• Alexandra (9/5): - Einfache und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, perfekte Lage (Zentrumsnah, viele gute Lokale in der Nähe, gute Anbindung) Etwas laut, da direkt an der Straße. Ab 22 Uhr war es aber deutlich leiser und wir haben gut geschlafen.
• Johann (9/5): Es hat für uns alles gepasst. - Genau richtig für eine od. zwei Nächte. Zentral der Eingang ist etwas unüblich, kein Bewegungsmelder am Gang.
• Danzschl (8/5): Schönes zentral gelegenes Apartment bzw. Zimmer. - Sehr schöne ausgestattete Zimmer. Tolles Bad mit exzellenter Dusche. Top Lage des Apartments. Es ist alles schnell zu erreichen, wie z.B. U-Bahn, Bus, Straßenbahn. Sehr freundliche Schlüssel Übergabe und wartet auch wenn man sich Verspätet, bedingt durch Zug Anbindung. Tolle und freundliche Kommunikation des Gastgebers. Leider kein Mülleimer auf dem Zimmer, aber kleiner Eimer im Bad. Zimmer war schätzungsweise für 1.Person, statt für 2 Personen.

• Valeria (5/5): Overall, the apartment was well located, but unresolved maintenance issues that we were repeatedly told would be fixed s - The location was very convenient and the apartment itself matched the photos. The space was comfortable overall and check-in was easy. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working during most of our stay despite multiple messages and repeated promises that someone would come fix it. We also did not have hot water during the last part of the stay. Communication was polite, but the issues were never resolved while we were there, even though we were assured they would be.
• Muhammed (7/5): - Clean, spacious and very close to the center and metro station Place lacks some furnitures, would be great to have a decent table, drawer and chairs to eat and to put your stuff onto it. Without of this things, I think room is better for a short stay.

• Elayna (10/5): Comfortable and simple - Comfortable bed, easy to get in and out of apartment, secure, coffee machine! Our shower water was only coming out cold and they sent someone over immediately to fix it. Close to metro too.

Es gibt nur einen Schlüssel für zwei Personen. Keine Möglichkeit nach Checkout Gepäck unter zu stellen.

• Pasin (7/5): Weekend a vienna - Appartamento comodo ed essenziale per visitare 2 3 giorni la città. Vicino alla metro e ai mezzi e anche al centro. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per la.zona Appartamento minimale, ma nuovo e funzionale. Poco flessibilità su check in e dove lasciare i bagagli.

• Bettina (3/5): Borzasztó - A szállás közvetlen az U1 metrómegálló mellett van, belső udvarra néz, ami csendes. Ez nem apartman, hanem egy szoba fürdőszobával és egy vízforralóval. A szomszédos szobától egy ajtó választja el, a legkisebb zaj is hallható így. A kulcsátvétel személyes, 4 kulcs szükséges az apartmanba való bejutáshoz. Többszöri kérésre sem biztosított a szállásadó második kulcskészletet, ezt nem indokolta meg. Így a szállás használata két egymástól függetlenül mozgó embernek nagyon nehezített. A WiFi használhatatlanul lassú, a televízión nincs kábel előfizetés, szintén használhatatlan. A hűtő zajos, ahhoz, hogy aludni lehessen mellette, ki kellett húzni, ez is használhatatlan volt. Az apartmanban csatornaszag terjengett, okára magam jöttem rá, sikerült megoldanom. Ezzel szívességet tettem a szállás fenntartóinak. Utóbbi 3 probléma azért borzasztó szomorú, mert már 2 évvel ezelőtti visszajelzésekben is olvasható volt, de nem történt semmi. Mint ahogy az ott tartózkodás alatt bejelentett törött zuhanycsővel sem, amin keresztül a víz fele melléfolyt, és amit megígértek, hogy másnap javítják.

• Σοφια (5/5): - Το δωμάτιο ηταν πολυ καθαρό και σε καλή τοποθεσία Η τηλεόραση δεν λειτουργούσα τα καλια Απο την μια πόρτα του κλειστού δωματίου που δεν είχαμε πρόσβαση ερχόταν μια άσχημη μυρωδιά σαν βόθρος. Ο ιδιοκτήτης των διαμερματων δίνει κλειδιά σε ολους τους πελάτες που τεριαζουν σε ολα τα δωμάτια. Μας άνοιξε την πόρτα με το κλειδί του ο διπλανός μας γτ μπέρδεψε τα δωμάτια που δεν εχουν αριθμο να ξέρεις ποια ειναι.

• Ιωαννα (8/5): - πολύ καλή τοποθεσία δίπλα σε μετρο και σε κεντρικό δρόμο με μάρκετ και μαγαζιά. ενώ ειναι ωραιο δωμάτιο δυστυχώς το μπάνιο μύριζε και στο σεντόνι υπήρχε μια μικρή στάμπα.

• Sofia (9/5): - L’accoglienza dello staff è stata ottima. Così come ottima anche la posizione a due passi dalla fermata della metro e non lontana dal centro a piedi. Forse avrei aggiunto uno specchio e un cestino in più oltre a quelli in bagno ma per il resto tutto perfetto!
• Marthe (9/5): Ik ben erg tevreden van mijn verblijf. - De locatie en accommodatie was uitstekend. De host communiceerde erg duidelijk. Als ik een vraag had, kreeg ik binnen de enkele minuten een antwoord en er werd ook regelmatig gecheckt of we nog iets nodig hadden. Alles was top, enkel het bed was wat hard.

