Ho tutto documentato. Un consiglio state alla larga da questa agenzia. Ps. E noi non siamo dei pirtimini. Dalle foto sembra un l'appartamento modesto accettabile, ma quando siete li vedete muri scrostati dall'umidità, zanzariera esterna rotta ( zanzare) lampadine nel terrazzino ovviamente non funzionanti..il bagno in pessime condizioni. Per me è tutto da ristrutturare. Mentre per come ci hanno accolto e come ci hanno trattato , sono degli incompetenti. Io sono Steve ( ripeto ho documentato tutto ciò che sostengono) compreso il check aut concordato e la sparizione di tutto ciò che avevamo nell'appartamento, poi recuperato...( se almeno avessero avvisato ) notare che ho dovuto prendere tutto e portarlo nel appartamento, non si sono degnati nemmeno di aiutarci...e la persona con cui ero in contatto che non abbiamo mai visto. Si è messo pure ad urlare che non dovevamo entrare nel appartamento, notare che se non avevamo le chiavi come ci entravano, dunque le chiavi le avevamo perché avevamo concordato il check aut alle 17. Fate molta attenzione.!!!!! Ps. L'unica nota positiva il wi-fi .

Alvarenga (1/5): Dirty - Sporco - Sucio. - Si cuidarán más la higiene dentro de los departamentos sería bueno. Por fuera es lindo. SUCIO 🤢😵‍💫 empezando por el mal olor a encierro. El colchón con manchas de sangre, nos dejaron dos almohadas durísimas viejas y amarillas de lo usado, con olor que no se podían usar. Era solo una sabana de poliéster sin elásticos con más de 20 agujeros de cigarrillos, un acolchado también agujereado (que obviamente no combinaban). Encontramos sábanas sucias en el armario, que también estaba lleno de polvo, pelos y tierra del uso. TODOS los muebles tenían marca de los dedos del uso, y polvo por dentro. La lavadora de ropa funcionaba pero sucia. El baño recién pintado, con pintura caída por todos lados, la ducha tiene medio vidrio, no esta el segundo vidrio para cerrar, el inodoro perdía agua constantemente lo cual lo dejaba amarillo. En uno de los dos departamentos que alquile sobre la cocina de gas metieron una anafe portátil. El balcón tiene sillones de tela que obviamente no son para exterior, llenos de tierra. Dejaron basura durante tres días el el pasillo que da a la salida

Посуды практически нет , пришлось покупать одноразовую , на 3 человека одна вилка , нож не точили лет 5 наверное , сковородки мертвые , микроволновки нет , как то так , чтобы не сказать большего !!! Кухонные принадлежности , ну и белье могло бы быть посвежее .

Anastasiia Hubanova (2/5): I would not recommend renting with these people - Delta Sharm is very nice and beautiful area with a lot of flower and palms. There are also restaurants, supermarkets and other facilities around I arrived an 5am to the place (building №42/102). It was agreed with the owners in advance and I knew where to go. When I was in the airport, I sent one more message that I am coming and everything is as per plan. Owner redirected me to another person (Tito) and he redirected me to his friend, who supposed to meet me next to the apartment. When I arrived, I had to wait for 15 minutes, it was no one there and no one replied to my calls. I started to worry. I nocked on the door and noticed two people looking to me through the window, but no one opened the door. Few minutes later I got a message in WhatsApp, that I should come to the other building (№12/202). I informed that I have huge suitcase and I have no clue where this building is, since the territory of Delta Sharm is large, so the guy need to come and help me. He came by car and he was very angry, he started to shout at me, telling that there is a family at this apartment (№42/102) and they asked to stay for one more day, they have kids, etc. and I need to go the building 12 for a few hours. I replied that they needed to inform me in advance about changes and that I am not happy with the situation. This guy replied me, that if I don't shut up, he will just leave. So finally, I came with him to the another place (building 12), where apartment was dirty and it was not even linen on the beds. Eventually, around noon the same day Tito came and I move to the initially agreed building 42. I need to say, that no one apologised for the situation and I didn't get any compensation. That apartment was also not very clean with dirty spots here and there. I attached pictures of the apartment where I stayed.

