• Khairul Hazwan (10/5): - Honestly the stay was theme of the apartment is really great for kids under 12.. its super cosy, clean, and the fact that Paradigm Mall is just below, perfect.. everything in the house works great.. The guys who i liase with are very professional, very accomodating. I can tell they put in effort in making the whole checking in/out transition super smooth, and the stay, comfortable.. All in all it was a great experience.. Nil..

• Noor Bitah (9/5): Comfy, nice ambience place to stay, nearby mall to do shopping, admin staff Sarah very friendly and booking processing v - Location very pleasant, convenience and easy access to shopping mall & many food places nearby. The room we stayed have a nice ambience, sweet pink color, my grandchildren really enjoy playing the soft toys but unfortunately didnt see the alpaca. Aircon good for every rooms and cleanliness 👍👍. Sure will comes back to Paradigm Residence for our future trip. 😁🙏 Nil
• KAMISAH (10/5): - WE had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient. The shopping centre is just below, which made it easy to grab food, do some shopping, and explore without having to travel far. The room was comfortable and clean, and the host were prompt in reply and helpful. Great choice if you want everything within easy reach!
• Patrick (10/5): - Good location, just above the mall. Bed is comfortable and clean. Wifi is good for 6 persons. Power outlets not enough, especially no outlet beside beds. Not really an issue.
• James (8/5): Will visit again and more floor mat will be useful - Very clean and room was well equipped with towels. Shower area was slippery when wet and perhaps should have done up with anti- slip flooring.
• Rohayu (6/5): - It’s great because it’s located below a shopping mall. The toilet had an unpleasant smell and the walls were yellowish. The floor was slightly dirty, causing the feet to turn black. There were strands of hair stuck on the sofa. There was also an issue with the bedroom door being locked, but the host took quite a long time to resolve it, claiming that such an incident had never happened before. After this, improve the service for any possible issues that may occur. Don’t wait for a problem to happen before being prepared.

• Thiruchelvi (10/5): Wonderful Family time - The room was beautifully decorated suitable for family with kids. Room was clean and well maintained. The airocon in one of the rooms was not cold. But there was an option of ceiling fan. Otherwise all is good

• SALLY (8/5): - The location was great as it's next tj the mall and connected. It will be excellent if you drive as a dedicated parking lot is provided. If not, the mall is well equipped with activities for the whole family. The 3rd bedroom is only sufficient space for a queen bed. The shower head if the common toilet cannot be tilted so water sprayed out to the dry area and the toilet area is always wet. The trolley stand in the living area is fun but not useful. Would be great if that space is a proper dining table or cupboard
• Carie (10/5): nicely decorated theme in Pink.. clean and spacious - nice and clean and kitchen is fully equipped. Towels, shampoo and shower gel all provided. Apartment is spacious for our group of 9 pax, has extra foldable mattress to fit more pax if needed… location is conveniently connect to Paradigm Mall. we have stayed in their two bedroom apartments before as well and both are very well maintained and clean. We will come back again for our future trips.
• Irene (8/5): Clean beds and place - The place is very clean and beautiful. I love the kitchen that is away from the living room. Property good for 9 pax. 13 pax will be too cramp. The small round table in the living room can only sit 2-3 pax. Not enough for even 6 pax. Should have a proper dining table in the living room. Sofa not very comfortable as there is no cushions for the back. I have 5 elderly with me. They have backaches sitting on the sofa. There is only 2 chairs with good backing.

• Salleh (9/5): Superb - Although I did not get the unit which I booked, the upgraded unit was good and comfortable to stay.Overall, the unit was clean and nice for staycation with my 6 kids.. Location is the best as it is very convenient with mall itself.I am looking forward to book this unit for next trip.My kids are looking forward too for the next trip here in Paradigm Residence again😄
• Merry1313 (9/5): We had a great stay! Great for family. - Location is fantastic. Directly connected to the mall. Host is very good, giving clear instructions, checking in whether everything is ok. Apartment is clean. Fridge is also very clean. Can accommodate 2 families comfortably. The pillows are too high for the neck.

• Msfie (8/5): The apt is VERY clean. Our kids loves the cute & colorful decoration. - Location was good. Direct access to mall was convenient. Right above Paradigm mall. Plenty of restaurant, kids activities, spa, etc.. nice swimming pool with sauna & gym. The apt is sooo clean. The wifi in the apartment was not strong. No signal in bedroom. Wifi is slow & poor reception. No live channels on TV. Will be great if bottled water & toiletries provided.
• Ee (9/5): Superb - Unit is clean and well stocked with cutlery and utensils for a big family. Very convenient location as the mall is right below. Staff is fast to respond if you have any concerns. Took some time to find the designated parking lot as there were no clear signs. Had to circle the big carpark.
• Shawan (10/5): Very Good - Service was amazing and my kids are so happy with our surprise of the Alpacas theme room. Great amenities for big families with small kids. Will come back to this apartment for our next trip. The parking lot which we were given was a bit far from the lobby entrance. Owner may consider arranging the parking lot nearer to the lobby entrance for traveler with big families and elderly for the convenience.
• Chan (10/5): Well above expectations! - The place was very well maintained and was pleasantly suprised by how welcoming and warm the entrance and the whole place was. The rooms, kitchen, toilets were very clean. The house was spacious. Children love the soft toys. Location was fantastic right above the mall. Really love the place. This is one of our favourite stays. Will definitely book again! Nothing to complain about.
• Joanne (9/5): Spacious, Clean and Comfortable staycation at Paradigm Residence - The apartment is spacious and clean. Decoration/Theme on point, the kid loved it! Aircon in the apartment are working fine, strong and cooling air circulation in house. Dont have to use the fans at all. The house can accomodate 9pax (on beds) comfortably. Or even up to 13pax (with 2 long sofas in living room and 2 mattress provided in room) Apart from that, great for families who are travelling with elderly and kids as the mall was directly below the apartment. There is a side entrance to the shopping mall (operating between 10am to 10pm). Nothing, all good. But it would be even perfect if there are: 1) More towels and hangers for guests (catered to big families) 2) Absorbent toilet floor mats (When exiting shower area) 3) Labellings for shampoo and body soap 4) Strong wifi coverage 5) Remove the pink cart display in living room (And replace with a bigger table for seating or having toys section for kids to play)