La stanza è come da foto e come indicato dalla descrizione. Il materasso comodissimo. Si trova in una posizione comoda, vicino alla fermata della metro e in una via servita da diversi servizi (es. Supermercato dall'altra parte della strada). Nessun aspetto negativo, era tutto perfetto.

• Ognjenn (9/5): A very convenient apartment on a great location. - The building is located less than 100 meters from a U-bahn (underground) station. There are some cafes, shops and a supermarket in the building's proximity. The room we stayed in is very comfortable and clean. Neighborhood is very quiet. Over the nights there were absolutely no noise or voices coming from the outside or from the neighboring rooms. And a very important thing - the shower cabin was fully functional and there was no water leaking out of it and flooding the bathroom floor. I was so happy to finally stay in an apartment with a fully functional shower cabin. :) It could be useful if there were a plastic trash bin in the main room, not only in the bathroom. Also, it would be more convenient if a guest didn't have to use four keys and to pass through five doors to reach the apartment, but I know that it's not possible to change.

• Frances (8/5): Cute and clean apartment in Vienna - Very good location, around a 20 minute walk to the centre (we also got Ubers back late in the evening for around £8 - £12). There's supermarkets opposite and a cute cafe on the corner and a metro station close. Bed was comfy, bathroom was a good size. It was very clean and the radiator heated up quickly! ( Needed in November :)) There was a few different keys to get in the doors but we liked this as it felt safe. Area felt very safe too. The communication via booking.com was very good and they responded very quickly. :) There was one evening where there was a lot of noise and loud talking in the hallway and apartment next to us but I think someone may have got locked out?! They didn't bother us anyway. The sink was aesthetically nice but it's shape a bit awkward to wash your face in. Apart from that everything was perfect.

• Liliana (9/5): Cozy, compfotable, clean, best location, kind and helpful staff - Nice, cozy, comfortable, clean apt . Best location to visit Vienna . The neighborhood is lively and safe with a super easy access to the public transportation ( same block). Plus, restaurants in the area are nice and out of the tourist track which is a plus (less expensive and more part of the daily Vienna people life). The apt is perfect for two people, simple but clean and furnished . The staff was very helpful and kind . Highly recommended to visit Vienna The plug for the coffee machine was not easy to plug in . Had to move the coffee machine in another plug. Not a big deal.

Location is nice. - The location is nice, there are nice breakfast places around. easy to get to the city center. A house is divided and they give you one room. Each room is arranged like a hotel room. For this reason, you need to use 5 different keys to reach your room. The room decoration is exaggerated, the walls are glittery. The shower cabin and sink are very narrow.

• Kenju (10/5): Outstanding - It is located very close to the metro station. There are supermarket near across from the street. Easy access to the city center 10 minutes by walk. But you need to use 4 keys to get to the room. It is not easy when it gets dark.

Moreover the apartment was clean and it was nice that there was a coffee machine! The central hall to the apartment was dark in evening, the light switches did not work that great.

• Roman (5/5): Passable - Was pretty simple to schedule a time for the meeting and getting the keys. After having seen the room I was left alone right away which was good enoug. The location is also good to walk to even from a central point like Praterstern. The bathroom shower was incredibly small. I am a big guy (1,90) and I had basically mo way to really move in the shower. Also there was only some hair shampoo provided and no shower gel or similar.
• Nancy (8/5): Ok - The bed was nice. The metro was very close. The shower cabin door was out of order and was very difficult to adjust the cold and hot shower. Also there were no bags for waste. I didn’t like the fact there was a connecting door room. We needed some extra towels. We d like two plates at least to be able to eat something at the room.

• Nagy (5/5): The room is ok, clean and close to the city center but bed was not so confy, and hair dryer was a da - the guy gave me the key was flexible so we could check in 1 hour earlier which was important because of the rest of the day programs, the cleanness was great and the location was so important for me so we could easily reach everything we wanted to on foot also by public transport. If u wanna wash your hair it is better u to bring yours, it was a dangeour for life- would be a good idea to get a new one for the place, the matrac of the bed was not the best, it was very used for meI could contact with the host through whatsapp untill checking in, but after I texted him, he only answered many hrs later. This was a special trip to one of my 3 kids, being alone, just with him, and he wanted to watch a movie with me with no other brothers, just 2 of us, but there was no wifi, answer came late and solution didnt arrive. It is not because of wifi,cos I can live without the telly. It was just the disappointment of my son and that i couldnt reach the host.

• O'neill (7/5): Pleasant stay, enjoyed having a nice apartment with air-conditioning super close to the centre - The location was quite nice; it was only a couple of minutes walk into the center. The place was pretty clean. The area is nice and quiet, with a few nice restaurants. Air-con is also a massive plus. The entrance to the apartment is not wonderful. Nothing can really be done about that, but it was just was a little unsettling when entering the property. The apartment itself is absolutely fine. The shower door needs a little attention and the shower head itself could be better.

Staff met us at the property and were helpful and friendly Had to complete a registration form online but only able to open it on a computer - not mobile friendly which is not easy when you are travelling .
• Monica (10/5): Brilliant location and everything you need - The property is in a perfect location. It's right next to a metro station, which takes you to everywhere you need to go in Vienna in under 10 minutes. It's also really close to the Prater, and there are shops and restaurants around. The room is nice and comfy and very clean, with all the amenities you may need - ironing board and iron, fridge, coffee machine, TV, AC, nice shower... It's a little bit smaller than it looks, but again, you have everything you may need.