Sarah (9/5): Comme à la maison - L'accueil très sympathique de tout le personnel Le nombre impressionnant de piscines Le très beau parc Les delta sharm est un magnifique resort bien entretenu qui dispose de tous les services dont vous avez besoin sur place. Vous pourriez rester dans le resort tant c'est confortable. Le personnel est très gentil. Attention tout de même lorsque vous faites un réservation de studio par exemple ce n'est pas en lien avec l'hôtel mais des propriétaires qui vous louent leur bien. J'ai eu Mr Haitham avec qui la communication était bonne et qui a fait en sorte de répondre à toutes mes attentes. Le studio n'est certes pas aux normes européennes et je pense que c'est pour cela que certains peuvent être surpris mais je peux vous dire pour avoir voyagé en egypte que le studio était très bien: lit confortable balcon toilettes qui fonctionnent et douche chaude. Il y avait de quoi cuisiner même si franchement j'ai mangé dehors la plupart du temps. Pensez à demander votre carte au propriétaire pour avoir accès à la piscine. Quelqu'un viendra prendre votre passeport et vous la ramènera. Le personnel du café de la piscine à été incroyablement gentil avec moi et j'ai mangé avec eux le repas après le ramadan. Ils m'ont ensuite aidé à me rendre au bus que j'ai raté. Ahmed à donc gentillement réussi à me trouver un billet pour le bus suivant. Ce fut une très bonne expérience d'autant qu'il est facile depuis le delta sharm d'aller visiter n'importe quel quartier de sharm el sheikh grâce aux navettes. Le comportement de certains touristes qui ne respectent pas le personnel

Также бассейн с подогревом чистый, людей немного. Апартаменты при заселении были не убраны, ручку на дверь в спальне не установили, мебель старая. Микроволновой печи нет для разогрева пищи. На окнах дырявые сетки, как следствие комаров много.

Hadeel (8/5): Fun and light - Property is a new listing and was decent, modern and well furnished, close to N1 pool and in quite area. It requires a few additions like a broom stick or a vacuum, toilet paper, soap more towels and linens for the sofa beds in the living area. Fridge was not cooling properly and we did not have something to clean with, unfortunately cleaning service is normally not included in the package but Sam was kind enough to make sure he sent us someone to clean, he also went out of his way to buy us some of the needed items such as liquid dish soap and toilet paper without charging us extra fees.

Dmitry (8/5): Место чудесное, но на пляж надо ехать. - Плюсы: 1. Большие апартаменты на втором этаже с двумя спальнями и большим балконом. Окна выходят на бассейн, вид отличный. В каждой комнате кондиционер, что важно. 2. Комплекс Delta Sharm, где расположены апартаменты - чудесное тихое место. Много двухэтажных белых домиков домиков, много пальм, зелени и цветов, деревянных ворот и арок, несколько бассейнов, малолюдно, тихая атмосфера. 1. Надо понимать, что это не гостиница, а апартаменты - фактически вам сдают квартиру (уборки нет, мыла надо купить самому и тому подобное). 2. Мебель (шкафы, диваны) красивая, но старая. Нам было не критично, но это не люкс. Одна из межкомнатных дверей не закрывается. 3. Микроволновки нет, а жаль. Зато есть плита. 4. До пляжа нужно ехать на такси (5-10 минут), советую использовать приложение InDrive. Зато пляж можно выбрать на свой вкус. Нам понравился пляж относящийся к Delta Sharm в Naama Bay. 5. Если вас не пускают в ближайший бассейн (у нас такое было) - надо позвонить хозяину апартаментов - он договорится.

Ayrica yürüme mesafesi el nur meydanı vardı ve 7/24 güvenle gezebileceginiz bir bölge. Biz iki kadın ve iki çocuk gece 03.00de pizza yemeye dışarı cikabiliyorduk. Sitede güvenlik çok güzeldi. Her blokta 7/24 güvenlik vardı. Ayrica sitenin peysaji çok güzeldi. Kalabalık aileler geleceksiniz bu siteyi tavsiye ederim. Ev sahibinin gece 03.00de siteye ilk geldiğimizde telefonu açmadığı icin 2 kadın ortada kaldık anahtar yok ev sahibi yok sonra oranın güvenliği bize bir oda verdi çok kirli ve küçük. Battaniyeler yataklar pislik içindeydi. 1 gün sonra ev sahibine ulaşabildim. Telafi edeceğini söyledi fakat 2 gün o pis odada kalmak zorunda kaldık. Ama genel olarak evlerin içi ve mobilyalar eski gelirken mutlaka yanınıza kendi Nevresim takımınızı getirin.
