• Mónica (1/5): Negligencia - La Conserje El aseo, la nula preocupación por solucionar los problemas del departamento, que son muchos.
• Manuel (2/5): Me quedé 1 mes y no resolvieron ningún problema - La ubicación y el buen trato de los recepcionistas Era pequeño para la cantidad que cobraban, tenía solo 2 ventanas que no tenían tope, por lo que se azotaban con el viento. El microondas tenía mala la perilla y no funcionaba. El sillón tenía un agujero. La chapa del baño no funcionaba bien, lo informamos desde un inicio, luego se trabó y no pudimos entrar en todo 1 día, y no se hicieron cargo de solucionar el problema ni de realizar la devolución por el servicio del cerrajero. Las luces del pasillo nunca funcionaron, era muy caluroso y solo tenía 1 ventilador que no ayudaba mucho. La plancha no tenía el adaptador para la corriente. Lo habíamos contratado 1 mes, así que necesitábamos mantenerlo limpio, pero los artículos de limpieza como la escoba y la pala estaban súper deteriorados y no cumplían su función, siendo esto informado, nos dijeron que solucionarían gran parte de estos problemas y que nos llevarían las cosas, pero nunca fue así, pésima resolutividad, no recomendaría que se quedaran acá.
• Jonathan (9/5): Excelente aunque calurosa estadia - Excelente ubicacion. Muy cerca de todo Por la epoca que fui, el departamento fue bastante caluroso. Que vueno q habia un ventilador. La cama un poco incomoda, ainque es lo de menos.

• Sheq Affandi (8/5): Good location, but not proper 2 bedrooms apartment as stated. - Its clean and located in city center near subway station. Stated as 2 bedrooms apartment, but it is not exactly. 1 proper bedroom, another one is actually living room that you convert sofa to become a bed, with no proper privacy of proper bedroom. So it is actually 1 bedroom apartment.

• Claudio (5/5): Cerca del hospital UC - El departamento tiene buena iluminación, el baño funciona bien, agua caliente, la cama matrimonial cómoda, control de seguridad 24/7 en la recepción del edificio, no se escuchan ruidos en la noche. El sofa cama es muy duro, con resortes salientes y un fierro en la espalda lo que no permite un buen descanso en las noches. No habían tazas para tomar café, pero las pedí y las trajeron dias despues. Nunca vi a nadie a cargo, salvo la persona de la recepción del edificio que era muy amable pero sin vínculo con quien arrienda el depto. No tiene los implementos necesarios para cocinar, los elementos disponibles son muy básicos. Además, al departamento le faltaba aseo cuando me fue entregado para su uso.
• Liliane Bigaram (8/5): Em resumo, foi bom considerando as facilidades da localização. - Nao tinha cafe da manha, mas tinha um supermercado quase em frente e isso possibilitou fazer refeições no apto. A localização é boa, parte mais simples de Santiago. O apto acomoda ate 3 pessoas sendo uma cama de casal bem boa + um Sofa cama, esse nao muito confortável, como ficamos 10 dias ao final minhas costas ja nao aguentavam mais, devido desconforto da emenda do Sofa qdo vira uma cama.
• hugh (9/5): Very comfortable bed, great location, pleasant staff. - Almost everything. Had a super comfortable bed. So comfortable it was a job getting my girl out of it! Fridge and freezer very spacious and modern. The shower was great with good water pressure and the staff were really nice and friendly. Also the location was perfect. Right in the centre of the city. The apartment was very clean but there was a little bit of soap scum in the bath. Also, there was only one mug/cup and no pan/skillet though it had glasses and two pots and plates and bowls. We had to buy a pan. But apart from those small things, excellent.
• Luziane (9/5): - O apartamento fica muito bem localizado, próximo de supermercados, padarias, farmácias, lojas de departamento e pontos turísticos. Ele é pequeno, mas confortável e tem o necessário para o viajante. O Anfitrião também sempre que solicitado respondia prontamente. Deixar pelo menos dois tapetes para o banheiro. Só um acho insuficiente,dependendo de quantos dias a pessoa fique no local. E dar orientações antecipadas quanto à questão da água quente, especialmente no inverno (que deve-se aguardar entre um usuário e outro pelo menos 10 minutos) .
• carmen gloria (10/5): Mi departamento Favorito para vacaciones - Me gusto mucho , es hermoso y luminoso el departamento , cómodo e ideal para los niños porque no tiene balcón, cuenta con sofá cama también y calefactor eléctrico. Muy cómodo y la Sra de la recepción muy amable Que no incluía servicio de lavandería para cambio de ropa de cama / toallas
• Norbert (6/5): Unresponsive owners "team" that never delivered on the promise. Lots of message writing - no action! - 1. Good central location in the city. 2. Modern and fairly well appointed apartment. 3. Well equipped kitchen. 4. Comfortable double bed. 5. Clean place. 1) We, my wife and I didn't like the owners' team "Andes STR" attitude. When we arrived we noticed that the TV didn't work, a soap dispenser was broken, and there was a lack of a good cutting knife in the kitchen. The "team" responded that they were going to attend to this matter, but they never did. In addition, we complained about the toaster and the oven's fume-hood not working. They also promised to take steps to correct that but they never bothered doing anything, except for flooding us with annoying messages that they were going to do something to correct the matters. We also complained about the extremely slow and unreliable internet, to which as with the other items they had done nothing. Several times the "team" insisted on sending somebody to the apartment to check the TV and the toaster when we were away, but we didn't agree to have a stranger in the apartment when we were not there. We properly assessed the issue with the TV. The 2 AAA batteries were discharged. They promised to bring the new batteries along with the knife and leave them with the concierge, but they never did. 2) Not enough bathroom towels for a 6 day stay in the apartment. The "team" provided two large towels and one small hand towel only. 3) Extremely slow and unreliable internet connection. We tested its speed (Download = 7.18 Mbps & Upload = 3.91 Mbps), and reported results to the "team". Of course, nothing had been done by the "team" to alleviate the problem. 4) Very tiny bathroom. 5) Lack of A/C was making it difficult to have restful sleep during hot nights. 6) Lack of basic condiments (salt and pepper) in the kitchen.
