• Rosa (8/5): Sehr schöne Aufenthalt: tolle Wohnung, tolle Lage. Nicht viel Platz im Badezimmer oder Schlafzimmer. - Wunderschöne Wohnung. Sehr gut dekoriert, confortable und der Raum ist sehr gut ausgenutzt. Die Lage war perfekt: in der Juderia, nähe zu jedem Platz und sehr, sehr ruhig. Es war ein bisschen dunkel, das die Fenstern auf einen Innenhof gehen. Die Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer war ein bisschen klein. Es gibt nicht viel Auflagefläche.

• Tricialeonard (9/5): We felt very relaxed and rested in the apartment after many hours of exploring Sevilla on foot. - The apartment was decorated in restful tones. We felt comfortable and relaxed there. The floor of the shower was very slippery with nothing to hold onto. We are pretty old, but even young people can slip and injure themselves. Also - a small point - perhaps hotel quality bed sheets instead of Ikea...

Zugang mit einer speziellen App hat gut funktioniert, man muss aber genau lesen und den den Instruktionen exakt folgen, sonst klappt's nicht. Das Apartment liegt in einer Sackgasse, extrem ruhig, schön renoviertes altes Stadthaus. Mobiliar auf der Terrasse fällt ab, entspricht nicht dem Standard des Apartments. Die Qualität der Kissen ist nicht hochwertig.

We needed some small repairs done, and the maintenance person arrived that evening and was cheerful and helpful. The terrace hadn't been tidied, and wasn't in good condition but we didn't need it. The weather was too hot to use it.

We loved the little terrace, it was a lovely spot for coffee in the morning and a drink in the evening. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, yet it's close to everything. The kitchen had all we needed, including a washing machine and a coffee maker. The host was incredibly kind and always ready to help, a perfect stay

Apartment wasn’t ready when we arrived which was a little disappointing as we wanted to freshen up and make the most of our first day. Was told there were usb sockets but there wasn’t. Not always able to get hot water from showers.

• Mary (10/5): Highly recommend this property, beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean and had everything you needed. - Beautiful property, clean and well equipped. Really safe and quiet location. Nothing…..we couldn’t find bins to dispose of our rubbish. We didn’t receive key codes before arriving to get access to the lobby and apartment door…..but when I contacted the hosts they did everything possible to get access for us. Even with language difficulties, hosts were really helpful.
• Wendy (8/5): Quiet and well located, tastefully decorated apartment. Could do with additional provisions. - Quiet location with the centre easily reachable. The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated, with thoughtful design to make it comfortable. It was a nice surprise to find there is one bathroom for each of the bedrooms. It is lovely to have outdoor space, although this is not accessible for all, and the wifi doesn't reach there. On arrival there were only three milky coffee pods- for guests for four days. Host dropped some off at the end of the first day after we asked. Toiletries in the bathroom had no labels so not only were we unable to see if any contained allergens, but we couldn't even see which was shampoo, body wash, conditioner. The shower also needs a squeegee because the water doesn't fully drain away and leaves a murky pool on the base. There was variable provision for cutlery and crockery- only four mugs and glasses so we had to wash up each time we used them. There was no hairdryer. Staircase to the rooftop is VERY steep with a big open space between the steps. One of us couldn't manage it- neither could children. There should be a warning about this. We could hear a lot of noise from the occupiers upstairs, especially late at night.

• Nicola (10/5): Excellent Apartment in Seville - This apartment is very centrally located. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable for my 16 year old son and I. It is beautifully decorated and cleverly designed. Beds were superb and the rooms so dark and quiet for great nights sleep. Excellent air con. The check in & out process was very easy. The staff are there if you need them and they respond quickly and are friendly. Would highly recommend and if I was in Seville I would book again. There is nothing to dislike.
