there check in process - Liked how clean, and the cleaner was very helpful although she had little English communication via texting which i found above and beyond for us. They did refund our two nights we didn’t stay which was much appreciated. On arrival tried to call no answer we talked to a resident she was very helpful and able to talk a little English and let us in to the grounds, after the fourth call we got an answer no English so the resident commuted with them and they came and let us in and showed us our room, went to use the toilet but it didn’t work the cleaner called (Manager/Owner) they knew i was not working we were told we could use a bucket to flush.they would try to get it fixed on Sunday but had my doubts and we left in the morning

• Vasily (1/5): Bad - I didn't meet my expectation. Firstly I didn't stay in your secret bunker because I can't entry in this premises and on the middle of the night I stay on the street thinking where I will sleep and if it's happened, after 30 hours flight.

• Graham (10/5): Exceptional - Room was quiet despite the noise outside. The location is excellent. Closet to Roma Trastevere station and several good restaurants, bars and Gelateria.
• Abhishek (9/5): Location near train station and value for money. Very clean. - Very close to Trastever train station. Colosseum is a 35 minute walk. Very responsive staff even though we didn't meet them. We asked for towels and left the room for dinner- when we came back the towels were waiting for us and even the room was cleaned and the bed made. Excellent service. Long but very easy to follow check-in instructions. The toilet flush was taking long time to refill- we told the host about the problem and they got on to it so no hassle.

The instructions were clear and the host answered fast, he is also very kind. The rooms and bathrooms are completely private and the whole place and neighborhood is very safe. It has everything you need: hot water, soap, safe, big closet, comfy bedding and pillows, good towels, water, frigobar, good space. The location is also amazing, 30 minutes walking to important places, and 5-10 minutes to the train and bus station. It also has many bus stops around in 2 minutes walking. The price is fairly valued. The access inside the building could be a little hard for a really big person: the rooms are in the fifth floor and you have the option of going up by staircase or elevator, and the elevator is small.
