• Natali (5/5): Passable - It had enough space We didn't have a heater , the enter property without informing at first . After the first days we didn't have heater internet and TV and it was included in the price also the cleaning of the property wasn't good as we paid a deposit for that inclined in the price
• Katja (8/5): Good Place to stay while visiting London - Close to West Brompton Train Station, comfortable bed, enough power outlets, hair dryer. Fast reply from Host. Air was a bit damp in the room. Closing the room door was SO LOUD
• Zoltán (6/5): Good location, the private section is okay with faults but the public ones lack a lot of things and they just leave it l - The private section was comfortable. The staff reply fast. The TV was not working properly. I turned it on and tried to watch something but errors were everywhere. The Refrigerator had a strong smell. Cleaning the dishes were quite impossible because there was 1 dirty cloth for us to use so we had to let them dry. It is presented as a whole apartment but only the description says that some rooms are shared which is kind of a false advertisement. The LED lights were not working properly, they probably are burned out and the remote was not working either.
• Nathan (5/5): Passable - this was great location for seeing central London and going to Wimbledon the room felt damp. there was a window in the bathroom that we could not close.

• Lennart (3/5): Urgh - Access to 'garden'. Although advertised as 'whole apartment' the kitchen is actually shared. As people smoke in the small room in front of the kitchen, you essentially smell cigarette smoke in the shared kitchen most of the time. No warm water at the hand basin. No heating and provided electrical heater only worked when placed in a non-safe position. The 'garden' is not managed and mostly shrubs taking over. Garden furniture broken. At least it is bee-friendly and you can sit in the sun if you find a spot.

• Graham (7/5): Good location, nice room. Shared facility was not a problem. Communication could have been better - Good location, we love Fulham and surrounds. Quiet. Instructions were a little unclear so was tricky to find. Had a previous booked visit cancelled summarily, which caused us a bit of a problem.
