• Mollie (2/5): A disappointing and misleading stay that fell far short of expectations - The location was good, did not have the breakfast. The staff were very nice. The view was good. Unfortunately, our stay was not as expected due to several issues that significantly impacted our vacation. First, the listing failed to mention the strict limit of only two amenity passes, which came as a complete surprise and derailed our plans. This key detail should have been clearly communicated upfront. We were specifically only looking at listings that had no limitation of amenity passes. Many other listing included that limitation in their description so we decided to book this one as we thought there were no restrictions. Upon arrival, the check-in process was chaotic. The person assisting us wasn’t listed as a host on the reservation, leading to nearly an hour of waiting to get everything sorted out. We also weren’t given the access code until we specifically asked for it, which felt disorganized and unprofessional. The person had left us after giving us the access code in the lobby. We were also not given a key fob to access to the elevator so we had to wait and ask someone to scan their key fob to get us to our floor. The pull-out couch was partially broken and unusable, the elevators were unreliable and extremely slow, and the shampoo/conditioner provided were cheap 2-in-1 travel-size bottles, not what was advertised. Additionally, the original listing advertised the unit as a “W Hotel Exclusive Residence in Brickell,” which is misleading—it was actually part of the Icon property. This information wasn’t disclosed until after we booked, and the listing has since been updated, which only reinforces the impression that it was intentionally vague. I reached out multiple times before and during our stay to find a solution, incl. speaking directly to property management, but unfortunately, no one was able to help. We had planned to spend a full day enjoying the amenities, but due to the limited passes, we had to scrap those plans and spend extra money elsewhere. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not worth the price.

• Hudson (8/5): Very good - Location. Views. Apartment. The kitchen is so well equipped! Bath tub lovely and deep! Lines for the elevators. Not being able to have online deliveries made. Dirty windows. No safe to store away passports etc.
• Matthew (8/5): Very good - The apartment was excellent. Super design and everything provided. The resident W hotel reception team were somewhat too laid back, and the car park valet team were not friendly at all. If you do bring a car watch out for parking charges as the valet team charged $50 for an overnight stay and most other attraction carparks had flat stay rates, so you need to budget for parking. However, our biggest issue was the smoking of dope by other guests at the hotel. Could smell it all day on our 2nd day.
• Shteryo (10/5): Great experince in the heart of Miami downtown! - Great location with stunning view to the river and the bay! Fully furnished apartment with all necessities available. The most I like is the spacious terrace and the free access to the W amenities.
